5 Stars – Exceptional Service, We'll Definitely Return! We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, and the service truly stood out from start to finish. My wife and I arrived on separate late flights, and things got off to a rough start when she fell on the aircraft stairs. Despite the chaos of our arrival, the reception staff couldn't have been more helpful — they immediately sent up ice for her without even being asked, and helped carry our bags to the room. I didn't check in until after 3am, and the team still arranged a late checkout for us the next day so we could get some proper rest. When we ended up sleeping through breakfast, reception went above and beyond and put together a takeaway breakfast box for us — filled with delicious homemade pastries. Every interaction with the staff felt genuinely caring, not just professional. It's rare to find a hotel that goes so far out of its way to look after guests. Highly recommend, and we'll absolutely be back
