Cheap looking place probably wouldn’t book it in my right mind but exceptionally clean mostly nice staff. The cleaning ladies were amazing. The facility from the outside looks pretty muggy, but it is very very clean and very very comfortable. New new renovated inside and it’s great. It was a good day.

We really like our room its newly renovated it has kitchenette which we wanted my partner really like the big tv and bed’s were great. Overall the room is perfect and the staff were great and very helpful. Will definitely be coming back here and will be booking the same room again.

Very clean room, Check In Staff waited until 11:00 p.m. for us to arrive, she was very helpful, pleasant and professional. Gave us a room in a quite area as we were exhausted driving from the Yukon. Rooms well equipped if needing to cook or long term stay. T.V. was NOT hooked to HDMI, we had to take TV down and hook up ourselves, room was extremely hot, overall I would highly recommend the Inn. Reasonable price, nice renovations on this room.

The gentleman at check-in was very friendly. A location close the airport for an early-morning departure was a positive. The negatives include: two bathtubs that were obstructing the staircase near my room. I maneuvered around them with my luggage and thought that someone with some mobility issues would have an issue if they had to use those stairs. Despite the heat being on full-blast, the room was chilly. Aside from that, no complaints but I do hope for those with mobility issues that those bathtubs are moved.

There was nothing the staff could really do and I couldn’t get hold of Expedia to do anything in the short term. The room had no air conditioning. No heating controls television didn’t work and the floor was filthy. Room had been recently renovated and they were able to take beautiful pictures of it, but it was a dump and certainly not representative of what the ads online suggested. I can’t believe they would have a hotel motel room where you can’t control the heat.

The property was alright for a motel and the desk clerk was very gracious especially when I arrived late at 10:30 pm. Unfortunately the room floor was dirty as was the bathroom’s and shower. There was also hair on the wall and floor under the towel rack. The beds seemed fine but upon pulling the sheets saw yellow stains and what looked like debris from dirty feet or flakey skin. Did not stay and moved to another hotel.

The renos give the place a fresh modern look. Everything is new and the colour scheme and decor gives the space a contemporary look yet maintaining a relaxing environment. The room I stayed in was spacious yet had alot of storage. The huge walk-in shower was a nice surprise, I could wash my underarms without smacking the walls. All this at a very reasonable price makes this place a great choice.

Walls are very thin I could hear everything. Woke up to what I thought was someone out by my door & they were actually in the parking lot. Not very good when you have an early flight to catch.

The fridge in our room did not work. Then we went to turn on the tv and it did not work either. We could not connect to the internet. When I decided to read my book, I noticed there were no lightbulbs in the lamp. It was not a good experience.

Very friendly helpful staff the room I had was renovated it looked nice. My door wouldn’t latch closed I talked to the front desk and they offered me a different room. I was mad about the door but not mad at the hotel or staff.This wasn’t the hotel’s fault they paid someone to put the door in properly and the installer didn’t do a good job. If you stay just make sure your door latches before you unload your stuff. Other than the door not latching I really enjoyed my stay and if you have problems or need anything let the front desk know they will sort it out right away.

I had a confirmed, paid booking, yet was told they were full despite rooms still being available online. Minutes later, I got a cancellation email blaming wildfires, while the hotel gave another excuse. I’d already stayed a couple nights, dealing with an unprofessional night receptionist and an uncleaned room they claimed was cleaned. Their part-time manager said he’d fix the issue and get back to me but never did. When I followed up, he hung up the call, clearly lacking the courage to speak to me,one of the poor places at all levels

I arrived after midnight on the 19th July. No one was obviously on site, so I phoned the number on the door, no answer, let a message to say if I didn't hear from them in 30 minutes, I will be staying at another hotel the Hampton Inn & Suites. I was disappointed with the lack of service, as I got phone call from the Westport Inn asking me about my reservation, I said I was still British Columbia and will probably be late to book in. I was told to phone the number on the door. You know the rest from what I said above. I figured you canceled my reservation when I arrive after 9pm. I assume have not charged my Visa account. Thank you.

The motel itself was fine. However, a car alarm went off repeatedly from midnight until 3 am. The vehicle was parked directly outside my room. It was impossible to sleep. Several guests were outside trying to figure out what to do.I understand that it's not the motel's fault that this happened but there was no one around to deal with the situation, which left most of the hotel guests wide awake from midnight until 3 am.

I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I really appreciated the location as it was close to everything - Costco, Walmart, restaurants and the Bear Creek Festival grounds. Having access to a decent sized fridge with a freezer was very helpful for me to be able to keep my food frozen for transporting for the 7 hour drive back home. I would stay here again.

The motel itself was fine. However, a car alarm went off repeatedly from midnight until 3 am. The vehicle was parked directly outside my room. It was impossible to sleep. Sink tap broken. WiFi didn’t work. Hard to see why mngmt took $100 damage deposit; maybe because of the oilfield workers who were here and started noisy truckers at 4:30 am.

Had a vehicle break in attempt and a crew of 30 tree planters were loud and drinking. Left the property before nightfall and wont be back. No refund offered. Lesson learned.

Staff was good. No heat thermostat in room. No heat on and it was 10 deg outside. I had to get a electric space heater from desk for room. You had to walk from room door to bed to turn on a light as the light switch by door didn't do anything. I had to give them a $200.00 damage deposit which I didn't expect. Will need to check next months credit card statement to make sure I get it back as there is a 5 day waiting period. One good thing was I got to check in early with no charge.
