Las Tortugas A3 - hermoso condominio de 2 dormitorios en un acceso lateral a la playa en el centro de la ciudad

Wonderful property! Great location!

The condo was lovely. The spare room advertised as a queen, but the bed was definitely smaller than a queen. Minor issue with the hot water. Good cooking facility and supply of dishes, etc. Short walk to the beach, and restaurants and shopping were close too. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Las Tortugas.

Condo itself is well maintained except being able to get a normal water temp, which has been a problem every time, so I give up on that. It's scalding hot or cold. We've stayed at Las Tortugas numerous times. I LOVED the previous housekeeper, Jesse or Jessica? She helped me work on my Spanish while she cleaned-bonus!-got a cleaning and spanish lesson. The new housekeeper not as friendly, miss old housekeeper. The location on beach is perfect, but there's a huge 6 story building being builty right next to Las Tortugas with construction noises 7 days a week. The town is starting to become too built up for us.

The property was as advertised. A lot of construction but it was close to the beach. The air-conditioning would well in the bedrooms but didn't work in the main living space. Property Management was not very responsive when issues occurred

Apartment was spacious and comfortable. Amenities were good. Only complaint was the construction next door that was very loud all day and hampered our ability to enjoy our time on the terrace.
