We initially booked a room with a balcony but thought we would be closer to the water based on the pictures. We asked if we could change rooms and fortunately there was a waterfront room available…we just had to stay a second night (which we were able to do). It was worth it! Kickass view!! Very quiet! Sat out on the dock for hours!!

Clean, mostly quiet (could hear lodgers above moving around briefly). Nice view of lake Very limited services (basic room)! Fairly convenient for restaurants. Good value for "no frills" overnight lodging!

As had noted in prior reviews, this is a nice 2 star Inn with excellent view of the Lake. Had a small terrace where you can enjoy the scenery. Room was very clean with a small Frig. The Inn is a little dated but it suited our needs for this trip. Would definitely recommend.

First, I will say that the room that I booked is not the room that was in the picture. I booked a lakefront room with a kitchenette. I got a standard room with a balcony, no microwave a college dorm size fridge with dirty carpet carpets and I had to drive to get to the water. The ice machine was broken. I had to ask for the keys twice when they told me they were on the bed. This place is not managed very well. You get what you pay for I guess. The view and the shower was amazing, but that’s it.

The lakefront rooms have a wonderful water-level view of Lake Winnipesaukee through the window. Could see the sun rise and heard loon calls at dusk. When the lake is choppy you can hear the waves from the room. The rooms feel like very small cabins and are comfortable. Beds and covers are excellent. The road on which the rooms are situated was quiet, with beautiful lakefront homes. In the middle of May for part of the stay we were the only guests at the site. The docks were roped off. While everything in the room worked well enough, we got no response or attention after reporting the first day by email (as directed) that the bathroom sink wouldn't drain enough for use.

Met Tony when we first got there and it was great from the jump. He showed us around and told us what we could do on the property like use the kayaks and grill if we chose. The room had a terrific view of the lake and was super comfortable.The only drawback is that the tv in the room could be bigger but, we didn't go to watch television. Give it a go. You won't be disappointed.

Very nice place and the woman at checkin was very polite. Loved being in the lower building right next to the water with an unbeatable view especially for the fall foliage. Nice clean place close to a lot of things and easy access to the highway. Would just recommend they invest in nicer pillows. Other than that couldnt be happier.

I was torn on the rating, I found the hotel staff to be very friendly and the room was clean, a little outdated, but that didn’t bother us at all. The views from our balcony were wonderful and we enjoyed the location. My biggest issue was the bed, it was extremely uncomfortable and outdated. It creaked and sagged in the middle and it made it very difficult for my husband and I to get a good nights sleep. If we were there for more than one night it definitely would have been a bigger problem.

Balcony view was wonderful. Problems started immediately. There was a non-working Keurig coffee maker and no supplies or even cups or glasses for drinking water. The towels were tiny, not at all in keeping with what is expected in an average hotel. The soap was just gross, it smelled awful. The furniture is old and worn, the carpeting worn and stained and the bedding, while clean, was of low quality. We found out only after calling the desk (it was unattended the entire time of our stay) that coffee only (no tea) was available 2 levels down stairs. There was no notice anywhere of the coffee/cups location. The entrance is not marked by any lighting and getting in and out is VERY dangerous as it is located on a fast curve on a busy road. All in all, we felt like the owner doesn't take pleasing their customer to be very important. We so looked forward to staying at Belknap Pt Inn, but our stay was very disappointing. It just felt like they really didn't give 2 hoots and they are absentee owners.

We stayed for 6 days the week of the 4th of July. Check in and check out was easy. Anthony and Larissa were kind and easy to talk to. We stayed in one of the upper rooms which has an amazing view. My only knock is the size of the bathroom vanity. Everything else was fine. I recommend staying here and I wish them all the best in the future.

We stayed for 6 days the week of the 4th of July. Check in and check out was easy. Anthony and Larissa were kind and easy to talk to. We stayed in one of the upper rooms which has an amazing view. My only knock is the size of the bathroom vanity. Everything else was fine. I recommend staying here and I wish them all the best in the future.

We stayed for 6 days the week of the 4th of July. Check in and check out was easy. Anthony and Larissa were kind and easy to talk to. We stayed in one of the upper rooms which has an amazing view. My only knock is the size of the bathroom vanity. Everything else was fine. I recommend staying here and I wish them all the best in the future.

Very nice place and the woman at checkin was very polite. Loved being in the lower building right next to the water with an unbeatable view especially for the fall foliage. Nice clean place close to a lot of things and easy access to the highway. Would just recommend they invest in nicer pillows. Other than that couldnt be happier.

Beautiful spot over looking the lake!! A little dated but comfortable, clean and a few mins drive to Gilford Pavillon. Would definitely stay again!

Clean, mostly quiet (could hear lodgers above moving around briefly). Nice view of lake Very limited services (basic room)! Fairly convenient for restaurants. Good value for "no frills" overnight lodging!

The view from the balcony overlooking the lake was fantastic. Tony was always available to answer questions and supply everything you needed. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was very neat and clean. Plan on going back in November.

We stayed down in their waterfront rooms and the views were magnificent. We could swim anytime and watch the sunset and rise over the distant mountains. The upper rooms with balconies had equally nice views and would perhaps offer more privacy. The lakefront rooms were all close to each other and we were lucky enough to have the place largely to ourselves. The people we did meet were all very friendly and respectful. The nearby hiking was phenomenal and plenty of places to visit and eat nearby. It was an amazing place to stay, highly recommend!

I would say that this was a very nice place to stay we were in the lower rooms and the view was great. As far as the room it needed a little fresh air like any hotel when the rooms are not used and they are closed up you get that musty smell, it goes away after awhile. I am not saying anything was bad just a little tweaking. Overall it was a very nice stay Thank you Tony.
