Great location right off the main exit into downtown Windsor. Walking distance to lots of food options. Super quiet on a summer Sunday. Felt like we were the only guests there. Room was nice and comfortable, slightly worn furniture, and carpet had a smell like it needed to be shampooed, but didn’t bother us for a one-night stay. Indoor pool is nice for families - shallow pool. No hot tub. Easy garage parking. Restaurant is closed on Sundays, so we didn’t get to try it. Would definitely stay again.

If you have a tall vehicle there are only a handful of parking spots. There is underground parking but the entrance clearance is only 6’4”. Instead of taking advantage of this underground shaded parking, which has elevator access, a lot of people parked their cars in the limited outdoor spaces making it difficult to find a parking spot if you have a truck or taller vehicle.

Had to change rooms because there was a finger printed blood stain on the restroom door. The staff seemed inconvenienced by me getting a room change, made me feel like I was crazy for bringing it to their attention and didn’t receive any apology. The room I got changed to had mold in the restroom. Needs better cleaning and mold management. Location was nice.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The bathroom was in terrible condition—the tile was cracked, the caulking was broken, the paint was chipping, and there was even mold on the tile. For the price, I expected much better maintenance and cleanliness.

The room cleanliness was AWFUL. I would never stay there again. We stayed for 7 days and we actually had MOLD rings in the toilet. Those dont happen in a matter of days. I have to believe it was not even cleaned before we arrived.

There are several design elements and furniture that don't work. The upholstered chair was extremely uncomfortable. It was like a wooden chair that someone covered in fabric. The bedside sconces were to high and the bed was too high. The room could have been designed better. The staff was great! I have stayed in rooms all over the world. And this room was not worth the money.

Very inexpensive stay for our visit to Healdsburg. Staff were very pleasant. Our room was tucked in a corner and our view was of a wall- so it was very dark. Additionally our shower water was barely better than lukewarm. Still it was great value for what we needed.

I never write reviews, but this stay was extremely disappointing and even worse, my attempts to speak with management about my issues were ignored. When we arrived to our room, our AC wouldn't kick on. We set it to low and left for a couple hours to hope it just took some time, but when we returned, it was stuffy inside. I called and maintenance came to our room about 20 mins later. They were not able to fix it, and tried to offer me a fan as a supplement. There wasn't even an offer us switching rooms. After I told them I want a new room instead of a fan being wheeled in, they changed my room. It did not seem like they wanted to even offer it. Getting into our new room around 11pm, we wanted to shower - about 2 mins into my shower I realized the shower doesn't drain at all and I had to stand in my own bath water the entire time. Even worse, I had another person in my party who couldn't even shower after me because it took so long to drain. He was not able to shower that night. Upon trying to resolve my concerns and issues with management, I was told for 4 days straight that a manager would call me back that same day. NO call yet. It is extremely frustrating to be blown off continuously!

I was shocked at the horrible service and won’t be back. Upon arrival our room was not privately cleaned, especially the shower. Our beds were made but nothing else was straightened up the next morning. And there were dirty towels on our room floor. When we left towels were all left nearly in the bathroom. They cleaned nothing, did not even dump our trash. They did not give us enough clean towels to shower with and although we called the front desk and requested towels and hand soap they never arrived. I assume they ran out of clean towels. This caused discomforted and delay in our plans. I will not be back.

Exceptional guest service. Wadd (not sure about spelling), the evening desk rep, was cheerful and professional. But all staff were friendly also. Would definitely stay and recommend. Orange water was a nice refresher!

Great location, just off 101. Helpful, friendly staff. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was daily room servicing. Some road noise, but not bad. The breakfast was disappointing. The buffet was cold and overcooked. No healthy selections, or they couldn't make the ones on the menu.

Beautiful hotel, but it would be nice if a continental breakfast was included. We paid for breakfast when we made the reservation, and were a little disappointed. We were there 4 mornings, and breakfast was exactly the same every day! It was eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, scones, and yogurt parfaits. Very good, but no variety. An option for waffles, oatmeal, etc. would be great! Other than that, it's a wonderful hotel, clean, beautiful, and great customer service.

Clean and nice furnishings. Breakfast atmosphere was unsettling, didnt know what was going on. Eventually someone came and took our order. It was 8:15 or so and they were out of pancakes. How do you get "out of pancakes"??? Breakfast was good though, fancy even.

This is a special property. Feels brand new, though it’s almost 10 years old. My room was squeaky clean and had ALL the expected amenities. Micro, fridge, soaps, hair dryer. Indoor pool is very cool in an atrium type setting. Parking easy and the breakfast buffet $16) is well balanced with protein options. As a road warrior I’ve tried ‘em all and this is one on the really good ones. Midweek rates are a terrific value too.

Great location right off the main exit into downtown Windsor. Walking distance to lots of food options. Super quiet on a summer Sunday. Felt like we were the only guests there. Room was nice and comfortable, slightly worn furniture, and carpet had a smell like it needed to be shampooed, but didn’t bother us for a one-night stay. Indoor pool is nice for families - shallow pool. No hot tub. Easy garage parking. Restaurant is closed on Sundays, so we didn’t get to try it. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel is in a location right off the 101 and parking is a little challenging. Furniture was dusty when we arrived, the mattress had a big dip in the middle, the hot water in the shower had to be turned to the maximum heat and it flowed slowly. Since there was no clerk at the desk upon checkout, after waiting several minutes, we just dropped off the keys and left.

The first night there was no hot water and the front desk person said, "We're working on it." The second night, which was 2 days later, there was no WiFi and the front desk person (same person) said, "We're working on it." Then we requested 2 glasses and wine key so we could open a bottle of wine. The front desk staff stared in a drawer and said he would bring it up if he could find it. I asked if it was always there and he said yes. There was no plan to search further. We went to the dollar store and bought a wine opener and 2 glasses, which we left with the young woman at the front desk the next morning. My husband suggested taking a $5 deposit so the wine openers don't disappear. That same front desk person was very helpful when we asked if we could leave a box and pick it up later even though we checked out. We appreciated her very much.
