I booked this hotel supposed to pay at property but they charged my credit card without notifying me and with the rate different from the booking

Quality of the room was as expected for the price. Was disappointed to find cockroaches in the bathroom, but it’s a shared building and I know that can’t be avoided. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly for the stay, they addressed all of our needs without question.

Was not cleaned everyday. Had to ask to empty trash and to get clean towels. Floor was not always cleaned.

Our overall stay is not very good, we saw some cockroaches crawling around and so many ants..we can’t even sleep well..internet is not working properly…the pot where we boil water have a smell too. People who stay there makes so much noise..
