It was what we expected for what we paid. The evening check in host was very nice and polite. The lobby was clean. Lots of door dash options for dinner. Overall it was what we needed for 1 night stay. It was a small bummer the pool was under construction and that was not listed on the booking.

I love the property because it was quiet and clean. The staff were pleasant and polite. The breakfast was so good and offered some of everything. The gym was nice and available all day. The only thing that I would have enjoyed is a hot tub.

The place is Good but there is a problem when you book the hotel it says that it has a swimming pool, and for my surprise the pool is there but has no water just to find out from one of the staff member that it has been closed since 2025 I really think this advertising is very misleading i will really think about coming back

We only stayed here for one night, for a concert at York College, but it was very nice and had everything we needed and then some. They could be a bit better eco-focused (instead of providing everything in those little plastic bottles, but at least the soap was in a paper box instead of plastic!). Breakfast was pretty typical, but at least it was there along with decent coffee. All hotel breakfasts could basically provide more protein options, not just this one. I was particularly bummed that they have a nice pool and Jacuzzi area, but was told they closed it during the pandemic, and never reopened it! Some of us with arthritis would love to have a hot tub to help with that! Overall, though, a clean and friendly option -- we would definitely book there again.

The property is conveniently located in York. The beds are comfortable and the breakfast offered was nice. There was no pool available as shown in pictures. They said it’s been closed since covid. The sound proofing was terrible and I was woken by doors slamming each morning.

The room was not cleaned at all. I had to go out and buy my own cleaning products. The outside and surrounding areas were very nice. Older rooms and the bedding was not fresh. The bed comforters were both stained.

The staff was great & breakfast was way better than expected but the sheets had stains, the carpets looked dirty throughout and the room smelled like cigarettes without the ability to open the windows. The bathroom had some mold spots and the kitchen was not well stocked. There were no knives or spoons just forks.

The room didnt seem like they cared as much about it as other rooms we've stayed in in the past. A bulb was flickering and going out in the bathroom, the ADA seat in the shower looked a little iffy where it bolted to the wall and the shower head wasnt reachable from the seat. Also the tv had marks in the picture plus it kept freezing and losing signal. I guess the rest was ok though

Walls are thin and ceilings are thin as well. You could hear the people over us plan as day. It didn’t matter to us because I had been driving for hours and went right to sleep plus my wife is deaf. All worked out well.

Rooms are not sound proof so you will hear things you do not want to hear...doors slamming, ice machine, weirdos arriving at weird hours for one night stands. Stay at your own risk. Staff is friendly but hands tied to all of these issues.

The front desk young lady was OUTSTANDING!!! There was NO heat in the room. The thermostat was off. Could not adjust the heat on a 39 degree night.

We reserved a room for four people, but the sofa bed literally did not work. We reported it to management and they did not solve the problem for us, They did not even flinch. We had to buy an inflatable mat to sleep on. We tried to be satisfied, but we couldn't; we left before the stipulated date, and we were quite uncomfortable.

Front desk had two people, one was occupied, stood in line for more than 7 minutes before the other lady acknowledged our presence. Granted, there were computer issues but greeting multiple customers would have been helpful. The lady in the breakfast area was a bit abrupt, raising her voice questioning whose table this was and to move it back and not to slam the food containers, which I don’t think was intentional. She could have asked more politely.

From the moment I checked in I’ve had 3 separate charges on my card , that’s after already paying for the room. A dollar hold incase of damages is one thing but charging 2 other transactions without my authorization is ridiculous. If I knew there would be more charges I would have just stayed somewhere nicer since I’m being charged the price of a nice hotel after all these other charges.

we were in York for a family funeral. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very quiet even though the street wasn't far. The room was great, the beds were very comfortable, plenty of hot water in the shower and 2 chairs in the room which is helpful. The heat/cooling system was on an in room thermostat and worked well.Breakfast was standard for hotels, but the fresh fruit and the addition of the Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwichs was nice, the sweets however weren't so great.

The hotel was in a convenient location - close enough to highways for convenience, far enough for quiet, with nice rooms and good breakfast. Eggs, sausage, breakfast sandwiches, hard boiled eggs for protein lovers. Staff was courteous and friendly. Close to many restraunts

Pillows were terrible- all lumps. Room smelled of weed- so did hallway. Scrambled eggs in breakfast buffet were cold and very salty. Belgian waffles were not bad.

The bed was amazing. Everything was very clean. Breakfast was good, included eggs, sausage, waffles, all kinds of bread and muffins, yogurt, fruit and more. Coffee all day. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Pet friendly ... we had our 2 cats with us. Great experience and will stay here again.

The stay at La Quinta was pleasant because of the STAFF!!!! The Staff went above and beyond to help me and my family during a difficult situation. The breakfast great. They have a great selection. The days we were there they had eggs and sausage patties and the next day they had eggs and sausage links. They also have a make your own waffle maker. They have a great variety for all guest. The only one downside I would say is that it states on HOTELS.com that there is a pool. There is absolutely no pool available. They did have a pool, but unfortunately Covid happened and they had to close it down. I would ask that HOTELS.com takes that down, as there is no pool. Thank you!

It was easy to find parking and check in. The breakfast was good the next morning and the food was fresh, although the bananas were still mostly green. There were some random hairs in the bathtub but otherwise the room was clean and stocked with everything we needed.
