Check in was quick but i wasn't welcomed upon entering. Room was hot when we got into it, but it cooled off quickly once we turned the ac on. The ac had a musty smell and was very noisy. You can hear traffic noise which of course isn't the hotel's fault. The room next to ours had their tv on most of the night with what seemed like it was on max volume. Had 2 remotes for the tv, one didnt have a cover on the battery compartment and the other had bandaids covering the batteries. None of the lights in the room were controlled by any of the switches or plugged in. The sheets on the bed weren't tucked at all, but the bed was comfortable. There is a nice led mirror in the bathroom but the cord was long and running across the sink behind the faucet. There was only one lock in the door, only the one by the handle not the one higher up. There were holes where it should have been. There's no clock, phone, coffee maker or blow dryer in the room. There is a microwave and a refrigerator. I assume they worked, we didn't use either. The toilet paper holder was broken. Was a decent stay and would consider staying at again if back in the area. Parking lot is well lit and there's plenty of parking. Check out was quick and friendly. There's a wawa located right next to the hotel with easy access for walking to.

The ice machine was not working and no vending machine but you could buy drinks at front desk. Good place if all you are looking for is a place to sleep. Wawa right next door and dining nearby.

No towels, had to go to front desk and ask. The corridor smells of smoke even though every room on floor is no smoking. No telephone in room. Water was hot but the only light in bathroom was on the rim of the mirror.

Alright, if only thing needed is a place to sleep and relatively clean bathroom. Never experienced fewer amenities; ie one face cloth for 2 people, no shampoo or conditioner; not even complimentary coffee in the morning. No outdoor location to linger, read or enjoy a cigar. Location was good .

The place needs a lot of repairs. From the moment you walk in you see a broken door that doesn’t appear to close. My room had electrical tape around the showerhead and the door was also hard to close. The caulking in the bathroom was dirty and excessive, which shows just a hack job in fixing whatever problem they had. The lobby was a big open univiting empty space and needed a decorators touch. There was also no continental breakfast and no coffee. I support small businesses, but there comes a point where they need to hire a proper maintenance man to step up their game. There are better alternatives in the area.

The place is absolutely filthy. There were long black hairs in the tub, mold around the jets in the tub and on the sealing surrounding the tub. The floor in the bathroom dirty — dirt and mold in the corners and along the walls and even a used q-tip on the floor. The halls smell of smoke — although the room did not. Speaking of smoking, there is only one entrance that they allow you to use and this entrance seemed to always have smokers hovering around and making noise well into the night. Dust and other dirt is pilled behind the bed and there are no blankets on the bed — only sheets and a bedspread of questionable cleanliness. Now, I’m not a motel snob — I often stay at budget motels that are pretty bare bones amenities- wise. However, this place is so gross, that you really fear you’ll catch something. There are a couple of good points — it only charges 10 bucks a night for dogs, the people that work at the desk were pleasant and friendly and it’s conveniently located next to a Wawa.

The saving grace for visit was queen size pillow top mattress. Our room had hot tub that wouldn't hold water, tile around the tub was loose and a safety hazard. The entire ground floor smelled of smoke in a supposed non-smoking area. Overall it was below average especially at the price point.

The ONLY good thing about this place is it's literally right next to a Wawa, considering there's no coffee maker in my "suite" room. Oh and the hot tub is actually big, so 2 people can fit in it comfortably. The room is dirty, floor boards are coming up, edging around the tub is comin up. My towels were stained a brownish color. The bathroom floor has puddles of water however we never showered here nor went in there after I got out of the hot tub ???? I spent $120 for this room when I could have gone to a nicer named hotel for the same price, definitely not worth your money. Im in the last room down the long hallway and each room you pass by stinks. The hallway itself smells really bad then add each room on top of it. Again....Wawa.....the ONLY good thing.

First room I was offer was dirty. The tub had mold. The mattress cover was torn. The pillows had black spots of mold. The second room a little better, but there was still mold on the pillow and hair in the tub. I have pics showing everything

This is the worse inn I have ever been, not clean, they didn’t provide anything for personal hygiene except toilet paper, the shower in my room was broken and they actually used a plastic bag to hold it together. I won’t recommend this place to anyone

I couldn’t even stay there the entire night. I did an early checkout around 1 am and just left my room key at the window because no one answered for service. There were roaches crawling from the joining room door, all over the bathroom and tub inside the room. There was a dirty/used wash cloth hanging from the bathroom shower. There was chewed gum on the headboard of the bed. The smell in the room was horrible I could not bare to stay even after wiping things down with a Clorox wipe.

As I pulled into the parking lot, I immediately questioning my choice. The photos and reality did not meet. The smell was a bit toxic, and the room was not clean. Sheets and bedding smelled clean and looked fresh, so I stayed. The shower in the morning did not drain. quite unsanitary. Asked for a receipt upon my departure in the morning and was told I couldn't get one because the manager was not available. Major language barrier. Unimpressed to say the least. I would not recommend a stay.

The room hadn't been cleaned. The floors were dirty with visible dirt. There was a small empty bottle on the floor of the bathroom. The towel was stained. There was a broken towel rack with missing pieces. The door to the bathroom had a hole punched in it. The wall in the bathroom had a patch that had not either been sanded or painted. Other than that, it was great. :)

The stay was okay overall. Check-in was easy and straightforward. However, despite the no smoking signs, there was still a noticeable smell of smoke. The walls were quite thin—although the couple next door wasn’t loud, I could still hear enough to know they were up until around 4 a.m., causing me to wake up a few times throughout the night.

It smelled nice in the lobby. It wasn't the worst place to stay, but it was extremely noisy at night with kids and parties. Outdated appliances but the beds are comfortable. Not bad for a budget hotel, but definitely not worth the money I spent for one night.

Bathtub was nearly clogged. The room needs paint to cover all the scuffs and marks. However, the pillow was firm and the bed was comfortable for a good night sleep.

The walls were super thin on this property. We could hear our neighbors all night long above us and next to us. They were yelling and had a dog running back and forth all night and morning.

No towels, had to go to front desk and ask. The corridor smells of smoke even though every room on floor is no smoking. No telephone in room. Water was hot but the only light in bathroom was on the rim of the mirror.

Smell of cigarettes in room and smoke detector had plastic bag covering it. Also our room had a door connected to room next door..put chair infront of door when we sleep for piece of mind.

Cheap for a reason. Room is rundown, tv lost internet and stopped working and bathroom had horrible lighting relying solely on an amazon mirror with an led in the glass. Only good thing was the Wawa next door to get a coffee after 4 hrs sleep to get out of there.

Satisfied but not pleased.. missing hand towels, desk lamp didnt work and toilet paper holder broke. Also only one trash can in room. Things looked basically patched up instead of replaced. Furniture old but mini fridge and bthrm mirror was new. I think room was definitely over priced considering accommodations. Hot tub with mirrors made up for conditions. No Hilton but atleast it wasn't trash.

The saving grace for visit was queen size pillow top mattress. Our room had hot tub that wouldn't hold water, tile around the tub was loose and a safety hazard. The entire ground floor smelled of smoke in a supposed non-smoking area. Overall it was below average especially at the price point.

A 12 year old was in charge of the front desk. He told me the name of another guest next door to my room and proceeded to give me a key to that person's room instead of my own. So I had to go back down, get new keys, at which point the other guest's keys were deactivated. Place has No Smoking signs everywhere but smells like every guest ever has a cigarette lit their entire stay. Walls are thin so its noisy. Unless you're a heavy sleeper that loves the smell of cigarettes and doesn't mind the front desk giving out your room key to strangers you should avoid.

Check in was quick but i wasn't welcomed upon entering. Room was hot when we got into it, but it cooled off quickly once we turned the ac on. The ac had a musty smell and was very noisy. You can hear traffic noise which of course isn't the hotel's fault. The room next to ours had their tv on most of the night with what seemed like it was on max volume. Had 2 remotes for the tv, one didnt have a cover on the battery compartment and the other had bandaids covering the batteries. None of the lights in the room were controlled by any of the switches or plugged in. The sheets on the bed weren't tucked at all, but the bed was comfortable. We had a very good experience at the Greenwoods Inn. The staff placed us in a temporary room while our room was getting a final repair to the hvac. We came back for dinner and our room was ready as promised. The staff was very professional and courteous.

I couldn’t even stay there the entire night. I did an early checkout around 1 am and just left my room key at the window because no one answered for service. There were roaches crawling from the joining room door, all over the bathroom and tub inside the room. There was a dirty/used wash cloth hanging from the bathroom shower. There was chewed gum on the headboard of the bed. The smell in the room was horrible I could not bare to stay even after wiping things down with a Clorox wipe.

As I pulled into the parking lot, I immediately questioning my choice. The photos and reality did not meet. The smell was a bit toxic, and the room was not clean. Sheets and bedding smelled clean and looked fresh, so I stayed. The shower in the morning did not drain. quite unsanitary. Asked for a receipt upon my departure in the morning and was told I couldn't get one because the manager was not available. Major language barrier. Unimpressed to say the least. I would not recommend a stay.

Was greeted by an old man who couldnt speak as someone with a lit cigarette squeezed past me to get outside. Place reeked of smoke, lobby is barren to the point that I wasnt sure I was in the correct location. Dirty and cheaply put together.

I should’ve listened to the reviews. Bathroom floor was dirty. Air conditioning unit was extremely loud. And there were grungy looking people outside the front doors smoking all the time. Glad I only booked one night.

Lots of people smoking outside the front door (only way to walk in). Many things not working and tears in carpet etc. Staff person was incredibly unfriendly and unwelcoming. Street noise is a challenge. The bathroom has lots of cracked areas, repaired holes in the door, just generally dirty. The TV is large and updated, plus nice to have a fridge. I'd be very skeptical about staying in this place again.

The staff was good. It was dirty and had shady looking people blasting music in the parking lot. Extremely rude guests next room blasting music up until 3am. Just really loud people who woke you up when trying to sleep . Bathroom wasn't clean and give you very limited ammenities. Just really disappointed loiked nothing like the pictures. Will not reserve a room there ever again..felt very unsafe didn't trust my car in the parking lot .

Stayed here overnight after visiting the Valenzano winery. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable but I was not impressed with the location. And the lock on our door was missing. There were people right outside the hotel door smoking everytime we came and left.

The place is absolutely filthy. There were long black hairs in the tub, mold around the jets in the tub and on the sealing surrounding the tub. The floor in the bathroom dirty — dirt and mold in the corners and along the walls and even a used q-tip on the floor. The halls smell of smoke — although the room did not. Speaking of smoking, there is only one entrance that they allow you to use and this entrance seemed to always have smokers hovering around and making noise well into the night. Dust and other dirt is pilled behind the bed and there are no blankets on the bed — only sheets and a bedspread of questionable cleanliness. Now, I’m not a motel snob — I often stay at budget motels that are pretty bare bones amenities- wise. However, this place is so gross, that you really fear you’ll catch something. There are a couple of good points — it only charges 10 bucks a night for dogs, the people that work at the desk were pleasant and friendly and it’s conveniently located next to a Wawa.

Alright, if only thing needed is a place to sleep and relatively clean bathroom. Never experienced fewer amenities; ie one face cloth for 2 people, no shampoo or conditioner; not even complimentary coffee in the morning. No outdoor location to linger, read or enjoy a cigar. Location was good .

The place needs a lot of repairs. From the moment you walk in you see a broken door that doesn’t appear to close. My room had electrical tape around the showerhead and the door was also hard to close. The caulking in the bathroom was dirty and excessive, which shows just a hack job in fixing whatever problem they had. The lobby was a big open univiting empty space and needed a decorators touch. There was also no continental breakfast and no coffee. I support small businesses, but there comes a point where they need to hire a proper maintenance man to step up their game. There are better alternatives in the area.

The ONLY good thing about this place is it's literally right next to a Wawa, considering there's no coffee maker in my "suite" room. Oh and the hot tub is actually big, so 2 people can fit in it comfortably. The room is dirty, floor boards are coming up, edging around the tub is comin up. My towels were stained a brownish color. The bathroom floor has puddles of water however we never showered here nor went in there after I got out of the hot tub ???? I spent $120 for this room when I could have gone to a nicer named hotel for the same price, definitely not worth your money. Im in the last room down the long hallway and each room you pass by stinks. The hallway itself smells really bad then add each room on top of it. Again....Wawa.....the ONLY good thing.

Oh and the hot tub is actually big, so 2 people can fit in it comfortably. The room is dirty, floor boards are coming up, edging around the tub is comin up. My towels were stained a brownish color. The bathroom floor has puddles of water however we never showered here nor went in there after I got out of the hot tub ???? I spent $120 for this room when I could have gone to a nicer named hotel for the same price, definitely not worth your money. Im in the last room down the long hallway and each room you pass by stinks. The hallway itself smells really bad then add each room on top of it. Again....Wawa.....the ONLY good thing.

Nothing worked and i was given the wrong room. Microwave didnt turn and extremely dirty.(didn’t use) everywhere i looked i was extremely disgusting. Pillows was dirty and there was no phone. Only thing that worked was the tv. I could hear two guys talking all night long as well as traffic outside. Bery smokey even in the non smoking room i got

It’s a motel, no elevator, place is full of homeless people with pit bulls and German shepherds. For a one night, it’s ok. Bathroom door was punched in and had a big whole in it. Could have been cleaner. Front desk thought we had checked out and came in just as I was brushing my teeth, thank God I was dressed. He thought we had checked out, should’ve knocked first. We were there only for a night so we made the best of it.
