Bon Hotel City & Resort

This hotel was an absolute disappointment. It was not clean at all, and nothing looked like the photos shown on Hotels.com. Honestly, it didn’t even feel like a proper hotel—more like a haunted house. My daughter was genuinely scared. We had to change rooms three times. In the first room, the air conditioning didn’t work. In the second, there was constant loud noise coming from next door. The walls felt as thin as cardboard, and the windows were so old it was like staying outside. In the all 3 rooms the curtains were all ripped off and very old dusty. the hotel didn't feel secure at all , which was especially concerning since I was traveling with my daughter. We arrived very late, around 1 AM, already exhausted from traveling, and instead of being able to rest, we had to deal with all these issues. There was no option for a refund—Hotels.com said they needed approval from the hotel, while the hotel blamed Hotels.com. Completely unhelpful on both sides. The entire place is very old and poorly maintained. The toilet tap and shower were covered in rust. This place should not even be operating as a hotel in its current condition. Do not waste your money here. Can not be explained how bad it is shame that it is offered as a hotel. Paranızı çöpe atmış olursunuz

Tam bir rezalet..

Öncelikle odalar çok kötü. Bir odanın kliması bozuktu başka odaya geçtik oranın da fön makinesi yok oda da böcek vardı. Hizmet 0
