Really lovely Hotel, our room was lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful. On arrival we were given a list of restaurants and excursions that we could book and the best ways to get around. The breakfast selection was extensive, better than most places I have stayed and you could book the Spa for your personal use for an hour. We had a couple of Spa treatments, which included exclusive use of the Spa for an hour after. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

We had an exceptional stay. Arrived early because we had to check out of another hotel and were given a very warm reception, welcome drinks were a lovely surprise. They agreed to take our luggage and deliver to our room once it had been prepared. We were very fortunate to be given an upgraded room with balcony which was perfect. The individual room/group access to the beautiful spa pool and steam room was a fantastic experience. All staff were very professional and hugely helpful. Great central location. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay here in August 24, the facilities were very good and the staff went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. The location was well placed for all of our activities. We would love to return.

What a find! Beautiful boutique hotel in Valletta. From the moment that we arrived we were greated with smiles from all of the hotel employees. Nothing was a problem. Highlights include the spa with hot tub in the historic cistern and steam room (private as you book an hour slot ach day); lovely rooftop pool and terrace area for drinks and sunbathing, birthday breakfast treat. Room was comfortable and kept the charm of the traditional maltese style. Teens were treated like adults and really enjoyed their stay. We loved the location just off the touristy street but close to beautiful restaurants - we loved the red door restaurant around the corner. We also ventured out of Valletta to Birgu and Mdina and arranged a boat trip to see the coast - all brilliant days out and easily navigated to. Hopefully we will make it back sometime. I would certainly recommend this hotel!

Hotel was lovely, breakfast amazing with cooked to order choices, staff so friendly, hotel decor beautiful, central location. The only thing I would say is I didn’t realise our room had no external window so quite dark but saying that we did not spend much time in room and lovely roof top area to sit with beautiful roof top pool, great spa as well which you could book for couple use, we had a lovely stay!

My wife and stayed here during our first visit to Malta (November 2023) I was in communication with the hotel staff by email prior to our arrival who were very helpful to arrange transportation to the hotel from the airport. They were also very helpful to arrange and book a tour to the islands of Gozo and Comino. (Highly recommend) What we liked about this hotel was that as a boutique hotel it was well maintained and the breakfast included was very nice. I cannot stress that the wonderful staff made us feel comfortable and welcomed. There are multiple restaurants within walking distance as well as the harbor.

Nice hotel, great location, very welcoming staff. Worth noting that some rooms only have a bath tub, no shower - and our tub had a large stain which was a bit off putting. Our towels weren’t changed at all for the first few days of our stay, and there wasn’t much room to hang them to dry - but then they were changed daily on the last couple of days of the stay so perhaps they were just overlooked on the previous days. The built in hairdryer in our room was broken, so they gave us a spare - but there were no plugs near any of the mirrors, so my wife had to use the reverse camera on her ipad instead which made things difficult. Breakfast was very good. We’d stay again, but not in the same room.

Man kann die historische Schönheit dieser Stadt bequem erkunden, ohne auf Verkehrsmittel angewiesen zu sein. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das außergewöhnlich freundliche und aufmerksame Personal. Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise wurde ich stets mit einem Lächeln begrüßt und fühlte mich rundum gut betreut. Jeder Wunsch wurde sofort erfüllt, und das Personal ging über das übliche Maß hinaus, um den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Die Zimmer im Palazzo Consiglia sind ein wahres Highlight. Sie sind geschmackvoll und elegant eingerichtet und strahlen eine einladende Atmosphäre aus. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer war makellos, was für mich ein absolutes Muss ist. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und kann die Ruhe und den Komfort genießen. Insgesamt war mein Aufenthalt im Palazzo Consiglia ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. Ich kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen und werde sicherlich bei meiner nächsten Reise nach Valletta wieder hier übernachten. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt!

Wonderful stay. Quiet hotel and neighborhood. Easy walking to the main square and restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is a former townhouse so it was fun to imagine its previous lives. Would definitely say again. The pool on a hot day was also a plus!

A really nice place to stay in Valletta. Brilliantly placed, and really nice, helpful staff. Delicious breakfast too. The rooms are very spacious, if a little dark.

Tolles Ambiente in 400 Jahre altem Haus. Super freundliche Mitarbeiter. Gute Lage im Zentrum. Trotzdem sehr ruhig. Unser Zimmer war sehr großzügig mit Balkon. Leider nur mit Zugang über die Treppe und nicht über den Aufzug.

Prima hotel. Sommige kamers hebben geen echte ramen, wel een raam dat een uitzicht biedt op een gang. Daardoor kunnen de kamers niet echt geventileerd worden dmv buitenlucht. We vonden dat niet storend voor een paar nachten. Het zwembad met een zit/lig gedeelte maakt weer alles goed. Prima ontbijtbuffet met vers voorbereide (ei) ontbijt naar keuze. Super goed idee! Het personeel zeer aardig en behulpzaam. De ligging is perfect. We hebben enorm genoten. Bedankt!

Die Zimmer im Palazzo Consiglia sind ein wahres Highlight. Sie sind geschmackvoll und elegant eingerichtet und strahlen eine einladende Atmosphäre aus. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer war makellos, was für mich ein absolutes Muss ist. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und kann die Ruhe und den Komfort genießen. Insgesamt war mein Aufenthalt im Palazzo Consiglia ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. Ich hatte das große Vergnügen, meinen Aufenthalt im Palazzo Consiglia in Valletta zu verbringen, und ich kann dieses Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen. Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar - mitten im Herzen von Valletta und fußläufig zu allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Attraktionen. Man kann die historische Schönheit dieser Stadt bequem erkunden, ohne auf Verkehrsmittel angewiesen zu sein. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das außergewöhnlich freundliche und aufmerksame Personal. Really lovely Hotel, our room was lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful. On arrival we were given a list of restaurants and excursions that we could book and the best ways to get around. The breakfast selection was extensive, better than most places I have stayed and you could book the Spa for your personal use for an hour. We had a couple of Spa treatments, which included exclusive use of the Spa for an hour after. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

We had an exceptional stay. Arrived early because we had to check out of another hotel and were given a very warm reception, welcome drinks were a lovely surprise. They agreed to take our luggage and deliver to our room once it had been prepared. We were very fortunate to be given an upgraded room with balcony which was perfect. The individual room/group access to the beautiful spa pool and steam room was a fantastic experience. All staff were very professional and hugely helpful. Great central location. Highly recommend.

A hotel packed full of history. Rooms full of character in a beautiful 400 year old building. Fabulous location a short walk away from the sights of Valletta, many bars and restaurants and the fast ferry to Gozo. The staff were incredible - so helpful and kind at all times. Highly recommend

Wonderful stay. Quiet hotel and neighborhood. Easy walking to the main square and restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is a former townhouse so it was fun to imagine its previous lives. Would definitely say again. The pool on a hot day was also a plus!

Superbe boutique hôtel situé dans un secteur très calme mais néanmoins en plein cœur de La Valette - Tout est accessible à pied et notamment les très nombreux restaurants et bars du quartier - Excellent accueil - Un personnel aux petits soins - Bref, un super séjour qui plus est agrémenté d’un surclassement de chambre - Merci encore de nous avoir fait goûter au luxe de la Suite Sirena !

ホテルとしては最新ではありませんが、とても情緒があり(アンティーク的な所)、私はとても好きでした。 部屋のシャワーとトイレは離れているため日本人には快適かと思われました。シャワーの水量は完璧です。 天井も高く、広さも広いです。 私は利用する時間が無く残念でしたが、プールも綺麗でした。 スタッフの方がみなさん優しくて、話しやすかったです。ただ私の英語が下手で申し訳ない感じでした。 場所もバレッタの中心にあるので、観光には便利です。フェリー乗り場にも近いです。ゴゾ行きにも便利かなと。 ホテルの近くには、オープンカフェのようなレストランがとてもたくさんあります。夜遅くまで食事をして帰ることも問題なかったです。 でも油断しない事を忘れないでくださいね。 最後に心残りがありました。初日に部屋を案内して頂いたスタッフの方に、滞在中色々お世話になったのに、最後にお礼が言えなかった事です。２泊の滞在でしたが、とても楽しかったです。ありがとございました。 次回マルタに行くときも、必ず利用させていただきです。

Les chambres sont spacieuses et hyper confortables, notamment la literie. C'est le grand calme avec un emplacement parfait pour visiter la Valette et prendre les ferrys. Le personnel est très serviable et plein de petites attentions. Le petit déjeuner est très bien avec un plat chaud en plus du buffet très complet. Il y a tous les restaurants autour .

Hotel was lovely, breakfast amazing with cooked to order choices, staff so friendly, hotel decor beautiful, central location. The only thing I would say is I didn’t realise our room had no external window so quite dark but saying that we did not spend much time in room and lovely roof top area to sit with beautiful roof top pool, great spa as well which you could book for couple use, we had a lovely stay!

Nice hotel, great location, very welcoming staff. Worth noting that some rooms only have a bath tub, no shower - and our tub had a large stain which was a bit off putting. Our towels weren’t changed at all for the first few days of our stay, and there wasn’t much room to hang them to dry - but then they were changed daily on the last couple of days of the stay so perhaps they were just overlooked on the previous days. The built in hairdryer in our room was broken, so they gave us a spare - but there were no plugs near any of the mirrors, so my wife had to use the reverse camera on her ipad instead which made things difficult. Breakfast was very good. We’d stay again, but not in the same room.

We arrived very early in the morning but the staff was very helpful, immediately provided some coffee and recommended us some things to check out in the city. The hotel room itself was very clean and maintained well. Breakfasts were done extremely well and staff was always ready to assist whenever needed. Definitely a pleasant stay!

Room was beautiful with excellent room darkening curtains, clean bathroom, super comfortable bed, yummy breakfasts either cooked or à la carte, great location yet quiet at night, free snacks and assorted beverages, elevator/lift and wonderful helpful friendly staff. The only thing as of May 23, 2026 to be aware of is St Ursula Street in front of the hotel is completely torn up and impassable to cars for roadwork, which two mornings caused loud noises at 8 am. The only way to into hotel is narrow broken sidewalks on each side of the street. If mobility is an issue for you, know that taxis drop you off at the corner of St Ursula and St Christopher Streets. Please call/email hotel to see if roadwork is done because it’s an otherwise fabulous hotel.
