Central Suite Residence

This hotel was my favourite hotel during our three week trip travelling Southeast Asia. The staff were absolutely amazing, they remembered your name when you came through the lobby, you were always greeted with a cold towel when you came back to the hotel, and they were there to help you with anything you needed. The rooms were absolutely amazing. So spacious compared to any other hotel I’d stayed in. The bathrooms were also huge and the showers were incredible. The breakfast was delicious, there was a small buffet area, but also a menu that you could just order off of. The pool was very nice with a swim up bar and had a good amount of privacy. I had to do an online exam during my stay and they made sure to put an extra router in my room so the Wi-Fi would be extra fast and dependable. I was so sad to be leaving this hotel as it was one of my favourite stays anywhere. Big shoutout to Liza.

The staff are almost too helpful. Ready to greet you with cool Towels upon your return. A nice touch. Staff ask a few too many questions to appear helpful and interested which can get a bit much but it's not their fault - just a cultural thing. For the price, this a great choice and a very good location

Ideally located; very central but no street noise. Lovely pool and the staff were absolutely first rate. All extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and they went out of their way to treat us with kindness and great service. Menu at the restaurant lad a large variety and the meals were great; breakfast buffet as well. The hotel is situated very close to shopping and the nightlife of Pub Street.

My wife and I had an amazing stay at Central Suite Residence during our week in Siem Reap! The hotel was spotless, ideally located near excellent spas and restaurants, and offered a convenient concierge service that made exploring Angkor Wat and the surrounding park effortless. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the INCREDIBLE staff. Kim, Pisean, and the entire team made us feel as though we were the only guests there. They took the time to learn our names, thoughtfully addressed every question and request, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. Two of our friends were staying at a nearby hotel and would occasionally stop by before we headed out for the day. Impressively, the staff even took the time to learn their names and warmly welcomed them each time. By the end of our trip, all four of us agreed that this is exactly where we’ll stay on our next visit to Siem Reap. If we could give more than five stars, we absolutely would!
