Right on Mile rd making it easy to get to the beach. We’ve stayed here 3 times. There use to be laundry facilities but I couldn’t find them this time. There is a 24hr laundermat right before hannafords on rt 1. Room was clean but damp our dry clothes would feel damp after being in there. So maybe leave them in your luggage to avoid that. Place was suitable for 2 adults 2 kids. No complaints

Third floor room, no elevators. Not bad walking steps to the room. Room was basic and cleanand what we expected for the price paid. Nice location near many attractions.Many restaurants close by and within short driving distance. Convenient parking.

Staff was extremely friendly, check in and check out was efficient. Parking was well lit. Room was clean and comfortable. The property was within walking distance to shops and driving distance to beaches. Thank you for a great stay!

The Motel is right on route one in Wells right across from McDonald’s and miniature golf and a drugstore also Hannaford‘s several fantastic restaurants. All the seafood you would ever want in the world. The room was immaculate. It had the refrigerator the microwave the coffee maker plenty of drawers and hangers say hanging your clothes on bathroom was separate from where you wash your face and hands which was perfect. It was so reasonable when I made the reservation I thought maybe they might be something wrong with this Motel it was the fourth of what you would pay any place else and we so enjoyed ourselves and it was quiet and it was so clean. I would recommend this and all of my friends and anybody that I don’t even know it was a fantastic Place to stay in. The management was beautiful.

The manager at the front desk was rude and a liar. The rooms was DISGUSTING. Mold all over the shower curtain. Room smelled like mildew. We would never go back here. We plan to report the conditions to the health department.

The lower level has a moisture problem. Molding was peeled away in the bathroom exposing moldy walls and base board. The stay was inexpensive, but potential a health hazard to stay multiple nights.

The room was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The soundproofing worked well. It was quite close to the beach, and there were good places to eat nearby. There was also a good amount of parking spaces. The only disappointments were when we checked in and checked out--both of the staff at the front desk were confused about our reservation, so it took longer than it should have for us to check in and check out.

Check on took 30 minutes and we were still given the wrong room. Hot water wasn't working when we got there and the internet was terrible and worked about once a day. In the room with two full beds that was given to us at first instead of our king room had a fridge and microwave from the 80s. The floor was absolutely disgusting and would turn your feet black, it had probably never seen a mop in its existence.

The night before we arrived, I was awakened by a text msg from the INN at 3 o'clock in the morning wanting me to send my car ID info. Not happy about that. Our room was in the front of the building, and the road noise was terrible. We had issue with heavy footsteps/kids running in the room above us at 10 pm but after a call to the front desk they quieted down. The neighboring room shower was loud enough to keep you awake. Beyond that beds were comfortable and room was decent for the off season rate we paid.

Our first time staying at this property. Check-in was super easy. Staff was very friendly. Parking was easy. Property is older so don't expect anything fancy. They do offer 3 k-cups in your room; I thought that was nice. Anything additional is $1.00 per cup. The reason for my 4 stars is how loud the people were above us. Oh, my! Floors/walls are thin. We could hear everything. 😞 I would stay here again, I would just ask for a room on top floor. 😄

Stay was overall pleasant. The bed was on a metal frame which made a lot of noise getting in/out, but the bed was comfortable. There was a phone and light in the room that did not work during the evening. The next morning we picked up the phone again to do a joke video about a dead phone at a hotel and heard a lot of static on the line and it began to work again. (reported to front desk). No washer/dryer on site which would have been great. No type of breakfast offerings.

Checked in late after desk was closed. Emails and text messages not responded to explaining check in procedures after hours. Room key in lockbox with all other late checkins and no name. If you dont know your room number, you would not know what key to take. Took a while to find my room as it was not in the main building.

I was pleased with the overall cleanliness of the rooms. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The front desk staff were helpful. My only complaint not enough towels and washcloths in the room. Would definitely stay again.

I booked a standard double bed room for my friend and I but the hotel put us in a king bed. They would not honor my reservation through hotels.com and kept telling me it was an upgrade. They did not have any other rooms available. When I reached out to hotels.com to address the issue I was told I would not be reimbursed if I cancelled due to the hotels cancelation policy. I could not believe how awful my experience with hotels.com’s customer service was. My fiancé often use hotel.com when we travel but this will most definitely be the last time if this issue is not addressed. I ended up sleeping on the floor and giving my friend the bed.

Nice place in good location. We enjoyed walking to the beach and having local seafood. The hotel itself is good, nothing to complain. The room was facing the street but windows seemed to be soundproof, so the noise did bother me.

We were pleasantly surprised. This hotel is much cheaper than most other hotels near the sea. The room was very clean and despite being on the side of the road it was quiet. It's perfect if it's just for sleeping because there are no other services offered on the property, but there are restaurants and shops and other services right across the street

Nice place in good location. We enjoyed walking to the beach and having local seafood. The hotel itself is good, nothing to complain. The room was facing the street but windows seemed to be soundproof, so the noise did bother me.

The property had good parking and walkable to a few stores. Had some issues with the room key but front desk was able to resolve it. Wish they would provide a simple breakfast/coffee for on the go people. Price a bit high for the time we stayed

The woman at the front desk was very nice but there were several things wrong with the stay. First of all we booked a room with two beds and only got one. We sucked it up as we got there late and the office was already closed. The next issue we had was we booked the room because the listing said breakfast was included. This is not true. When I asked the woman at the front desk about it she said don’t believe what you read on the internet. It’s like no don’t post things that aren’t true. Everything was under construction our room had already been updated but it was still a bit run down looking they don’t replenish the coffee in your room when they clean. It was a great price and honestly probably would have been fine with everything if they hadn’t falsely advertised the free breakfast.

WiFi was iffy but besides that great place to stay. Staff were great, about 20 min walk from the beach. Good restaurants surrounding.

The Motel is right on route one in Wells right across from McDonald’s and miniature golf and a drugstore also Hannaford‘s several fantastic restaurants. All the seafood you would ever want in the world. The room was immaculate. It had the refrigerator the microwave the coffee maker plenty of drawers and hangers say hanging your clothes on bathroom was separate from where you wash your face and hands which was perfect. It was so reasonable when I made the reservation I thought maybe they might be something wrong with this Motel it was the fourth of what you would pay any place else and we so enjoyed ourselves and it was quiet and it was so clean. I would recommend this and all of my friends and anybody that I don’t even know it was a fantastic Place to stay in. The management was beautiful.

Hallways needed vacuuming, trash was overflowing. If you stay more than1 night you have to go to the office and purchase coffee, "Only free first day".

There was spiders in the room. I was moved to another room. The refrigerator was leaking water and also had a spider I left and they refused to refund me anything.

Probably the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in ever. The room was clean and well stocked, it smelled really good and the bed was so comfortable too. I loved that it had a couch and table to sit at so we didn’t have to spend all our time in bed while there. Also loved that there’s chairs to sit outside in too. Staff was super helpful with any questions, giving directions and swapping out towels for me. My only complaint is the shower head sucks, but the room as a whole was amazing and a great price as well! I look forward to coming back here next vacation.
