My first stay at this hotel, a few months.prior to this one, was fabulous. Clean room, quiet at night, fairly comfortable bed. This stay, the room was not clean. Sheets had not been changed, tub dirty, floor dirty, and someone had smoked in there. Owner is still fabulous.

The owner was so polite and kind; I hope to meet more people like him in my future. He was painting the exterior when I arrived. The grounds are very neat and the building is like an oversized cottage. The room was sufficient, and clean, even the floors were clean! That is so unusual in this day and time. Quiet at night - much appreciated. I loved everything about it - - except the neighbors to my immediate right who stood in their open doorway smoking, which blew in my direction.

This was my 4th stay at Ingleside and it's become my little getaway place. The owner and staff are always quite accommodating, courteous and helpful. Any/all questions or issues are addressed immediately. It's a great little place to stay for just a night, weekend or extended stay and I can't recommend it enough.
