Welcoming atmosphere, quite large room, hotel conveniently located 5 minutrs from Tainan railway station. Comfortable chair in room (would have been even better with a lamp for reading). A comfortable, smaller hotel within walking distance of the train station (not the high speed rail one, which is a 20 min taxi ride/450 NTD) and Chikan Tower (12 min walk). Ok area for restaurants - not great. Hotel has nice rooftop garden and library.

There’s no parking site for the property so you got to find a nearby road side parking. It’s free from 10pm to 8am supposedly, you just park and pay at a convenience store with the chit placed on your car windscreen wiper after you leave. The entrance to the hotel is beside the check-in counter. The room is fairly big but not carpeted. Location wise it’s walking distance from Tainan train station (not the HSR station, which is quite a distance away).

チェックイン後はオートロックのエレベーターで出入り。オートロックのドア入り、エレベーターもカードキーないと動きません。エレベーター降りた後も部屋前の通路にオートロック、さらに部屋のロックと、1人旅でも安心感ありました。無料サービスのお菓子やお茶もあり、宿泊者のみ使える屋上の談話室も写真どおりです。駅から近く便利。難をいえば、おしゃれシャワールームが、観光で疲れた足には浴槽の方が良かったかなぁ。でも水圧も問題なしでした。

Very clean and modern hotel. Our room was very large and very clean. Comfy beds and good aircon. We had a window view to the street but it was not noisy. Staff were excellent and great customer service. Could get snacks at reception if you felt peckish. Ten minute walk to station and we walked most places to see sights as well as a two minute walk to the bus 98 stop which takes you to Aping to see Banyon tree house.

驚くほど清潔で、機能的なホテルでした。最初Wi-Fiが繋がりませんでしたが、直ぐに対応頂き快適に過ごすことが出来ました。無料のアイスティーは、真夏の観光から帰ってきた時にはとてもありがたかったです。

The first impression of the room was very good (a hint of minimalism) but then quickly realized that there are limited number of electricity outlets. We had issues with the shower room was somewhat clogged. The worst thing is the card doesn’t really operate the elevator. Considering the price we paid for the stay, it wasn’t worthy. The acclaimed roof garden is overrated. However, the staff was super friendly and tried to attend to our issues,

台南駅から近く、観光するのも徒歩でどこにでもいけました。お部屋は広々ですが、洗面所の電気が暗いので、そこでお化粧するのは無理かな。冷蔵庫が冷えてなくて、もともと中に入っているものが汗かいてました。ちょっと中のサービスのものは食べなかったです。でもとても良いホテルでした。また泊まりたいです。

Good choice if you want a central location convenient to the train station. Friendly and super helpful staff. The room was spacious. Although the room had large windows, it was a little dark due to the sombre colour scheme and low level of lighting available.

台鐵台南駅から徒歩圏内周りに評価の高い飲食店も多くあり、林百貨店ぐらいまでなら徒歩でいけるので、観光にはもってこいの立地。ホテルはデザイナーズマンション風でおしゃれ。部屋は広く、使い勝ってが良い作り。（ウォシュレットがあるのはポイント高い！）一点難があるとすれば、間接照明とスポットライトだけなので、部屋が常に暗い事くらい。

Checked in a couple of hours before the room was ready. The staff were extremely friendly and serviceminded and gave me a juice when I was filling out the papers. Upon returning to the hotel after the room was ready, they had carried my suitcase to the room. I got a guided tour of the room and of the facilities. The room was spacious. The only not-positive thing was the lightning in the room. It was pretty dim - but the staff promptly provided me with a bedside lamp when I asked. Nice touch to have a snack bar in the lobby!

23時台にチェックインしましたが、お部屋まで丁寧に案内してくださり、お水とお菓子も頂けました♫駅から近くてとても助かりました。お部屋は広くて清潔感があり、サービスも行き届いていました。屋上庭園はホテルの方のこだわりを感じる素晴らしい場所でした。チェックアウト後に荷物も預かっていただけて、とても助かりました。また台南に来たときには利用したいと思います。

台風の日に到着して、新幹線の駅から台鉄がストップしていたので、Uberで向かい、雨風に打たれてびしょ濡れでしたが、スタッフの皆さんが最初から最後までとても親切にしてくれました。おすすめの朝食場所を教えてくれたり、LINEでおすすめ情報を送ってくれました。またフロントのお菓子をもらいに行くと、必ず挨拶や声をかけてくれて、非常にフレンドリーでした。チェックアウト後にも荷物を預かってもらい、受け取りに行った際に、荷物整理をしていたら、アイスティーいかがですか？と声をかけてくれて、暑さでダメージを受けている身体にとっても嬉しいサービスでした。部屋も広くて快適で、コンビニもすぐそばにあって便利だし、2泊気持ちよく過ごせました。

台風の日に到着して、新幹線の駅から台鉄がストップしていたので、Uberで向かい、雨風に打たれてびしょ濡れでしたが、スタッフの皆さんが最初から最後までとても親切にしてくれました。おすすめの朝食場所を教えてくれたり、LINEでおすすめ情報を送ってくれました。またフロントのお菓子をもらいに行くと、必ず挨拶や声をかけてくれて、非常にフレンドリーでした。チェックアウト後にも荷物を預かってもらい、受け取りに行った際に、荷物整理をしていたら、アイスティーいかがですか？と声をかけてくれて、暑さでダメージを受けている身体にとっても嬉しいサービスでした。部屋も広くて快適で、コンビニもすぐそばにあって便利だし、2泊気持ちよく過ごせました。

Usually when I leave a review, I start with the room, then move on to the public areas of the hotel, and then the area around the hotel and access to public transportation. But this time round I feel like I should start with the staff, because they are the secret ingredient that makes this property stand out. The warmth, attention to detail, and proactiveness really turned our visit from an exploration of Southern Taiwan into an experience where we feel like we are coming home after a day of galavanting. Thanks to Jenny, Eva, Neon, Tom, Lily, Anna, and our housekeeper Sarah for being such thoughtful and lovely hosts. And yes: 1. \ufeff\ufeff\ufeffour room was spacious and well-appointed, 2. \ufeff\ufeff\ufeffthe hotel was immaculate with free Taiwanese snacks and cold sweet tea in the lobby, 3. \ufeff\ufeff\ufeffThere were lots of places to eat in the immediate vicinity and being 2 mins from bus stops and 7 from the Tainan train station was a huge boon. Thanks to the 3 Doors team for giving us a home away from home!

スタッフさんが皆さん親切で、言葉が通じない時はわざわざ部屋まで来てくださり、スマホで翻訳をしながらコミュニケーションを取ってくれました。困り事に対する対応も早く、とても良い気持ちで滞在する事ができました。台南に行った際はまた利用させていただきたいです。

Very clean and modern hotel. Our room was very large and very clean. Comfy beds and good aircon. We had a window view to the street but it was not noisy. Staff were excellent and great customer service. Could get snacks at reception if you felt peckish. Ten minute walk to station and we walked most places to see sights as well as a two minute walk to the bus 98 stop which takes you to Aping to see Banyon tree house.

台鐵台南駅から徒歩圏内周りに評価の高い飲食店も多くあり、林百貨店ぐらいまでなら徒歩でいけるので、観光にはもってこいの立地。ホテルはデザイナーズマンション風でおしゃれ。部屋は広く、使い勝ってが良い作り。（ウォシュレットがあるのはポイント高い！）一点難があるとすれば、間接照明とスポットライトだけなので、部屋が常に暗い事くらい。

There’s no parking site for the property so you got to find a nearby road side parking. It’s free from 10pm to 8am supposedly, you just park and pay at a convenience store with the chit placed on your car windscreen wiper after you leave. The entrance to the hotel is beside the check-in counter. The room is fairly big but not carpeted. Location wise it’s walking distance from Tainan train station (not the HSR station, which is quite a distance away).

Checked in a couple of hours before the room was ready. The staff were extremely friendly and serviceminded and gave me a juice when I was filling out the papers. Upon returning to the hotel after the room was ready, they had carried my suitcase to the room. I got a guided tour of the room and of the facilities. The room was spacious. The only not-positive thing was the lightning in the room. It was pretty dim - but the staff promptly provided me with a bedside lamp when I asked. Nice touch to have a snack bar in the lobby!

Welcoming atmosphere, quite large room, hotel conveniently located 5 minutrs from Tainan railway station. Comfortable chair in room (would have been even better with a lamp for reading). Free snacks at reception, nice library room and rooftop on 8th floor. I would be happy to visit this hotel again.

驚くほど清潔で、機能的なホテルでした。最初Wi-Fiが繋がりませんでしたが、直ぐに対応頂き快適に過ごすことが出来ました。無料のアイスティーは、真夏の観光から帰ってきた時にはとてもありがたかったです。

Ahora uno de mis hoteles pequeños favoritos del mundo. El servicio fue familiar y hospitalario en todo momento y me encanta la atención a los detalles de diseño que se encuentra por todo el hotel. La infrastructura del hotel es de muy alta calidad a pesar de ser pequeño y las características de la habitación como la comodidad de la cama, el espacio, el sillon y mucha luz natural han hecho que fue un placer volver al hotel despues de pasear por la ciudad. Sin duda regresaría en mi próximo viaje a Tianan. Es una pena que no ofrecen un desayuno, no obstante hay dulces y té gratis en el vestíbulo. Una sola crítica seria que no habia jabón de manos a lado del lavabo en el baño, solo jabon de ducha en una botella rellenable en la ducha. Entiendo el argumento medioambiental pero no costaría mucho otra botella rellenable al lado del lavabo. En resumen una excelente opción en Tianan!

Excellent hotel close to the local train station, which connects easily to the high speed rail station southeast of the city, we were able to take the train from Taipei and walk from the station here. The main streetfronts of this area do no justice to what is behind the doors: this is a nice bar/reception area with free snacks for guests. There was little to no English spoken by most staff, but there were some written instructions which were clear and standard check in/out procedures, they kept our bags before/after checking in. The rooms were elegent and modern with updated technology, beds, and a nice shower, very large rooms and high end upgrades. Within walking distance of most of the main sites of town or a fast car ride to anything in town. Highly recommended.

Location and rate were perfect. Really easy to access to sight-seeing, shopping and popular restaurants. Friendly and helpful staffs who made the check-in process pleasant and welcoming. Free snacks in the waiting area quieted impatient kids which is a smart move. It is a pity that there is only 2 tea bags provided in the room though it is not mandatory but it will be better if they could also prvide coffee? Also, the sound proof is surprisingly insufficient whilst we were seriuoly disturbed by the laughing and nearly screaming from the happy ladies next door (around 1am) Besides the selfish behaviour next door, everything was good and we had great stay over there! Big thumb up!
