Our room was absolutely disgusting. Dirty, grimy, mouldy and uncomfortable. I had to clean the bathroom myself so I could actually have a shower & to know that it was actually clean! Hair in the shower, basin & toilet. Mould throughout the bathroom & room itself, carpets haven’t been cleaned in years, feel damp & spongy & just plain disgusting. The bed side tables were filth, had coffee stains, along with other stains, dust & dead bugs. The bed head had inches of dust and god knows what else. The air conditioner filters haven’t been changed, most likely, ever! The pictures on the internet / WotIf are deceiving, not what they’re made out to be at all! And the service at the front desk was dismal, I had to call for assistance to just check-in as the desk was unmanned. Same with lodging my complaints about my room, very slack and unwelcoming service. Ended up getting some money back, which was a task in itself. Worst location I’ve ever encountered.

The Pioneer Station Motor inn's best days are probably behind it and at some point will be due for a makeover. But in the meantime, you get a very comfortable and very clean place to stay for a fair and reasonable price. Fantastic friendly service. Definitely would recommend this place.

Terrible Customer Service. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I paid $500 for 4 nights here and was treated terribly. The owner shouted at me as there was clothes on the single bed I wasn’t using, he knew this as he came in my room every day without permission to check on me. I had put all rubbish in bin and was nothing but polite and friendly with him. I just couldn’t believe how badly I was spoken to. My work colleague stayed in the swan hill resort next door which was much nicer and they were much more friendly there.

Poor customer service, walk in booking the room double more then hotel.com , trying charge for book in 2adult didn’t write down 2 years old and 3 years old kids, we are asking how much to charge for that , she didn’t answer it and keep asking our card details, we don’t mind extra charge , but at least talk nicely not like want to rip off people

After a quick check in we were a bit concerned about the outside look but once inside found it to be ok, 2 queen beds which were very comfortable and clean, we only used one. The bathroom was a bit tired but adequate with decent toilet paper ( so many motels use the cheap and thin rolls) which was a plus. Very good value and reasonably central. Would recommend for a short stay

We were only there for one night. The end of a long road trip. The room was small but not cramped. It was convenient to the centre of town yet completely quiet. The shower was the best I've experienced away from home. Ben was an excellent host.

We had a really lovely chat with Tracy at the front desk.. she gave us recommendations for food and talked about our adventure out this far.. we felt safe and comfortable! Thank you having us!

Booked this motel rather than the usual motel I book because the website indicated it had breakfast - there was none! There was no room service cleaning whatsoever. A very disappointing stay. I won’t be staying there again.

Few essentials i.e. hand soap, tea bags, coffee, milk. Bed electric blankets were not plugged in. Bed was comfortable as was the heating

Great budget place to stay. Great service quiet price is great compared to others in areas and close to everything walking distance to town restaurants grocery store etc. great place and value.

Booked for 3 nights, then booked an extra night day prior, messaged property to make sure we could have same room throughout our stay, they replied ‘no problem’. On arrival they couldn’t find my booking, gave us our room after explaining the two seperate bookings many times, the next morning we were told we had only booked one night even though full payment made for four prior to arrival. Had to explain over again my booking still couldn’t find me but did agree that they had replied to my message. Reading the booklet in room our room would be cleaned daily, for the first two days I had to chase down towels and condiments as our room was not serviced. When I finally was able to speak to someone in the office I was told we had to request room cleaning daily, our room was cleaned on our last day, communication was appalling, bathroom door would not close, tv would not work properly never again !

Poor customer service, walk in booking the room double more then hotel.com , trying charge for book in 2adult didn’t write down 2 years old and 3 years old kids, we are asking how much to charge for that , she didn’t answer it and keep asking our card details, we don’t mind extra charge , but at least talk nicely not like want to rip off people

Clean, great service - everything you want from an overnight motel stay. Easy check in and check out. We were able to check in early as we’d arrived from Melbourne before check in time. Highly recommend.
