Beautiful hotel! Great Staff! Wish water bottles were complimentary daily (primarily because of Keurig). I will definitely stay there again!

From the moment I arrived, La Banque Hotel delivered an experience that felt both warm and elevated. Check‑in was genuinely pleasant—friendly, welcoming, and efficient. I also appreciated that the incidental charge was a flat $100 for the entire stay rather than a daily hold, which made things much simpler. I stayed in a corner room, and it exceeded expectations. The space was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The huge jetted tub was a standout feature, and I definitely took advantage of it. The room included so many small but meaningful touches: a face mask, bath salts for the tub, an umbrella, a refrigerator, and automatic curtains with both sheer and blackout options. It’s the kind of attention to detail that makes a stay feel special. The staff deserves a shout‑out as well. When my iron didn’t work, someone brought a new one up right away. Every interaction I had with the team, from housekeeping to front desk, was consistently helpful and kind. I also dined at the hotel’s restaurant, 69 Prime Italian Steakhouse, and it was incredible. The food and drinks were excellent, and the staff there matched the hotel’s overall warmth and professionalism. The hotel sits in a prime spot, surrounded by cafés perfect for coffee or breakfast, along with bars, restaurants, and boutiques within walking distance. Overall, La Banque Hotel delivered a memorable and comfortable stay. Between the beautiful room, exceptional service and unbeatable location, I’d happily return!
