Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Orlando Kissimmee/Celebration

Great hotel location, just minutes from all the Disney parks. No parking fee. The hotel was great, clean and the lobby was being renovated on our last day. The breakfast was good with plenty of choices.

Gym was closed, I wasn’t the only person there who was disappointed about not using it. The AC was super loud, but cooled well. Breakfast was pretty good. Rooms are clean. 2 weeks after my stay, my credit card showed fraudulent activity from Fairfield inn and suites. The front desk said I wasn’t the only person who recently called about this issue. I’m assuming an employee kept my card number and made some kind of charge. Really disappointed. Now I’m going through the process with my bank of canceling my card to get a new one.

Good hospitality, great breakfast, good coffee, clean and bright room. Quite central air. The only negative comment I have is about the elevator, it is very hot and slow to open.

The property is located in a great area for the parks. The hotel well first off let’s say the staff are amazing and friendly. Second the hotel has something going on there was big fans in the lobby for the entire 5 days we were there I’m assuming from a flood. Third the elevators there are two only one worked the entire time. Day 3 neither one worked lights kept going out that morning. Lastly the beds were horrible I had to take ibuprofen daily for a stiff body. This wonderful hotel was was honestly a run down motel 6.

Elevators both did not work properly 😒

There was no air in the hallways and lobby they had huge portable ac units all over with huge power line running through the hallways and the pool was supposed to be open and wasnt open my entire stay

Good but if pool can be heated that will be the great, at least for the winter months

No ac in lobby and elevator when it was working…. How can a hotel be without AC in lobby poor employees… it was my first and last time …. then the elevator was out order for 2 days before I left it may be still not functioning Bad really bad place

No AC in lobby. Elevators broken, room smelled had to change rooms. The in room AC sounded like a train.

I selected this hotel for its LOCATION, the HOT SIT DOWN BREAKFAST and the COMPANY BRAND (Marriot/Fairfield). The location was great but the day we arrived for a 4/3 night stay, they began tearing the carpet up in the dining area and lobby area. Our room shared a wall with the lobby. The noise was bad but with no dining area, the meal was replaced with “breakfast sandwiches” to go! The entrance to the pool was blocked by the work and we had to walk the entire length of the property to enter the pool. No advanced word of the construction was told to us and no refund/discount was offered. I complained at the desk (which was rarely manned) and they just shrugged. I was very disappointed in the Marriott/Fairfield brand. I am a Bonvoy member and was not treated well

The elevator and hallway wreaked of a foul odor upon arrival, but was fine when I left the next morning. Overall, my visit was spectacular!

Room smells like mildew. Disappointed as we have stayed at this location before without issues.

Everythingbwas great but the room was dirty in the shower

For a relatively small hotel facility that takes pride in being an honorary Walt Disney World neighbor, I can say overall that Fairfield Inn and Suites Orlando Kissimmee Celebration was a decent stay. To sing the strongest strengths first, the hotel did an above average job of maintaining a clean environment in nearly all areas I explored. From the lobby and the restrooms to my own room, it was clear this hotel was committed to ensuring their guests' stay was sanitary as can be. In addition, the diverse spread of free breakfast they offered was to die for. And by to die for, I mean actually getting to make an authentic Mickey Mouse Waffle by pouring waffle batter into a Mickey Mouse shaped waffle maker by myself! You can't call yourself a Disney neighbor without basing it all on the mouse in the house! But yes, including DIY waffles, they also had cereal, oatmeal, muffins, fruits, milk, orange juice, apple juice, and cucumber-infused water just to name a few. However, there were a few problems during my stay. The most glaring was when it took a long time for the receptionist to check me in because the staff was still cleaning my room by the time we arrived earlier and had to wait at least half an hour past the expected arrival time. Thankfully, they managed to resolve the issue by giving my family and I two rooms in a way that would guarantee my father would get his credit back after spending extra on the second room. Otherwise, the room hallways were too humid.

We loved this hotel. The room was very clean, beds comfortable. Didn’t spend much time there as we were at Disney. The staff was great.

The hotel was very nice and clean, and it’s located in a really good area. I felt comfortable and everything was just as expected. Would definitely stay here again!

Air con in the lobby was broken so they had portable AC’s running. I’m sure this is temporary. Room was clean and comfortable. Television remotes were terrible as you had to use all your might to press the buttons to get them to work and the WiFi was non existent. Stayed here for a work trip and it was fine. None of the above would stop me from staying there again. Staff were kind and welcoming.

Let me start with the positive: staff was nice and accommodating. Now for the rest: this hotel is poorly built with zero soundproofing. If you're as unlucky as I was to stay underneath people holding what I can only assume were relay races each evening, you will hear every step. There's a big gap between the door and the frame, so every hallway noise—and the elevator if you're nearby—comes through loud and clear. Plus, the TV freezes, the shower squeals and has very weak water pressure, and there’s currently no AC in the hallways, elevators, or gym.

The room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom, however, did not have a fan and the ceiling had mold. That is probably why the room had a musty smell. The bathroom could also use more towel racks so that you are better able to reuse your towels. Otherwise everything else was fine.

Everything was fine as expected except rooms don't have safe to keep our valuable stuffs. So, we ended up carrying our passports and cash as we visited theme parks in Orlando.

Good overall however we could hear the room next door , what they where talking , walls are not insulated I guess

My only complaint was we were put in a handicap room across from the elevator. I should have asked for another room but didn't realize the noise the elevator would make. My husband is a light sleeper and the elevator "dings" kept waking him up! Lesson learned. Otherwise, we had a good stay, close to everything and 7 miles from DisneyWorld and the ESPN Wide World of Sports area.

The hotel was comfortable and the staff friendly. I enjoyed the breakfast. What did concern me was that all night, you can hear what I surmise to be a jockey pump (water pressure) starting and stopping all through the night, vibrating through the building. My room was near the end of the building and walking to the elevators halfway, I could still hear it, so must have others.

Noisy, aircon was noisy, fridge was noisy, Garbage truck outside @5am was a great wake up call

The accommodations were spacious and comfortably fit our group. We were particularly impressed with the level of service provided throughout our stay. Every detail seemed to be carefully considered to enhance our comfort. It truly felt like a home away from home for the duration of our visit. We would happily recommend this experience to others. There was not a security box, which is good and bad, because we felt secure but definitely we would appreciate having one available in the room. Everything else was good. There is opportunity to improve how the Breakfast is organized. Plastic cutlery * Disposables were located at the end, next to the waffles station that is often crowded during certain hours during the open interval, make it difficult to get them and created that space even more complicated to speed up the process.

Seemed to be older property with AC unit on the loud side. No visible recycling bins anywhere. Everything else was good and reasonable price.

The front desk staff never answers the phone and that’s very unsafe. I can canceled the wake up call yet I received it. I asked for housekeeping services and I never received it. Really poor customer service overall

The front staff, Jade was wonderful. We had a small issue and she did everything possible to fix it! Wonderful customer service. Hotel was recently renovated. The hotel was clean and nice.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! We were given keys to a room already occupied by guests and the front desk worker, who was rude, she didn’t even say a single word. No apology - Nothing! This is extremely unsafe! If someone had had a weapon and we walk in their room we could have been seriously injured! There are SO many good choices in this area- this hotel is NOT one of them!!

I reserved a room with king size bed, but they gave it away. So much for reservations. I was able to be moved into the room I reserved, so it was a mild inconvenience.

Jade was amazing. She was very attentive to every customer at the check in desk.

Staff was spot on. Very courteous and helpful. Hotel was exceptionally clean. Breakfast area could possible use extra help. Seemed like only one person working it and she was doing great but overwhelmed at times. Coffee was awesome!!

I would like to thank the people at the desk and the manager for making my stay as good as possible. I had a health situation happen to me this past Friday. The manager George, told my wife that we could stay an extra day for a discounted price. I could not go to St. Augustine that day, because of what happened to me. This was a medical incident, not due to any fault of the hotel. Thank you again for being very considerate to me and my wife during this time.

Stayed here while in Orlando for a work trip. The area immediately surrounding the hotel is a bit run down but overall clean hotel and did the job just fine.

It was a 3 night stay. Nice and clean room. Hotel is close to restaurants and shopping malls. Also close to Orlando attraction and entertainment Parks. Very friendly staff. Will stay again in a future trip.

Excellent stay close to Disney. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pearl is that this hotel is 1 mile from downtown Celebration and it’s many wonderful restaurants and cute stores.

Proximity to most areas of interest.

This property was great to stay at. Great price and conveniently located to Disney World.

This hotel is great for vacation! Will definitely stay here again. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect. Many good restaurants around, a CVS next door, gas station, and a Golden Corral right in front of the door. Would recommend this hotel a thousand times!

Close to Disney

Stayed 3 nights for 2 days at Disney World, room was clean, cool and bed was comfortable. Location is handy for Disney (we took Uber one day and drove our hire car the next day), good parking. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We chose this hotel for the included Breakfast but they were doing construction and we werent able to enjoy the complete breakfast. They gave out little bags with only 1 bagel and a yogurt, very poor breakfast options. We would have liked it if they would have told the customer that they were doing construction on the property prior to us going to know. Out of all the hotel's i have stayed at this is the only one that i had to go to the main desk and ask to get my room serviced, atleast tell the customer that if they want to get room service they have to ask.

The hotel was super clean and the morning food options perfect for our family with Mickey waffle makers and lots of other child friendly options.

The lobby was under construction while we were there so there wasn’t a hot breakfast. This was an unfortunate disappointment as my kids didn’t like any of the grab and go options and we always specifically book hotels based on whether they offer a hot breakfast.

Suite was great with two TV's - large bedroom and living room with sofa and desk. Nice shower and room was clean. Continental breakfast was always plentiful, eggs, bacon or sausage, waffles, bagels, cereal, etc.

Do not try to have the hotel breakfast at 8:40. They stop serving breakfast at 9 am and they make sure they run out of ALL food before then. I was in line to make waffles and they ran out of batter. I asked for more, since I was in line to make the waffles and it was NOT 9 am. The lady overseeing the breakfast service kept telling me, "we close at 9 am", I told her well its not 9 am and I need more waffle batter. I then went to the front desk and they told me the manager was in a meeting so I stood there and said I will wait. He came out in a huff and was like..."breakfast ends at 9 am." I told him I and others have been waiting and its not 9 and we need batter. He finally got it. I was not happy that I had to ask so many times to get what was offered. The hotel beds are comfortable, real mattresses with springs, not that memory foam stuff. The shower was good and hot. And lots of places/restaurants to walk to and a grocery store across the street. We enjoyed the hotel, but did not eat there again...not worth the hassle.

No room service until you ask for it . You have to let the front desk know before 8 am . Breakfast is the worst than any hotel i have stayed at . The sink in the bathroom wasn’t draining properly.
