Oceanside Court by KEES Vacations

I never made it inside. The place looked a little scary, There was no where even close to where our place was to park. No ocean view. And looked pretty ran down. Nothing like the picture.

Beach was pretty well devastated from the storm the week before sad to see how much Beach erosion had occurred

The place was terrible would never recommend it. It was dirty and not swept from the last tenants with sand and dog hair everywhere. There were roaches crawling on the ceiling at night. We had issues getting in the unit and had to have the code changed twice, then a third time after somebody tried to get into our room while we were gone. The toilet was broken. We called for it to be fixed. It ran all night the next day the technician fixed it, but ultimately really did not the next morning. It was running and not flushing like it had the day before and we noticed he did not actually change the plug in the toilet. The TV was broken and when they try to fix it, it just cut off again and again so we gave up the only positive thing I can say is the staff on site were nice. They seem to have their hands tied dealing with Kees vacation rental company. Just overall a very disappointing experience and I would never stay here ever again. Let alone for a week at a time.. the oven inside was also dirty and just smoked if you turned it on. We really could not cook in this place and honestly it was disgusting and I would not drink out of the Keurig or the coffee pot.. I would have left. Had I’ve been able to get my money back.

Overall great stay. Lots of space. Could use a better cleaning between guests.
