Everything was good except A/C went out on our last day and no elevator or letting us know ahead of time the elevator was out

Stay was great, location was perfect. Steps to pool and beach. Great backyard, watching dolphins while barbecuing. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend for party of two.

I enjoyed the location as it’s a short walking distance to Caddy’s or Publix. We normally stay beach side but I actually like staying on the inter-coastal side better. You could still see the beach from the top floor. The elevator was broken. The pool was dirty. The room had a ton of sticky notes/rules on everything which made the stay not as relaxing and more stressful as we wanted to make sure we were following the rules.

Was very pleased with this condo/VRBO! Very nice/clean place and great location! Loved having the beach right across the street and intercoastal behind us! Really nice area behind the building with tables and chairs, fishing docks, and pool area! We’re in the area a couple times a year and will definitely prioritize booking this unit again in the future! Thank you!

Started off good. No issues went to pool it was so nasty with all kinds of bugs in it and noway of removing them. The net was tore into many pieces. Onto condo there is notes all over the condo microwave broke with a note on it saying it’s loose but still works. Signs on closet doors saying to open slowly or they fall off and the bed sheets had huge stains on them. Nasty. Couch is run down and needs replaced. Will not stay there again.

Pros:The condo was as described. The communication with the owners were great ! Location is outstanding ! The grounds were very nice. Cons: Neither elevator worked. We knew the one elevator was damaged because of the hurricanes but the other elevator has been out for 2 years. The bed mattress is very hard,which is great if you like that. We prefer a softer bed. The furniture needs to be updated. It’s a small quaint place great for short stays.

This condo was great and had everything we needed. It was a great location right on the sound with the beach right across the street. The pool is awesome overlooking the water. We saw dolphins in the water while swimming in the pool one morning. The condo was very clean.

Loved our stay. Close to everything! One of the elevators didn’t work (we were on the 3rd floor) and the pool needed clean but we still had an excellent stay and will stay again. Very clean!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. There was some confusion at first about how to get the internet to work and Wi-Fi but they were quick to respond. And there is NO elevator that works in this building . The condo was very clean and quiet and my husband loved fishing on the Intercoastal Waterway.The pool is on the smaller side but it was never overcrowded.

Clean, comfy. It was a 3rd-floor end unit with Gulf views and intercoastal views. When we didn't make it to the beach, we could watch the sunset from our windows. Unit equipped with everything needed. Personal parking space right below the unit. Could easily walk from unit to the beach, local restaurants, Publix grocery, Surf Style and other local stores/shops. The resort had a nice pool and very nice patio with great seating areas on the intercoastal water, and gas grills for use. We were able to meet Janet who was very personable and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay again if we get back to this area. Thank you!

We have enjoyed staying here for several years, the condo is clean and very well stocked with amazing views of the Gulf and Bay. The host is always helpful and considerate as well. We are looking forward to our visit again next year!

I went here in February after the hurricanes. I was surprised of how many restaurants and business were open. Condo was 2 blocks from Publix and Ocean. Don't need a car. Beautiful area. Back area has a nice warm pool and many private sitting areas. Easy to meet new friends here. Condo was cozy nice and clean. Had everything I needed. When I first got here the TV wasn't working and kitchen light was out. Notified Kevin and his mom Janet, came soon after and fixed everything. I loved the condo and would go back. Kevin and his mom are very nice people to work with. Thank you!

The condo was very clean and well stocked with necessities. It's in a great location close to the beach and a Publix. We would definitely stay in this condo again.

The property was as described. It was clean and tidy. There was useful information provided by the owners and lots of leaflets for businesses and activities in the area.

We had a great vacation here! The location was perfect! Everything was as described and very nice. The only minor issue was the tiny ants in the bedroom, but i would still book another vaca here. Enjoyed eating breakfast out back while watching the dolphins and even saw a Manatee about 10ft away from the dock. Overall great experience and I highly recommend this place for your next vacation!!!

Property was clean and comfortable. This was an end unit so there was some street noise but this was not to take away from what the unit had to offer. The complex had 2 elevators but the closest 1 was not working requiring a longer walk to the 3rd floor unit with a step-up or step down on the hallway. Listing stated the 2 washers and dryers were free on our floor but it turned out they were coin operated. Unit was well stocked and furnished. Owners always responded when requested. Location was good with easy walking access to the beach, restaurants, shopping and Publix. We enjoyed our stay.

Very clean, comfy condo. Great for 2 people. Very comfy king sized bed. Smaller bathroom and kitchen but everything you could ever need is provided. Pool area is smaller but beautiful views and never over crowded. Very close to everything. We walked to 4 restaurants...most within 5-10min. Less than 5 min walk to be on the beach. TV is a little complicated but directions do help and it was great to have acccess to Netflix, Prime, Hulu as well as local stations. Wifi was good. Had a few blips but never more than a few min. AC is quite loud but great white noise to sleep and never really interrupted us. Will definitely keep this condo as a favorite for our next trip to Treasure Island.

There are no window curtain’s therefore the street lights shine up the bedroom all night 4. Bed mattress is spring & needs to be changed out to something newer. After 1st impression… Loved the Condo Building & the area! Perfect location to walk anywhere you’d like. And with the notes above, still thought it was doable. Then…., BIG negatives….some type of alarm beeping sporadically with 3 consecutive chirps, every night… contacted owner, told to check smoke alarm battery…did that, still chirping. 2nd to last day, AC running but blower on & off. The evening of our last night (after spending all day outside) came into a Hot condo. AC Not running. Contacted owner…they’re sorry and will contact AC company. Last night, no sleep, chirping stopped because AC died. 80 degrees inside, cooler outside. Owners Never offered to bring fans or give a refund of some sorts, even though I suggested a 2 day refund for our troubles…I got no reply.

We have stayed at the west wind before. Just not this room. We stayed in a unit on the 2nd floor. Comparing to our last stay. This unit was way out of date, clutter everywhere, ice maker dosnt work, smells like old retirement home, furniture looks like the way it smells, bed is very uncomfortable and out of date, squeaks when you move, fan squeaks all night, sticky notes through out the unit with reminders on them, sofa was just as uncomfortable as the bed, elevators do not work so you have to load everything up and down the steps, coincidently this elevator has not worked for 3 years. I’m not trying to be a negative Nancy on these issues. But with the amount of money you spend to stay. You would think the owners would listen to customers reviews and fix them. But by reading some of the reviews on issues I’ve already mentioned, they seem to brush them off and say the customer is being dramatic. We enjoyed our last stay here when we were in a different unit. But definitely not this time. I would not stay in this unit again. It needs a major overhaul. We spent most of our time on the beach and out and about. But when we are back in the room I want to be just as comfortable. In the owners book they state the ice maker dosnt work. So they acknowledge that there is an issue. But instead of fixing the issue. They rather give to a complementary bag of ice, which we did not have. So prepare to spend and average of $6-$8 a day just to have ice. Would not recommend.

If you are looking for the perfect property for a vacation in Treasure Island, then look no further- this is it!! This condo is spacious, very comfortable, and beautifully decorated. We found everything we needed in the well- stocked kitchen to cook our meals. The location is perfect, right on the water, and we enjoyed getting up early, grabbing a cup of coffee and going outside to relax and watch the sunrise. We appreciated the easy beach access right across the street where we also were able to see the beautiful sunset. The supermarket was a short walk away, and we found that everything else we wanted to see and do required just a short walk or drive. We absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely return!

This was a great place to stay! Check in was easy, super close to the water, and they had plenty of extras for an amazing day at the beach. Highly recommend staying here!

Lovely accommodation had everything you needed.Just five minutes from the beach front. Also access to onsite swimming area. Shops and restaurants nearby.

Condo was just as described…very clean, and convenient to everything steps from the beach shopping, and restaurants. Particularly enjoyed morning sun and coffee on the inter coastal just steps from the condo. Will be back in the near future!!!

We found everything we needed in the well- stocked kitchen to cook our meals. The location is perfect, right on the water, and we enjoyed getting up early, grabbing a cup of coffee and going outside to relax and watch the sunrise. We appreciated the easy beach access right across the street where we also were able to see the beautiful sunset. The supermarket was a short walk away, and we found that everything else we wanted to see and do required just a short walk or drive. We absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely return!

Conveniently located for beach, shops and bars. The apartment had everything we needed and it was great to have beach chairs and a cooler. The bed was very comfortable! We had a great stay.
