Very good hotel, next to the airport. Rooms were large, pool looked nice, didn’t get to use. There was two receptions, which was a bit confusing.

Check-in was speedy and efficient when we asked about transport to the airport very early the next morning. The car was available straight away at 3.50 am and the journey took just 5 mins at a cost of 590 rupees ( approx £5) . We thought that much easier than arranging a taxi at that time in the morning. The man who delivered our luggage to the room was very helpful and the room was totally satisfactory with a good shower and bathroom. The bed and linens were very comfy. In room dining was very good and the pizza was delivered in about 30mins. The person who delivered the food was very nice and would not accept a tip which I thought was exceptional.My only criticism was that I could not hear very well when I used the phone for in-room dining, I had to keep asking them to speak up.

Hotel is good except i received so many random calls from the staff. The worst was a call at 5am for a wake up call that i never schedules. That was particularly painful as i had arrived at 2am. You should do a better job managing the wake up call system. The equipment in the gym is not bolted down. That is dangerous
