We missed our flight so we chose this hotel for its airport shuttle service “for a small fee” and we thought it would be cheaper than getting taxis to and from the airport for our unexpected overnight stay. We were unable to find the hotel shuttle pick up area at the airport. We spoke on the phone several times with the hotel asking for help during this time and were told the driver had already returned back to the hotel and that we should just get a taxi. The taxi cost 15 euros and when we got to the hotel we learned the shuttle costs 20 euros. Given it’s proximity to the airport we expected a lot of noise from planes day and night but otherwise the room itself was fine. We asked for the hotel to call us a taxi for 8:30 the morning of our flight and when we got to reception at 8:30 they hadn’t called yet so it would be a 20 min wait for a taxi. We had missed our connecting flight out of Brussels the previous day due to long lines at passport control so we didn’t want to waste precious time on waiting for the taxi. We agreed to take the shuttle and paid 20 euros with card. However the man had accidentally typed in 200 euros and this wasn’t noticed until after the transaction went through. We waited about 10 more minutes for him to try to cancel the 200 euro transaction before he offered to pay the difference in cash, leaving us with 180 euros in cash when leaving Europe. Stay somewhere closer to the center, this place was not the convenience we thought it would be.

The hotel is worn-down and quite smelly. They do allow smoking in the lobby which is a very bad first impression. It get a bit better but things are not really clean. 20 EUR transfer to the airport should be considered as many other hotels around the airport offers this for free.

Voor één overnachting dicht bij het vliegveld een goede optie. Eigen parkeergelegenheid in de nabijheid van het vliegveld is een extra pluspunt. Jammer dat de buurt niet zo aantrekkelijk is. Eenmaal in het hotel trek je er niet meer op uit.

Betrekkelijk klein hotel waarbij het restaurant gesloten was. Avondeten en ontbijt mochten ergens ander gehaald worden. Verder gewoon prima. Niet luxe of heel nieuw, maar prima. Zeker als je een nachtje overblijft om 's morgens te vliegen. En in de omgeving was genoeg te vinden om goed te eten.

Great check-in staff. The two woman at the front desk were great. They very much helped me with the train schedule into the historic city center of Brussels. Very close to train station. 15 Euros from the airport to hotel. Nice clean room. Elevator. Great Wifi . Very clean room. Great airport shuttle service. I would re-book and return.

The place is too loud to stay. Every 5 minutes there is either an airplane taking off or train passing by. The apartment was ok, but it could have been better. The kettle in the room was so dirty, it had visible sticky marks on the bottom and gave a foul smell of milk. There was a refrigerator, although it could better function as an oven. The hotel has huge accessibility issues. You take an elevator and despite that you have to carry the baby stroller as there are steps here and there. The place is too deep within a 30 zone and you barely find place to park your car on the street. The hotel had 15 euro breakfast and seeing the menu I rather chose to remain hungry and eat somewhere outside with more options. One huge positive for the stay was it was cheap.

Positivt: Hyggelig betjening. Negativt: Vi ba om babyseng når vi booket rommet, dette var ikke klart på rommet (Noe vi forøvrig opplevde på alle hotellovernattingene i Belgia). J’ai malheureusement passé une nuit peu agréable dans cet hôtel. Le bruit des avions, des trains ainsi que des voisins m’a fortement dérangé. De plus, les draps n’étaient pas propres, ce qui est décevant. J’espère que des améliorations seront apportées.

We booked this Inn because there’s an airport strike in Belgium on 2025.10.14, so we need to delay our return trip. Fly Inn is very near to the airport and right next to Diegem Station, so you could enjoy the noise from trains and aircrafts all night, it’s a noisy place to stay. The Inn is own and run by a Turkish family. For €15 The breakfast sucks, it’s not a buffet and there’s extremely limited choice of food, just a few cheese , one boiled egg, only one slice of ham and a bunch of jams/honey etc and cheap coffee for breakfast, it’s a complete ROBBERY for this price and I strongly recommend NOT to waste money on breakfast when staying here. For €15 in other hotel, you could eat like a king. The room interior is a mess, full of possibly second hand poor furniture, and plenty of patches/ holes on walls/ceiling. Shower cubicle is extremely small and you will feel like it’s going to collapse during shower. Good thing is the water pressure is good and hot. The bed is comfy to me and thank god bug-free till now. So, strongly recommend to stay “AWAY” from this Inn unless there’s an unavoidable situation.

J’ai malheureusement passé une nuit peu agréable dans cet hôtel. Le bruit des avions, des trains ainsi que des voisins m’a fortement dérangé. De plus, les draps n’étaient pas propres, ce qui est décevant. J’espère que des améliorations seront apportées.

We missed our flight so we chose this hotel for its airport shuttle service “for a small fee” and we thought it would be cheaper than getting taxis to and from the airport for our unexpected overnight stay. We were unable to find the hotel shuttle pick up area at the airport. We spoke on the phone several times with the hotel asking for help during this time and were told the driver had already returned back to the hotel and that we should just get a taxi. The taxi cost 15 euros and when we got to the hotel we learned the shuttle costs 20 euros. Given it’s proximity to the airport we expected a lot of noise from planes day and night but otherwise the room itself was fine. We asked for the hotel to call us a taxi for 8:30 the morning of our flight and when we got to reception at 8:30 they hadn’t called yet so it would be a 20 min wait for a taxi. We had missed our connecting flight out of Brussels the previous day due to long lines at passport control so we didn’t want to waste precious time on waiting for the taxi. We agreed to take the shuttle and paid 20 euros with card. However the man had accidentally typed in 200 euros and this wasn’t noticed until after the transaction went through. We waited about 10 more minutes for him to try to cancel the 200 euro transaction before he offered to pay the difference in cash, leaving us with 180 euros in cash when leaving Europe. Stay somewhere closer to the center, this place was not the convenience we thought it would be.

Old hotel with bad general condition. So noisy because of trains passing nearby. We paid for the breakfast that should be ready at 7AM. At 6:55 there was nothing in the restaurant and the tables were still dirty from dinner. We lest with no breakfast because we were in a rush and we got no reimbursement. So upset. NOT coming back again.

Great check-in staff. The two woman at the front desk were great. They very much helped me with the train schedule into the historic city center of Brussels. Very close to train station. 15 Euros from the airport to hotel. Nice clean room. Elevator. Great Wifi . Very clean room. Great airport shuttle service. I would re-book and return.

Towels were dirty, bathroom with rust, appliances full of dust. When I explained this to the front desk they blamed their Ukrainian staff and that it wasn’t their responsibility. Disappointing behavior.

Voor één overnachting dicht bij het vliegveld een goede optie. Eigen parkeergelegenheid in de nabijheid van het vliegveld is een extra pluspunt. Jammer dat de buurt niet zo aantrekkelijk is. Eenmaal in het hotel trek je er niet meer op uit.

We booked this Inn because there’s an airport strike in Belgium on 2025.10.14, so we need to delay our return trip. Fly Inn is very near to the airport and right next to Diegem Station, so you could enjoy the noise from trains and aircrafts all night, it’s a noisy place to stay. The Inn is own and run by a Turkish family. For €15 The breakfast sucks, it’s not a buffet and there’s extremely limited choice of food, just a few cheese , one boiled egg, only one slice of ham and a bunch of jams/honey etc and cheap coffee for breakfast, it’s a complete ROBBERY for this price and I strongly recommend NOT to waste money on breakfast when staying here. For €15 in other hotel, you could eat like a king. The room interior is a mess, full of possibly second hand poor furniture, and plenty of patches/ holes on walls/ceiling. Shower cubicle is extremely small and you will feel like it’s going to collapse during shower. Good thing is the water pressure is good and hot. The bed is comfy to me and thank god bug-free till now. So, strongly recommend to stay “AWAY” from this Inn unless there’s an unavoidable situation.

Trivsamt och väldigt trevligt ställe. Jag skulle åka med tåget sedan och det var bara 1 minuts promenad till tågstationen. Det enda negativa var ljudet av tågen som ofta körde förbi, förutom några timmar på natten.

Betrekkelijk klein hotel waarbij het restaurant gesloten was. Avondeten en ontbijt mochten ergens ander gehaald worden. Verder gewoon prima. Niet luxe of heel nieuw, maar prima. Zeker als je een nachtje overblijft om 's morgens te vliegen. En in de omgeving was genoeg te vinden om goed te eten.

The place is too loud to stay. Every 5 minutes there is either an airplane taking off or train passing by. The apartment was ok, but it could have been better. The kettle in the room was so dirty, it had visible sticky marks on the bottom and gave a foul smell of milk. There was a refrigerator, although it could better function as an oven. The hotel has huge accessibility issues. You take an elevator and despite that you have to carry the baby stroller as there are steps here and there. The place is too deep within a 30 zone and you barely find place to park your car on the street. The hotel had 15 euro breakfast and seeing the menu I rather chose to remain hungry and eat somewhere outside with more options. One huge positive for the stay was it was cheap.

Staff was friendly and when contacted gave helpful info on taking bus from airport to hotel. Meals at restaurant were very good. $15 euro breakfast was delicious. I read some reviews about noise from planes but that is to be expected when close to airport. Beds were comfortable and I was rested. I would stay again.

Situated next to a rail line so kept awake all night by noise and room vibrating. Room was cold and windows dont close correctly. Food was very good but that was the only posative about this hotel.

Está muy cerca de la estación de tren Diegem prácticamente llegas en 50 pasos y aunque está muy cerca es tranquila, nada ruidosa; las habitaciones son de muy buen tamaño, descansamos buen

The staff was very kindly and welcoming. The place has a certain charm to it. It is located very close to the Brussels airport - but a short taxi ride away. There is also a Carrefour grocery store nearby. However, it is poorly equipped for hot weather. I was staying at this hotel when Brussels was experiencing an intense heatwave - 36 degrees centigrade. There is no air conditioning in the rooms and no refrigerator. This made the stay quite tough. I think I would recommend this place during autumn and winter, but during summer, you should probably go elsewhere.

Definitely the worst work hotel i’ve ever stayed in my life. Corners of the room next to the bed had dust in every corner, cigarette burns everywhere, the doors kept being slammed all day and all night due to poor closing mechanisms. I complained to reception about the doors being slammed and not being able to sleep and not much was done. I was woken up at any time from 5am to midnight with loud slamming of doors. My sleep was non existent at this point, I even thought about checking out and sleeping in the car instead because it was becoming too much. Also the breakfast is very poor, I paid for a full breakfast for the week and got a cold fridge plate of random things like 1 cold egg, lots of cheese, lots of jams and butter and fruit to compensate which was a scam. I lived on 1 evening meal a day for a week. There is also train station outside so expect loud trains all the time, roadworks on going currently all day long outside too so expect lots of noise. Parking is also limited. I had the worst week ever at this place. I would never recommend this place to anyone. It’s a cheap 1 star that people use to get up to no good.

Une chambre qui n'a pas été rénovée depuis plusieurs (Dizaines d'années). Pas de climatisation, bruyant (Avions d'un côté et ligne de train de l'autre). Pas de parking possible et une Télé qui ne capte aucunes chaines.
