打掃乾淨,服務人員很有禮貌,房間舒適,但是隔音非常糟糕,內部房間間都會聽到隔壁房的談話聲,在晚上外面路上夜深人靜時車子的啟動聲和店家的談笑聲。酒店隔音真的很差!

Front desk staff lacks understanding and empathy. The room that I expect to have a window does not have one and no other room was available. He then told me to either cancel my reservation (which is non-refundable) or pay for upgrade. He is not even a supervisor or manager. He is the only staff in the hotel and he refused to listen to any reasoning. Since I am not from there and I was not feeling good, I had no choice but to pay for an upgrade. The upgraded room was not even that good. Will not book this hotel in the future.

House keeping needs to improve. There were ants all around the room . Finally I found it was for the sugar sachets . This was on the last date.

We got a room that smelled of glue and paint. The reception Eric then got us another room which was bigger. Excellent service. I want to thank Eric personally. Keep up the good work.
