Loved having someone at front desk for assistance The only complaints I have is for what is charged for the room a free easy breakfast would have been great! The other complaint is that I had to pay $18.00 per night to park in the garage. The second night there was an event and I had to park 2 streets over and walk out in the middle of the street through construction. I had to keep checking the garage to see if a spot opened up. I did not get a spot until midnight. That really was a huge inconvenience.

I was really disappointed the hot tub was out of order and the pool was freezing. The bedding was very worn and dated and the room had lots of stuff on the carpet, like it had not been vacuumed. I was charged two days for parking when I had only requested one.

Very nice hotel. Used the laundry facilities, on the second level. Went down to the bar and had a glass of wine. Small shop with essentials next to reception and there’s a microwave there too. Gym was great. Highly recommend.

Check and and check out was very easy. Marlene at the front desk was an absolute delight. Property is well kept with generous amenities. Affordable secured underground parking on site was a huge plus.

The room was very clean and smelt very nice walking in. It was super quiet and the parking garage made it super easy. Would definitely recommend if in the area. We stayed so we could just walk down the street to angel of the winds arena. Super easy and convenient.

Room wasn't clean. Bed looked like it had been slept in. The sheets had a stain on them. Couch was dirty. and the bathroom sink was backed up and wouldn't drain. Staff was very friendly and the doors were locked for added protection.

I stay here at least twice a year. This time, my room wasn't ready till like 5 o'cluck. They didn't offer much of an explanation. I always get the same room Type and things are starting to look a little used the couch. Or furniture looks lthe a cat has used it as a scratching post wasn't as clean as usual. Still though a nice room. Good view, big bathroom nice area to eat relax. This was a one bedroom suite. Refrigerator is A little small So don't think you're gonna like put in a bunch of beer and wine and take out food in there. kcup coffee machine .

Our stay was amazing! The hotel was clean, modern, and had great amenities. Every staff member we dealt with was super friendly and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great location. Within walking distance of a lot of different locations. Staff very friendly. The room was hard to keep cool due to the set up of the air conditioner. It doesn’t really make much sense to put a cabinet over it. That was poor planning. And the room was ok in the cleanliness area. We had French fries on the floor from the last guest.

Oh boy. Pictures are deceiving. The hotel is not in the nicest area. Sketchy people all around the property. Our view was the police parking lot…county jail is a few buildings away. I guess that’s why it’s a “fully secure” hotel. You even have to be buzzed in at the front entrance. Inside, carpets are stained badly. Our room looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned. Hair on pillows and sheets, mold in shower, what appeared to be a blood stain on the headboard. We asked for a different room but were told hotel was fully. requested new sheets and pillow cases but they never arrived. All for $300 /night. Not what I am accustomed to with a Courtyard Marriott. The staff was courteous and friendly- that would be my only positive.

The room was tidy and clean, however the pool and the pool area needed attention, we spent a lot of time there so I was able to observe the same dirty areas 2 days in a row. Hair in the pool, around the pool, in the shower room, as well as what appeared to be vomit in the shower room.

I would have given this hotel a 4.5 instead of a 3 but unfortunately the TV in my room did not work nor did they try to fix it. The reason had something to do with updating the receivers and a bad receiver box. I did receive a $20 credit which was nice. The overall appearance of the hotel was lovely except for the carpets. They need a good and thorough cleaning.

We had three people in our party and stayed in a beautiful 5th floor, corner room suite, that overlooked the city. Our room had one king bed and a sofa bed. We had to request bedding for the sofa bed since there wasn't any additional bedding in the room. The windows in the room were terrible. Because we overlook the city we had all the sounds of the city coming into the room. We had to check and make sure the windows weren't actually open to explain the noise. The windows are just cheep and thin, which is disappointing done this was a Marriott.

It is a new hotel. Parking was annoyingly narrow as they all are now and the equipment on roof was blowing like crazy on 3rd floor. Sounded like a helicopter was right outside our window.

Was marketed as 4 person room with a king and pull out. The pull out was a twin and the size of one adult . Also phone didn’t work had to call front desk from cell phone Pull out didn’t have sheets had to call down for that Wouldn’t have booked if I knew pull out was a twin for one. Staff - excellent. Room - clean, but the bed was the most uncomfortable I've ever slept in. I don't think they've replaced the mattress since the hotel was built. Plumbing needed repaired twice, arrived and had to have maintenance up before we even used it, it was full of foam and wouldn't flush.

Staff promised to fill it right away but never did. 3. Food service in the hotel had limited hours and avocado toast was like $15. 4. Told the front desk the TV did not work twice and just got told to turn it on and off again. Never did work and heard other people complaining also. Apparently none of the TVs worked. Never offered any discount and still proceeded to charge us for parking. When i checked out I mentioned it again and the lady at the front desk just replied “ok.”

For me, it was the staff. I don’t think I’ve ever encountered such friendly, accommodating staff during a stay like this. The place was clean and quiet and I had no issue, but I would definitely stay here again solely because of the hospitality I received.

We were here for just one night but the staff made the stay very pleasant. There was a delay on check-in because a lot of people were all checking in on the same day, but they went out of their way to make it up to us. Very friendly and helpful.

Waited at the front desk to check in for 15 min. And no one was there. A note saying be right back was on the counter but no sign of anyone. The young woman who did finally get back was on a bathroom break. A company this size should have 2 people running the front desk. It was not her fault but rather managements for not staffing properly.

I showed up to check in at 10pm at night with a reservation confirmation booked 10 days earlier only to be told they were booked and did not have a room for me. They tried to send me 45 mins south to another hotel. The staff that evening were very non-chalant and when I walked out the front door into the night in an area with wandering homeless folks, the staff said “have a good night”. They knew I had nowhere to go and cared less. I was confirmed for 3 nights and the other two nights were good to go. When I showed up the next day to check in, the attendant was very compassionate and handed me a gift bag apologizing. Promised me a room with views, etc. I felt affirmed until I peeked in the bag upon arriving in my room. Fritos, Oreos, water, energy bar and a GC for a free appetizer with purchase of a meal at a local restaurant. A joke. A shot of whiskey would have been better.

When I showed up the next day to check in, the attendant was very compassionate and handed me a gift bag apologizing. Promised me a room with views, etc. I felt affirmed until I peeked in the bag upon arriving in my room. Fritos, Oreos, water, energy bar and a GC for a free appetizer with purchase of a meal at a local restaurant. A joke. A shot of whiskey would have been better.

We stayed 5 nights and signed up for every 2nd day cleaning. Never happened. Had to continually go downstairs to front desk to request towels. Take out the garbage. I specifically asked if room would be cleaned after 2nd night and the nice elderly gentleman looked it up and said we were on the schedule. We returned later that evening to an unmade room. When inquiring at front desk was told one manager called in sick and the other was in Canada. Not sure why this affected the cleaning. Some very pleasant people work there and one very snarky person. Parking was $14/day or take your risk at street parking. Parking should be included to protect their clientele.

Everything was great except the check-in. Took us 45 minutes waiting in line. The one check-in clerk was friendly, courteous and apologetic but still the wait was unpleasant and unacceptable.

The room was very clean and smelt very nice walking in. It was super quiet and the parking garage made it super easy. Would definitely recommend if in the area. We stayed so we could just walk down the street to angel of the winds arena. Super easy and convenient.

There was a strong flowery smell that was overwhelming. The swimming pool is not heated and was too cold for my grandchildren to enjoy. Breakfast is very limited and coffee unavailable until 7:30 ish there is also a charge for both as well as parking. A premium price with no amenities.

We had a great time staying for three nights at this hotel. The facilities were great. The breakfast was the best I’ve ever had at a hotel, and the room was clean and spacious! My only critique is regarding our pets. This is something we should know as well, but I think all pet rooms should be on the first floor so owners can get them out to go to the bathroom with ease. We were on the third floor. Also, a patch of grass or woodchips nearby would be so helpful. It’s a big couple of blocks before we could find somewhere to properly potty them.

1. Lights on the building across the street flicker on and off all night but the room didn’t have drapes that block out the light. 2. The water jug in the workout room was empty. Staff promised to fill it right away but never did. 3. Food service in the hotel had limited hours and avocado toast was like $15. 4. Parking was $19 a night as expected but why wasn’t I informed of the price up front? 5. Staff asked how was my stay and when I responded with “it was just okay”, they ignored me and checked me out without any more questions.

Hotel was centrally located to what we were in town for. Hotel was clean and room was nice. Stopped into the bar to get a drink but the bartender wouldn’t acknowledge us after 10 minutes of waiting so we went some place else even though there were only 4 people sitting at the bar. Also the hotel wasn’t too sound proof so heard lots of yelling at like 4am outside. Also church bells. And the worst part was going down for breakfast only to find out they couldn’t serve us food cause the kitchen was too backed up even though there were only like 8 people waiting for food. Said we could come back in 30 minutes but that was after they “close” …just very disappointing to not be able to get breakfast so we just checked out and found food elsewhere. Just any interaction with the bar and Resturant was a bust

We stayed in the King suite and it was perfect for three adults. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a nice area of downtown Everett. Easy to walk around and find breakfast. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay there again.

We had a room for 5: 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa. Our room was spacious as it was ADA standard. Upon arriving, staff were helpful, quick check in but not much street parking around the building and the parking garage was card access only. It would have been helpful if there was an obvious place to park for check in and unloading. We stayed for 3 nights and our room was never cleaned! The trash, recycling, and dirty towels piled up! We fully expected house keeping to at least collect the trash daily.

This is right across the street from one of the most amazing children’s museums I’ve ever been to. It’s also a short drive to the ferry launches. The parking is easy and safe, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, and staff is super friendly.
