Quaint town and BnB. Breakfast was fresh and delish. Friendly staff and excellent accommodations. I wish I stayed longer. Loved sitting on the rockers in front porch and walking around the town. Like a Hallmark movie scene.

The room was very clean and cozy. The front wrap around porches provided a terrific setting for just relaxing and listening to the sounds of the ocean waves. The breakfast was so plentiful and so many choices of home made breakfast items. Just a great place that’s well run! We plan to come back again!!

Location was great, with an easy walk right to the beach. Multiple porches to relax on, beautiful landscapin. "Free" Parking is on street, and not reserved, hit or miss as you compete with beach goers. Beach tags, not included with stay like most places, however can purchase these at the front desk at 1/2 price. If booking through a 3rd party site, def check your reservation with Ocean Plaza directly, did not find out until morning of check-in we had to change rooms halfway through our stay, and pack up everything to relocate to another room, two floors up. Staff was dismissive about this, when it was very inconvenient to us, we were without a room for several hours, as they cleaned and turned over the rooms. Staff just blamed expedia, and made no attempt to compensate or even at the least apologize for the mix up, front desk staff actually sat at computer and laughed about it, saying expedia just wanted to fill the rooms. This clearly impacted our stay, will not be staying here again.

Wonderful, attentive front desk, even on the holiday. Cozy common area on first floor and a lot of outdoor space with ocean views. Breakfast is also exceptional with something for every taste.

Right from when we walked in the door, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional. They continued thAt way until we checked out. The night staff was wonderful as well. Comfortable beds, good space and amenities in the room, and wonderful porches and public spaces. Amazing location.

We had such a lovely stay at the Ocean Plaza Hotel! The location honestly can’t be beat—right by the beach and just a short walk into Asbury Park. I especially loved the porches with their comfy seating, the perfect spot to relax after the day. The coffee in the morning was really good, and there were plenty of breakfast choices. I was just a little let down by the cooked breakfast and would have loved to see some simple extras like sliced cheese and vegetables. Still, overall it was a wonderful place to stay and I’d happily come back.

From the moment we walked in the door we felt welcomed and at home. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby and common area were very clean as was the outside of the building. When we got to our room it was also very clean not a spec of dust in site. My favorite thing about the whole stay was the amazing complimentary home cooked breakfast! I would 100% recommend staying here.

We loved the peace and quiet of Ocean Grove. The Ocean Plaza has exemplary cleanliness, hospitality, location, and a plentiful, tasty buffet breakfast. Lucas and the staff are very helpful and informative. The flower blossoms formed on the edge of the toilet paper rolls was such a elegant touch! We plan to stay here again and again.

Loved the stay! Had a very nice and clean bedroom, loved the breakfast that was provided. The area is right next to the ocean and is walkable to Asbury Park area. Staff was very friendly and clean. My weekend stay was amazing, so yeah, def a 5/5

The pillows are small and stuffed with small chunks of foam, the mattress is very firm, the room gets very hot in the winter (even when you cover the vents fully) and the shades let the outdoor lights in. They should also sand off the mark left by a used condom on the dresser.

Stayed here just one night to attend a party nearby. It was off season so we do t go to the beach but you could see the ocean from our room. Our room was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful and breakfast was good.

This was a lovely property! The house was warm and welcoming and in the perfect part of town. The breakfast was the best I’ve seen and with lots of options. The one little note is that it’s an older house, so if you get a loud upstairs neighbor you can definitely hear any step they take. That kept us up a bit, but I think we had particularly loud folks up there. I would definitely stay again.

Location was great, with an easy walk right to the beach. Multiple porches to relax on, beautiful landscapin. "Free" Parking is on street, and not reserved, hit or miss as you compete with beach goers. Beach tags, not included with stay like most places, however can purchase these at the front desk at 1/2 price. If booking through a 3rd party site, def check your reservation with Ocean Plaza directly, did not find out until morning of check-in we had to change rooms halfway through our stay, and pack up everything to relocate to another room, two floors up. Staff was dismissive about this, when it was very inconvenient to us, we were without a room for several hours, as they cleaned and turned over the rooms. Staff just blamed expedia, and made no attempt to compensate or even at the least apologize for the mix up, front desk staff actually sat at computer and laughed about it, saying expedia just wanted to fill the rooms. This clearly impacted our stay, will not be staying here again.

Right from when we walked in the door, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional. They continued thAt way until we checked out. The night staff was wonderful as well. Comfortable beds, good space and amenities in the room, and wonderful porches and public spaces. Amazing location.

From the moment we walked in the door we felt welcomed and at home. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby and common area were very clean as was the outside of the building. When we got to our room it was also very clean not a spec of dust in site. My favorite thing about the whole stay was the amazing complimentary home cooked breakfast! I would 100% recommend staying here.

Great hotel in excellent area. Staff were fantastic. Big shout out to the owner for helping us sort Alamo with our car issues. Definitely recommend this hotel and if we are ever back in this area I would book this hotel. Thank you x

Stayed here just one night to attend a party nearby. It was off season so we do t go to the beach but you could see the ocean from our room. Our room was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful and breakfast was good.

Beautiful area. Staff members are very friendly. Less than 5 minutes walk to the beach. Bed was extremely comfortable. Was a very relaxing weekend, already thinking about my next trip there. Absolutely beautiful spot to watch the sunrise.

The Ocean Plaza is in a great location to shopping in Ocean Grove and a very short walk to shopping and entertainment in Asbury Park. Park your car and bike or walk all around the area.

Loved the stay! Had a very nice and clean bedroom, loved the breakfast that was provided. The area is right next to the ocean and is walkable to Asbury Park area. Staff was very friendly and clean. My weekend stay was amazing, so yeah, def a 5/5

We had such a lovely stay at the Ocean Plaza Hotel! The location honestly can’t be beat—right by the beach and just a short walk into Asbury Park. I especially loved the porches with their comfy seating, the perfect spot to relax after the day. The coffee in the morning was really good, and there were plenty of breakfast choices. I was just a little let down by the cooked breakfast and would have loved to see some simple extras like sliced cheese and vegetables. Still, overall it was a wonderful place to stay and I’d happily come back.

The breakfast included was sensational.. Not just cold foods and fruits but really great hot, home made foods as well. Super clean and very comfortable beds and linens. We booked our next visit before we left! Looking forward to our next trip

This was such a charming place! Very friendly and helpful staff! Our family room was perfect for us and our 10 yr old. Amazing breakfast each morning on the second balcony. So many choices and delicious! This is walking distance (3 mins) to the boardwalk and beach and there is a view of the ocean from the front porch!

It was our 1 st time at this hotel and area. We liked that we were able to park our car and easily walk to the beach, restaurants , stores and other local attractions. The hotel was lovely, staff attentive & helpful to guests. The buffet breakfast was delicious each day( some menu change up) and enjoyed being able to eat with a view of the ocean as well as relax on the inviting front porch. Overall it was a quiet area and other guests were courteous.
