The hotel has excellent location. There are a lot of pigeons or similar birds in the area so their poop can come into the pool. Breakfast was ok, you get one meal from the menu and toasts and fruit on the side.

Hard to find in the dark of the night in a rent a car. Room was decent, but 3 flight up no elevator. Shoes off at entrance. Breakfast better than average, eggs made to order. Super convenient as alley backs up to walking / Main Street.

Good: Room was spotless. Cooked breakfast. Nice morning view. MOST Comfy bed. Avg: hot water but small volume. Coffee needs more oomph. bad: 3 flights up, no elevator, stuffed wheeled bags, then asked to take shoes off with only midget slippers. Did not enjoy 3rd floor after a day of strenuous hiking. Umm, boutique only goes so far.
