Villa Laetitia nur 8 km vom historischen Zentrum von Split entfernt

We stayed in this villa for 2 weeks in August 2023. Maggie kept in touch throughout our trip from the airport, and greeted us at the villa. She also kept in touch throughout our stay, providing us with restaurant suggestions and activities in the area. She was a perfect hostess! The property was perfect - clean as whistle, in a quiet neighbourhood and within a short driving distance of the centre of Split and surrounding areas. The kitchen was well-equipped. All the bedrooms and the living area had air conditioning and mosquito blinds. The pool was a great size and perfect for cooling off in, and it was regularly maintained throughout our stay. The outside dining area was covered which was ideal for us. We have been renting self-catering villas for nearly 20 years, and this villa is one of our favourites!

This villa is like a home away from home has everything you need and more, beautiful inside, we as a family of 8 spent most of our time in it at outdoor pool and sitting area which is very sociable. We were there to explore split so would definitely recommend having your own transport for this villa as it’s a little out (5mins drive will take you to main Rd)but worth it for the views. Maggie the host was lovely and gave us lots of recommendations of places to go and eat. Would 100% book this villa again if returning to split.

Our stay was very pleasant. The outdoor area in this villa is insanely beautiful. Megi was very welcoming and helped us with recommendations for us to do in and around Split. The interior of the villa has everything you need; well-equipped kitchen, 3 bathrooms and plenty of space. Overall we had a lovely stay. Do mind that you need to Uber to Split if you don’t have a hire car. The ride takes about 20 minutes.

We felt like we were in our own little bubble, we had such a relaxing stay and had everything that we could possibly need. There was no need to go out apart from to buy food. The place was so well equipped and the owners so helpful and kind. Couldn't have asked for more!
