The place is centrally located and has a nice café. The best thing was the staff. Especially Fabricio was extremely helpful and very kind. He helped me with a few requests. Bea also was great and attentive. I hope to return next time I'm in Amsterdam.

應該是Youth hostel，初入宿有怪怪的感覺，房間內都是塗鴉。但住下來有共用空間和煮食用具，方便買東西回來煮食，慳了不少。其實跟著幾天感覺蠻不錯。

めちゃくちゃきれいという訳では無いが、1番安いスタンダードの部屋でも問題なく過ごせた。中にあるロッカーは鍵をかけられなかったのでその事を伝えたら部屋の外にあるロッカーを使わせてくれた。キッチンやテレビを見れるスペースもあり良いと思った。水が流れる音が大きめの音で寝てる時もよく聞こえてきたのが気になった。ベッドのギシギシ音は致し方ないだろう。シャワーとトイレも特別綺麗でも汚くもないといった印象。掃除はきちんとしてくれてました。

Incredible social areas and clean rooms. Not a ton of privacy within the room that I stayed in but there were lots of offered amenities (hairdryers, full kitchen, daily events for people staying) and I would stay there again if the opportunity arises.

I only stayed here for 1 night but wished I had booked for longer. The staff are super friendly and there's a great atmosphere. The whole place is spotless, it seemed there was so.eone cleaning something wherever I went. The bed was very comfortable, I was provided with a clean towel and there was a clean bath robe on the bed. Gauzy curtains helped provided privacy round my bed without making me feel claustrophobic. I bought food at the cafe and it was delicious. I havant got a bad word to say. Book!

It has big shared kitchen which is nice. The shower is funny looking, gotta keep pressing button. The bathroom is outside the room so gotta get out the room and the door makes noise to wake you up. At night you can hear the sewer water from bathroom pipe that wake you up. I came across very nice & polite staff and some not so so.. The location is good, near aldi and metro which is good.

Location is simply 10/10, all major sights in walking distance, bike rental is right on the same street. Very clean facilities, was really pleasant to shower. Totally recommend this hostel. The only thing that can be improved are the pillows. They are super small and uncomfortable. You can fall asleep only after putting a sweater underneath it

Hôtel avec déco sympa, espaces collectifs plutôt cool aussi et personnel accueillant. La litterie est pas mal aussi mais bémol pour les chambres qui n'ont pas de fenêtre. Propreté ok mais sans plus, amenez un cadenas pour éviter de payer les casiers électroniques

Very budget hostel. The rooms downstairs are basically cement blocks with zero amenities. There's one outlet byt the light switch next to the door. So, in a word, inconvenient. Not close to almost any city attractions, so do with that what you will because it's definite for budget friendly travelers.

Lovely property overall but room (and the relatively high price for it) not as described and therefore not justified. The room was relatively dark, window was accesseable for someone from the street, there was noise due to construction (starting form 10am though) and the paper was coming off the wall in some parts. I have reached out to booking several times, was promised a solution by Monday, the 8th but still haven't heard anything which is very disappointing.

They tossed out some of my food that was labeled because they were cleaning the fridge. Instead of maybe putting a note to visit the front desk I had to ask and they told me what happened. They offered me a drink but it’s still upsetting the lack of care for peoples things. That was a waste of my money.

Very happy with my stay. The property did not seem the most secure as anyone can walk right in if they so please but there were no issues. Staff were not super friendly but again no issues there.

Very budget hostel. The rooms downstairs are basically cement blocks with zero amenities. There's one outlet byt the light switch next to the door. So, in a word, inconvenient. Not close to almost any city attractions, so do with that what you will because it's definite for budget friendly travelers.

Location is simply 10/10, all major sights in walking distance, bike rental is right on the same street. Very clean facilities, was really pleasant to shower. Totally recommend this hostel. The only thing that can be improved are the pillows. They are super small and uncomfortable. You can fall asleep only after putting a sweater underneath it

It has big shared kitchen which is nice. The shower is funny looking, gotta keep pressing button. The bathroom is outside the room so gotta get out the room and the door makes noise to wake you up. At night you can hear the sewer water from bathroom pipe that wake you up. I came across very nice & polite staff and some not so so.. The location is good, near aldi and metro which is good.

The place is centrally located and has a nice café. The best thing was the staff. Especially Fabricio was extremely helpful and very kind. He helped me with a few requests. Bea also was great and attentive. I hope to return next time I'm in Amsterdam.

應該是Youth hostel，初入宿有怪怪的感覺，房間內都是塗鴉。但住下來有共用空間和煮食用具，方便買東西回來煮食，慳了不少。其實跟著幾天感覺蠻不錯。

めちゃくちゃきれいという訳では無いが、1番安いスタンダードの部屋でも問題なく過ごせた。中にあるロッカーは鍵をかけられなかったのでその事を伝えたら部屋の外にあるロッカーを使わせてくれた。キッチンやテレビを見れるスペースもあり良いと思った。水が流れる音が大きめの音で寝てる時もよく聞こえてきたのが気になった。ベッドのギシギシ音は致し方ないだろう。シャワーとトイレも特別綺麗でも汚くもないといった印象。掃除はきちんとしてくれてました。

Incredible social areas and clean rooms. Not a ton of privacy within the room that I stayed in but there were lots of offered amenities (hairdryers, full kitchen, daily events for people staying) and I would stay there again if the opportunity arises.

I only stayed here for 1 night but wished I had booked for longer. The staff are super friendly and there's a great atmosphere. The whole place is spotless, it seemed there was so.eone cleaning something wherever I went. The bed was very comfortable, I was provided with a clean towel and there was a clean bath robe on the bed. Gauzy curtains helped provided privacy round my bed without making me feel claustrophobic. I bought food at the cafe and it was delicious. I havant got a bad word to say. Book!

La chambre était très propre, de même pour tous les espaces communs (cuisine, salle de repos, toilettes et salle de bain). Le personnel fut très gentils, apte à répondre à toutes mes questions et si problèmes il y avait à les résoudre.

Our number one priority when booking was to have air conditioning in the room. That was also one of the main reasons why we chose to book a room at Clinkmama for our 2 nights stay. We arrived late and were really tired - hence why we didn't complain about the lack of air conditioning right away. The next day we had loads of things planned for the whole day, and also then we came back late so there was no staff in the reception. At the check-out we mentioned that there was no air-conditioning in the room, and the person working in the reception said that it should be, and if not there should be a fan. The person also was gonna go to our room and look it up. After we had waited for around 10 minutes, the same staff asks us what we are waiting for. We explain that we are waiting for them to look at the room to see that there is no air-conditioning. The staff then says that there is nothing they can do and that we at least had a window. I explain to the person that a window is not the same as air conditioning and the person applys with that they are gonna change the description on the website. Other than that, the place has a nice atmosphere and a pretty cozy vibe. A bit pricey but would have been worth it with AC. The bad experience from the staff this morning dragged the rating down a lot.

It's just a small space with thin walls in the middle of lobby. I arrived at 1PM. Asked if early check in is available. She said that the early check in is from 2PM. The locker had 7 euros minimum charge. (They even charge for renting umbrellas). I spent an hour at the lobby and asked again. She said the room is still not ready because I didn't request in advance. Well, I gave an hour. Wasn't it enough? They only have few private rooms. Anyways, after waiting, for only an hour early check in, I paid 14 euros extra. The room was smelling a very strong detergent until night. Maybe this place is acceptable for dormitory beds, but not for travelers who want privacy. And the location is little weird. Pay some more and find a hotel room. You will end up paying extra anyways.
