The hotel staff was helpful and nice during our stay. They answered all of our questions and accommodated our late checkout request. The hotel itself hasn’t been kept up with. The phone in the room didn’t work. You could tell that the rooms are only cleaned after a stay since there was dust everywhere. The shower would make a loud hissing noise when running it.

Not a bad stay but the hotel was very muggy and musty with a foul smell throughout the floor and room. We also found certain parts of our room to not be very clean. We were also bummed that the breakfast was sparse since they were out of several items during our stay. The staff was great and very helpful though!

It was a two day trip to see fiancé. Nothing spectacular. Friendly agent on check in. Room was clean but air conditioner was not cooling as efficiently as could have been. Room stayed rather warm throughout the night. Breakfast was available but not a lot of choices. It was perfect for me coffee and oatmeal. Housekeeping was great replaced the towels when I asked. All in all a relaxing place to enjoy two quick nights.

We recently stayed at the Fairmont Hotel in Pecos while visiting from Dallas. The room itself was fine, but there were several issues that made our stay less enjoyable. Overall the hotel wasn't bad for this area. It is really close to the interstate and there is a lot of traffic. My room was on the first floor, The window had a big hole in one pane and didn't allow air in but staff said it was broken from a recent hail storm. There were some other windows that were also broke. The only issues I had was the Air conditioner sounded like an alarm clock when it finished its cycle. I was woken several times by what I thought was an alarm but turned out to be the air conditioner. Coffee in the morning was luke warm but overall its a decent hotel for Pecos.
