Breakfast buffet is wide ranging, staff are very accommodating and helpful. Dinner service too is excellent, nothing is ever too much for the staff. Gym, pool and games facilities were really lovely and we made use of all. Rooms could be cleaner in my opinion, bathroom tiles were a little dated and there should be better attention to detail for the hotel standard.

Great restaurant, cold but nice pool and good area. The problem was my small room on the 5th floor. I asked for a quiet room so was given a room at the end of the hall. There loud noises and explosions above all day and night from perhaps a generator that made it impossible to sleep. So avoid the 5th floor especially a room at the end if the corridor like mine

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was wonderful. The food was good and there was a wide variety. Our room was small but well appointed and clean. We were upgraded to a balcony room. The pool was beautiful.

The hotel is a nice property with modern, western amenities and a flair of indian hospitality. The hotel offered nice extras like afternoon tea with snacks and morning yoga. However the teacher for morning yoga failed to show up. The room was nice and well insulated from outside sound. The room was lacking towels when we showed up and it took a while for housekeeping to bring some. The room was clean but there were spsot that could have been more detailed, like behind the sink. The staff was friendly and tried their best, but there were too many staff members that had a poor grasp of English and didnt understand our questions or requests. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay as long as you have a bit of patients

Very nice service. The property isn't very big, but stay was very comfortable. The hotel staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Food was also very good. I'll gladly be back here and wholeheartedly recommend others to try out.

Room was tired, so was the smoke smelling room I was transferred from. Definitely not 5 star hotel but at the price point it was fine. Would consider other 5 star options in Mysore next time.

The carpet is so old, I had to take puffer twice to breathe and I am a healthy person. Staff is very nice and friendly. There was no safety vault in the room.

We stayed 2 nights at the hotel. First off pros. Staff prompt and responsive to fix deficiencies. Courteous. Professional. However the hotel bills itself as 5 stars but realistically more like 3.5 to 4 stars. I had higher expectations. Examples. TV was not even connected first day and staff had to come and finagle behind the tv to reactivate it. Body wash was empty in bath upon our arrival. Shower curtains and bath mirror stained. Shower fixtures quite dull scratched and have lost their sheen. This was a reserved room for 3 people but only 2 bath towels stocked. The sofa bed was not stocked in advance with bedsheets or pillow. We had to request. In isolation each of the issues not significant but in totality did not live up to expectations for a 5 star facility.

Hotel is lovely and in a very central location, the check in wasn’t a good experience, we arrived to the hotel at 12 and were told we can check in is from 2pm however if we get back at 1pm we should be able to check in. We got back at 3pm and the room wasn’t ready until after just 4pm. There is a small shop not far from the hotel to get some bits if you need them. On the same road a few kms away by Tuk Tuk there a lots of nice restaurants. Hotel’s buffet was ok. In general it was a good stay.

Hotel is lovely and in a very central location, the check in wasn’t a good experience, we arrived to the hotel at 12 and were told we can check in is from 2pm however if we get back at 1pm we should be able to check in. We got back at 3pm and the room wasn’t ready until after just 4pm. There is a small shop not far from the hotel to get some bits if you need them. We checked in at this property and it was a nightmare. They asked like 4 forms of ID and treated like us like a third world country people unless I showed my US passport and then the respect and the hospitality came out. We asked for ice cubes multiple times and got only once or twice. We were charged for breakfast for both days and they had to adjust it since we used breakfast only for a day!! And the manager took that offf as well for inconvenience. AC and phone never worked. When called front desk they sent some one up and he told this is how it is on AC and they don’t have spare phones!! Not a luxury hotel service overall.

The hotel is a nice property with modern, western amenities and a flair of indian hospitality. The hotel offered nice extras like afternoon tea with snacks and morning yoga. However the teacher for morning yoga failed to show up. The room was nice and well insulated from outside sound. The room was lacking towels when we showed up and it took a while for housekeeping to bring some. The room was clean but there were spsot that could have been more detailed, like behind the sink. The staff was friendly and tried their best, but there were too many staff members that had a poor grasp of English and didnt understand our questions or requests. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay as long as you have a bit of patients

Well located, friendly staff, responsive, surprised with Xmas sweat treats on decorated plates served two days during our stay, fresh fruits and mineral water replenished daily. Adjoining suite door not fully sealed for acoustics. Otherwise, our stay was enjoyable.

Great restaurant, cold but nice pool and good area. The problem was my small room on the 5th floor. I asked for a quiet room so was given a room at the end of the hall. There loud noises and explosions above all day and night from perhaps a generator that made it impossible to sleep. So avoid the 5th floor especially a room at the end if the corridor like mine

The location of this hotel is excellent which is why we chose to stay here again. But the hotel itself was just OK. We’ve stayed here in the past and it appeared that the standard had gone down a bit.

Hotel is lovely and in a very central location, the check in wasn’t a good experience, we arrived to the hotel at 12 and were told we can check in is from 2pm however if we get back at 1pm we should be able to check in. We got back at 3pm and the room wasn’t ready until after just 4pm. There is a small shop not far from the hotel to get some bits if you need them. Buffet quality was poor with infrequent turnover of many items. Best to ask for certain items from the kitchen to ensure it’s fresh. Staff were excellent. Room was tired, so was the smoke smelling room I was transferred from. Definitely not 5 star hotel but at the price point it was fine. Would consider other 5 star options in Mysore next time.

Breakfast buffet is wide ranging, staff are very accommodating and helpful. Dinner service too is excellent, nothing is ever too much for the staff. Gym, pool and games facilities were really lovely and we made use of all. Rooms could be cleaner in my opinion, bathroom tiles were a little dated and there should be better attention to detail for the hotel standard.

Stayed for a couple of nights with family (two rooms - interconnected). The hotel staff were young and friendly. The food (we had two breakfasts and one dinner) was quite good, with plenty of choices. The only small inconveniences were that the A/c. in one room was not very effective, but we managed by adjusting the settings, and the cleaning on the first day could have been better. The hotel seems to be favoured by families, which is a good sign. Overall, a great stay.

The breakfast buffet manager can do better to look after guests, like ask for coffee, live counter etc. When approached, service was provided. Room not cleaned by the time communicated to front desk - they had 3 hrs to do it. Bathrooms are super small. Not a 5-star bathroom.

Internet WiFi dropped out multiple times over 2 days We returned to the hotel tired at 4pm after a day out touring to find our room first being serviced; forgot to replace shower cap and tissues Front of house staff watching video on phone and failed to acknowledge us as we entered quiet lobby Massage was quite nice however door hinge was broken and made a huge clunking noise each time the therapists exited the room which was multiple times during the session. The first time it happened , I actually thought the door had come off the hinges. Also, the shower door of the massage room did not close properly and kept swinging open. My partner kept trying to close it. Ultimately I left it open and let the floor flood. The massage itself was quite pleasant, but one was left with the feeling that the young therapists would find it beyond their station to call maintenance to have the 2 doors repaired. The clunking massage room door was especially annoying as it was loud and jolting. The materials used for the therapies are not stored in the massage room so there were multiple entries and exits. The staff clearly tried and made an effort, however one was definitively left with the impression that for a hotel listed as 5 star, they missed the mark. In the hotel from whence we came, the lobby staff was always asking us if we had plans for the day, enjoyed breakfast, had enjoyed our day out etc. This gave a very welcoming feeling which was absent at the Mecure

The window and its screen inside the bathroom is unnecessary, and then the screen is in poor condition and not adequate to cover the window. not ideal for family stays. in the recent, they have made this a pet friendly, which doesn't suit us. The begsheet was also torn.
