When I checked in I had difficulty understanding the supervisor who barely spoke English and was practically inaudible. I could barely communicate with him. The TV remote was useless even with a change of batteries even when I asked for his assistance afterward. The mini fridge was non functioning. The room had the barest necessities re: towels and toiletries. There was noticeable damage to the sink area. Parking was easily accessible off the highway. Even though the price seemed reasonable the conditions of the room weren't.

Upon first arriving the room smelled like cigarettes, there were cigarette burns in the comforter, and a big burn mark on the night stand. I asked to switch rooms. I stepped put to eat. When I returned I saw roaches in the second room and asked to cancel my booking immediately. The motel refused and I’m now dealing with disputing it.

There were no amenities, tv and wifi weren't working, I could hear everything from outside that it felt like the room didn't even have a door. I would never stay here again.

We were in room #3. Pros: nice sized fridge, microwave, king bed with very clean bedding, all furniture was fairly new looking, laminate flooring, room smelled very nice the entire 4 days there, big shower, clean exterior of building, ice cold AC! Cons: the flooring was FILTHY (wear shoes or slippers), 3 super thin pillows on the king bed (I brought my own), no coffee maker (I brought my own), no hand towels (they don't offer them), they had only 2 bath towels and ONE washcloth for the 2 of us for 4 days, no housekeeping services, the free WIFI never worked for us, the TV remote would only work 3 inches from the receiver. I got new batteries for it but it still never worked. Had to get out of bed to change channels or volume. The shower had old soap and wrappers left in the shower from last tenants. We were never able to get warm water in the sink. After I took a 10 minute shower the water finally began to warm up (it was a very chilly shower for me!). Luckily my friend got the warm water!!! It is a small hotel and kind of pretty , but looks like about half of the rooms are rented out to people who actually live there.......they all looked a bit questionable on how they make their money.....but they didn't cause any issues or noise. Even with all the cons - the price was only $116 a night average. Super cheap for the location. I would stay again.
