Property was clean and in great shape. There was plenty of room for 3 adults and 3 children. Elevator and baggage carts made luggage for 6 a breeze. Great ocean view. Easy access to beach that was not overcrowded. Will definitely stay here again next time.

10th floor corner 4bd/3ba condo, pools in and out and jacuzzi, on the beach accomodated our adult family very well. Small balcony off living room, and shared balcony outside master bedroom. Barefoot Landing nearby. Landing

Very nice condo, clean & everything we needed. Security/door system was preferred to other options. Comfortable furniture & beds. Had Netflix & Disney etc. **Did have some standing water at the front door after raining. AC does shut off unless sliding door is securely closed every time. Would recommend.

As always Water Pointe 1 was great. The grounds and pools are nicely kept, the grill area is clean, and the access to the beach is wonderful. The condo we stayed in was immaculate. We had a wonderful week here and the weather was great!

Not the tallest or the newest building on the beach, but it is wonderful! Everything worked well, the lobby was always super clean. The elevators were reliable. The walls must be thick (we heard no one else unless we were out on the balcony). Beach access is excellent and the owner is always available via text. Very cute place.

If you are looking for something on the beach and still close to everything else Waterpoint l is the place. Easy access to beach, unit was very spacious and parking had no issues. Loved they had bathroom access for guest in the lobby from the beach and pool area. Will definitely book again there.

We stayed here this week and the condo was perfect. I was hesitant about parking across the street with kids with us but it was fine. We rarely even had to wait on cars to pass. The condo has so many additional items we usually pack along so we left what we brought to pass along-trash bags/ziplock bags/ toilet paper/paper towels and detergent for dishwasher and washer. It had everything we needed and more. Pools, hot tub and lobby was clean and enjoyable. Beach was clean we had plenty of room. We’ve only been to the gulf and the beach/sand is much different here-it’s easier to walk on. The only recommendation I’d have would be for the building to put out flags for the beach/water conditions. I love that all access doors are locked/coded. Would definitely stay here again

Condo was clean and cozy and honestly pictures didn’t do it justice. They layout was very spacious for a beachfront condo and we had plenty of space to accommodate 3 families. The location was perfect for us as well. Property managers were also very responsive when we had a minor issue with the AC which was resolved immediately. Will definitely stay again!

Clean, well decorated, great location, and we couldn’t ask for a better condo for a family getaway. The location was perfect for family fun! The condo was the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in and well maintained.

This condo is in desperate need of a thorough cleaning, new bedding, new couches, sufficient window treatments, painting. There were no twin beds. Don’t try sleeping on the pullouts - dirty. The remotes don’t sync with the tvs. The balcony is tiny and the balcony off the master is shared with the condo next door, a rail separates. The pool could use a cleaning and ph checked daily. On a positive note, management was very helpful!

Clean, great location and awesome view from the top floor. We had no issues during our stay. Kitchen was well equipped and newer washer/dryer was perfect for quick wash of clothes & towels. 5-10 minutes away from anything you need - restaurants, ice-cream, grocery store, Barefoot Landing and other attractions.

All in all the property was great. Only 2 issues. The sofa bed was filthy and the washer machine had a lot of built up mildew in it. It needs to be cleaned.

We had a getaway for our family of 5 and loved this condo. Very clean space, beach front, comfortable furnishings. Large dinner table accommodated everyone easily. Very comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. 10/10 strongly recommend and would stay here again.

We truly enjoyed our time at Waterpointe 1. The condo is exactly as posted on the site. Well equipped kitchen and plenty of the starter items (paper towels, garbage bags, tp)Decorated so “beachy” yet very homey feeling! I would definitely recommend. The views from the balcony at the ocean are beautiful

first of all management was great! had a few hiccups but they were there to resolve any issues. seriously never experienced better management. the condo itself could use a little updating. all in all had a good family vacation.

Everything was fine but the bedroom on the ocean side lacked curtains. They had sheer but no curtains so it made for early mornings with the sunrise.

The Windy Hill location is ideal. We appreciated its proximity to all our favorite haunts. We loved the spaciousness of the suite, its layout, its cleanliness, and its nautical decor. The ocean views were spectacular, especially on moon-lit nights. We look forward to spending time here again soon!

We had a wonderful stay at Randy's. From the beginning, communication was prompt. All instructions were clear and concise; very easy check in and check out. The condo is quaint, we love the retro feel and ambiance. The view from the unit was absolutely breathtaking. This is a central location, easy access to everything. We would stay again! We also really appreciated the offer to check in a couple hours early....totally unsolicited! Awesome!

The property is in a great location. Parking was great, whether in the alternate lots or right at the condo, we never had to make loops looking for a spot. All staff that we came in contact with were very friendly, held doors if they were near by and your hands were full of beach items or simply said hello with a smile. The other guests as a whole were friendly as well. The beach area in front was not overly packed, it seemed to right and left of us was more ears to elbows. the guests here all seemed to have more personal space, we seemed to be able to stick in our little picked out spot all week as well, it was not like you were running down to get a spot fighting with other beach goers. Location was great. Everything we wanted to do was 5miles in any direction. Communication and responses were top notch.

This was my second trip to waterpointe 1. This place is so relaxing. The unit was clean updated and had everything we needed. We also were able to check in 2 hours early because it was ready, very helpful. I want to give a big thanks to our host Randy and Debbie, very helpful and friendly people. Randy also helped me change my booking dates because an emergency came up. Thanks for another great vacation. See you next year.

Our stay in 606 Waterpointe One was just what we expected and needed. Accommodations were clean and comfortable. Lovely kitchen area and master suite. Up to date decorations. Randy and Diane were helpful. Will definitely rent from Happy Crab again.

Great location in North Myrtle, right across from Barefoot and close to the outlets and a lot of great restaurants. 20 mins to Broadway and 45 mins to the Marsh Walk in Murrells Inlet, this 3 bedroom unit has a very well stocked kitchen. Closet/storage space is extremely limited but water pressure was great and Randy and Debbie were kind and helpful. Check in and check out were smooth and parking was always available for our two cars. No lifeguard in front of the property but are close on either side. Thank you for such a great stay!

This condo is in the most PERFECT location in North Myrtle! Right across the street from Barefoot Landing and only a 15 minute drive to all the attractions down in Myrtle Beach. The condo was beautiful and very clean. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths which was great for our family. Fully stocked kitchen with a washer and dryer. Linens for the beds were provided, as well as bath towels. And it had the most gorgeous views from the balcony. Parking was easy and there was always a space waiting for us when we returned at the end of the night. Randy and Debbie give you excellent instructions for arrival day and are quick to answer any questions that may arise. I would not hesitate to stay here again. It was truly an amazing family vacation!
This condo is in the most PERFECT location in North Myrtle! Right across the street from Barefoot Landing and only a 15 minute drive to all the attractions down in Myrtle Beach. The condo was beautiful and very clean. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths which was great for our family. Fully stocked kitchen with a washer and dryer. Linens for the beds were provided, as well as bath towels. And it had the most gorgeous views from the balcony. Parking was easy and there was always a space waiting for us when we returned at the end of the night. Randy and Debbie give you excellent instructions for arrival day and are quick to answer any questions that may arise. I would not hesitate to stay here again. It was truly an amazing family vacation!

Clean, great location and awesome view from the top floor. We had no issues during our stay. Kitchen was well equipped and newer washer/dryer was perfect for quick wash of clothes & towels. 5-10 minutes away from anything you need - restaurants, ice-cream, grocery store, Barefoot Landing and other attractions.

The property is in a great location. Parking was great, whether in the alternate lots or right at the condo, we never had to make loops looking for a spot. All staff that we came in contact with were very friendly, held doors if they were near by and your hands were full of beach items or simply said hello with a smile. The other guests as a whole were friendly as well. The beach area in front was not overly packed, it seemed to right and left of us was more ears to elbows. the guests here all seemed to have more personal space, we seemed to be able to stick in our little picked out spot all week as well, it was not like you were running down to get a spot fighting with other beach goers. Location was great. Everything we wanted to do was 5miles in any direction. Communication and responses were top notch.
