Economy Suites

Very old and outdated. Air conditioning is a wall unit and very noisy. Curtains were stained as was bed linen. Cable Tv was great. Outside very well light.

Horrible service and unacceptable room conditions, bed and sheets were dirty and burnt, they haven’t cleaned them or even took the time to make the beds, bathroom was dirty (tub/toilet/sink) door was broken, all walls were dirty like they threw some juice or something, floor was with dirt and sticky stuff. Horrible smoke smell. Probably someone left and they just gave me the keys. Talked to office and really rude!

The staff was friendly, courteous and professional. The room was okay, the door to the room was a little janky but otherwise okay. The rear window was left open and did not lock. My husband and myself stayed but were only provided with 1 towel (which was not the cleanest), 1 washcloth and a bar of soap that was about half the size of a credit card. Beds and linens were clean and bug free (i checked) the room overall was clean but the floors could be mopped better. I only say this because after my shower i scuffled to the bed with the floor towel so i didnt wet the floor. When i picked the towel up, it was pretty dirty.

Sheets dirty, exposed lightbulbs, room smelled and shower did not work properly

Room was seedy. No wall decorations. Bathroom sink did not drain. Shower took at least 10 minutes for water to get hot. No ice available. On check-out, had to leave my key in the room, as no manager was around. No clothes hangers. I was provided a roll of toilet paper, but the holder was missing. There was a fridge and a microwave that I did not try. The TV was okay.
