General good, no breakfast

I arrived late on a Sunday night after a long flight from Chicago. I was tired and just wanted to get to my room, have a shower, and get to bed. The young woman who checked me in was absolutely lovely - professional, effective, informative, and just pleasant to a weary traveler. On top of this, the room was just perfect, it was in very good shape, was very clean, the bed was so comfortable, and I just felt immediately relaxed. I didn't use the amenities - including the dining room - so cannot speak to that but I used to work in the hotel business as a former career, having worked my way up from being a room attendant to the desk onto various Senior management positions so I tend to look at my experiences in hotels with a very keen eye! Well done, Sandman.
