Front office extremely helpful and polite. They managed to retrieve my post sunglasses from an Uber as well as helping organise trips etc. Quiet room on level 4 and a good size. Great value spa. Very good dishes at the restaurant.

Hotel muito bom. Quartos bem confortável. Apenas o estacionamento é bem pequeno, apenas três vagas. Tive que estacionar na frente e pago. No final, negociamos e paguei metade e o hotel a outra metade. Localização: próximo do centro (praça d’armas).

Great service and comfortable rooms. The restaurant is pretty good. Good wifi. The have a laundry machine you can use although it is somewhat pricey. It is a short walk to the city center, but it is a steep downhill and coming back up is not easy at this altitude. Noise insulation within the building could be improved. Our room was above the breakfast room and we would be woken up by the staff setting up breakfast. There was some minor noise traveling between rooms too.

I have visited Cusco many times and stayed in at least a dozen different hotels. After discovering the Hilton, it’s the only place we will book in Cusco from now on. At night Cusco is quite chilly, and this hotel is the only one I’ve ever stayed in there that actually has a modern, reliable heating system. It’s spotlessly clean, only a few minutes walk from the city centre, and it has a beautiful bar with great cocktails. The showers are fantastic with good water pressure. The main selling point for me, though, is how cozy is is.

We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Garden Inn Cusco. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We took advantage of the free filtered water station and refilled our water bottles there. The buffet breakfast was incredible - tons of options including local foods, omelets, fruit, juices and more! A note to future travelers: Be sure to prepay for breakfast- it is more than double the cost to pay in person! We wished we had added the breakfast option even though we would have missed a day due to our scheduled trek.

Hotel is new and super clean. Loved my room. Staff is wonderful and even gave me a present/cake for my birthday with a card. Only thing that I did not like is the property surroundings. Its far from the city center. Breakfast buffet was good as well.

Beautiful property! Please go exploring outside your room. The building is incredible with lovely views. The enclosed courtyard is absolutely delightful. The employees were also exceptional. Antony is my favorite person there. I could go on and on, but just do yourself the hassle and stay here. I liked the location as well. Just a few blocks (and a gnarly hill) from everything touristy.

Hotel was good, but the air conditioner/ heater kept going off because it thought no one was in the room. Had to get up repeatedly through the night to activate the unit. Breakfast was great, particularly the quinoa soup! Walk down to town, but Uber back up!!

The staff was incredibly caring and proactive — they immediately called for medical assistance and made sure we were comfortable at all times. A special thank you to Fidel from Security, who went above and beyond by personally bringing oxygen tanks to our room and checking on us throughout the night. Angela was also exceptional in coordinating the ambulance and ensuring everything went smoothly. The service, professionalism, and genuine care of the entire team made a difficult situation much easier to handle. We are deeply grateful — Hilton Garden Inn Cusco truly deserves a 10 out of 10!

Our trip to Cusco ended up getting extended due to a hospitalization for me. The staff was so kind to my daughter while my husband spent the night with me in the hospital. They extended our stay and were so accommodating in the restaurant based on what I could eat. They gave us extremely late checkout so that I could continue to rest until we have to be at the airport. In addition to that, the hotel was beautiful, the rooms were clean, and the views were spectacular.

The reception staff was very unhelpful. We paid for a king superior with a view but stayed in a basic king with no view. When I requested a refund for the difference of both rooms I was told no. The reception staff provided no options or solutions to rectify the issue.

Front desk staff is terrible. I’m incredibly surprised that they have the ratings they have. They will nickel and dime you for everything so be prepared for a surprise at the end when it’s time to check out. There are plenty more options available in Cusco that are closer to everything. I really wish we didn’t choose this hotel but you live and you learn. We didn’t get the room we paid for and were denied reimbursement smh… terrible

Our stay at Hilton Garden Inn Cusco was excellent. We encounterd friendly staff from the beginning. Our room was cleaned daily by hardworking staff and we definitely appreciate that. The views from outside the hotel looking down from the mountain was magical! The food was 10/10!

El hotel super bueno, nuestro único tema fue con Laura del front desk, llegamos sin reserva y Laura con cierta actitud nos decía que el hotel estaba lleno que sólo nos podía ofrecer una noche, luego nos tendríamos que hospedar en otro porque nuestra estadía en cusco era de 5 dias, al otro dia intentamos nuevamente con ella misma, para quedarnos el resto de la semana, y nos insistía que estaba todo lleno, le explicaba que en la web me aparecía que habían disponibles y ella me decía que debía ser error, sin embargo hice la reserva luego que nos dijo eso via expedía, esperamos un rato y nos atendió una chica muy amable y hicimos check in nuevamente… es decir que si había disponibilidad. Que pena que esa Laura de muy mala onda, nos hiciera vivir esa experiencia tan descortés en un hotel tan bueno, que hasta por mi cumpleaños me pusieron bizcocho en la habitación, asi que cuando vayan procuren que no le toque ella.

The staff, particularly the concierge, was very helpful. The hotel is great. Two things to consider about the location: 1. Though close to the main square on the map, the hotel sits on a hill which at 12,000 feet (3,700 meters) is a strenuous walk for some. 2. there is not much in the way of dining or shops in the immediate (within about 4 blocks) of the hotel. It is a short 11 minute walk to the central square though.

We had an amazing week-long stay, and everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful—from the front desk team to room service and housekeeping. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The hotel is in a great location, relatively close to Cusco’s main plaza, which made it easy to explore the city. We always felt safe and well cared for during our stay. Do keep in mind that the walk back to the hotel involves going uphill with some stairs, which might be challenging for those not accustomed to walking at higher altitudes. However, the hotel offers coca tea in the lobby, which is a thoughtful touch and helpful for adjusting to the altitude. We liked the view. Beds are comfortable and the property is very clean and well kept. The property is in a hill, so walking down is better than walking back to the property. We took taxis to come back from the city, so it wasn’t a problem. It’s a few minutes drive from plaza de armas and other main attractions.

The hotel itself is lovely and just what you expect from a Hilton property. The location is not convenient though, on a map it looks close to the main square but it's up a very steep hill. We only stayed one night in between stops and I'm so glad we didn't stay more. It's about a 20 minute walk down the steep hill to the main square and a taxi ride (10-15 soles) back up the hotel. There are no food options around the hotel so you do have to go down. Uber is an option in Cusco as well.

The location is great and the staff is polite and accommodating. I like that this hotel has heat. However, the restaurant prices are outrageous; there is no way to just order a cup of coffee and an individual item for breakfast without paying for one of their three more inclusive and quite expensive breakfast options.

We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Garden Inn Cusco. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We took advantage of the free filtered water station and refilled our water bottles there. The buffet breakfast was incredible - tons of options including local foods, omelets, fruit, juices and more! A note to future travelers: Be sure to prepay for breakfast- it is more than double the cost to pay in person! We wished we had added the breakfast option even though we would have missed a day due to our scheduled trek.

Our stay at Hilton Garden Inn Cusco was excellent. We encounterd friendly staff from the beginning. Our room was cleaned daily by hardworking staff and we definitely appreciate that. The views from outside the hotel looking down from the mountain was magical! The food was 10/10!

One of the best Hilton properties we have stayed: well maintained with very kind and caring staff. We ordered in-room dining on two occasions and the food was simply outstanding and the service thoughtful and timely. The breakfast buffet spread was eclectic and delectable and again made extra special by some of the kindest staff. We stayed at 7 different hotels during our 3 week trip across South America and this one was clearly the best. The location is of course outstanding , set in a picturesque backdrop of mountains with a beautiful courtyard where you can sit and relax while sipping on coffee or even better, the local drink Chicha morada. We arrived at Cusco after a series of overnight delays and flight diversions which left us totally sapped. This hotel gave us exactly what we needed: a calm, welcoming and relaxing place to rest, recharge and rejuvenate and get ourselves acclimated to high altitude. What also stood out to me is how well the hotel staff treated us with kindness and respect. I will give this hotel 10 out of 5 stars if I can !
