Casa de campo lavanda (era Fellside)

I recently stayed at this lovely cottage located in the village Melmerby with my puppy. The cottage was very well-equipped and comfortable - I really liked everything about it. The only downside was that the lights in the living room were a bit too bright; a dimmer switch or some additional lamps would make it cosier for the evenings. We enjoyed day trips out, and in the village, we had a lovely meal at the pub, though it’s closed from Monday through Wednesday, which might impact other visitors. Note that the front garden is open, so our dog had to stay on a lead. Overall, a great stay!

The cottage was lovely, with everything you would need! Unfortunately they weather was against us and we were unable to explore!We did visit the Old Bakery and it was delicious 😋

Very comfortable and well equipped property.No shops in the village apart from village bakery. There is a pub but it was closed all the time we were there.

Great holiday cottage with everything you would need. Very clean and furnished to a high standard. Melmerby has a bakery / cafe and pub so we had some good options for food and drinks. Like everyone else I'd highly recommend this property.
