Overall great place for the price. Clean safe area near the Indiana Beach property!! Will stay there again!

Our experience took an unexpected and very disappointing turn after our stay. The owner contacted us alleging that our children had been throwing rocks into the pool, leaving trash on the ground, and were unsupervised at both the pool and the playground. Those allegations are simply inconsistent with what occurred. We spent the day at EDM Beach, and our children were only at the pool for approximately one hour. The neighbors next door also told us they did not observe our children throwing rocks, and we have video showing there were no rocks in the pool. Being accused of this behavior without what we believe to be credible evidence was upsetting and unnecessary. Combined with the other issues we experienced during our stay, this left us with serious concerns about the accuracy of the claims being made and how guests are treated. We encourage future guests to document the condition of the property with photos and videos upon arrival and departure and to keep records of their stay. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this property. We will share photos of how “dirty” we left the property and left stones in the pool … at least the other pool guest confirmed that the child didn’t throw stones in the pool nor were there any stones in the pool. Door code didn’t work when we arrived nor did the cleaning crew remove the other house guests prior belongings yet Amy blamed us for leaving the prior renters personal items. Amy truly is a horrific person to deal with!

It was good to stay quiet place to relax but it looked deserted to try places to shop or dine in but Amy was really nice and sweet

Pool was great.
