Everything was great and the stay comfortable. My only complaint was that the housekeeping used the same (and only) elevator with the rest of the guests and caused a long wait for the elevator some times. It seemed as though a separate service elevator didn’t exist

We had a good stay overall. The breakfast options were solid (especially for families) and the rooms were cleaned daily, which we really appreciated. Parking on-site and free was a big plus, and the hotel also offers a gym and pool (although we didn’t get the chance to use them). The only challenge we experienced was the elevator. It’s very small, and during busy times it could take a while to get up to our floor, which was a bit inconvenient. Aside from that, the hotel was great — clean, family-friendly, and comfortable. We would consider staying again

We had a nice clean stay and the daily breakfast provided was excellent. Housekeeping was great too! Our only disappointment was that the Disney shuttle wasn’t running to due to needing repairs. This would have been a major help to us.

Our stay was great. The only issue was the shuttle to Disneyland. Lots of people needed shuttle and the shuttle arrived not big enough for everyone to get a ride back to hotel. Instead of bringing bigger shuttle or making an additional trip to pick up everyone, they waited for the next scheduled time which was an hr. This is 10:00 pm mind you. I was on the shuttle but if this would happen to me i will not stay here again. I have used this hotel three times in the last year.

This is a good spot. I was there for 2 nights. Shuttle to Disneyland, walkable to a few shops and restaurants and a grocery store. Gym works well. My only complaint is that the WiFi wasn’t good in my room (frequent dropped connections, not much bandwidth). The room was comfortable and well equipped. Everything was clean. They could maybe do a little more for sustainability.

The room was not as clean. The restroom wasn’t either. The toilet had some stains, at first i thought it was stains that wouldn’t come off. But I wiped it with a Clorox wipe and it came off so easily. The stains were nasty! I just shows that they don’t properly clean. The bathtub needs some scrubbing. Everything in general specifically the restroom needs detailed cleaning. I do have to say that everyday they would “clean” our room and do the beds. We won’t be staying there again.

The place is very clean. The staff is always busy making it clean,(cleaning up cigarettes' butts). The staff is very friendly and pro-active of your needs. I don't remember names but my descriptions of two different elderly ladies, special call out to those two. Everybody at desk and breakfast bar we also exceptional great.

The Disneyland shuttle service was convenient but was lacking in availability after mid-morning but hotel parking was free so driving and paying for Disney parking wasn’t as annoying. The carpet in our room was wet and appeared to have just been cleaned which made the air in the room smell odd and feel muggy. Staff was always friendly.

The staff was better than great. And everything was clean. I happened to walk into the motel during the day and someone was shampooing the carpet on the 4th floor. There must have been some tyoe of spill because it had been clean earlier that morning. Staff is on top of everything.

Overall, we like this hotel, good breakfast, daily room fresh up was really nice. Our room carpet was not as clean on the first nice we were there but it got cleaned the next day. Our room has smell of dog urine :( it really need to be deep cleaned.

We caught some dude that was driving a silver Mercedes suv under our car trying to cut out my car exhaust at 9am when we were leaving. If you value your car I would pick somewhere else. The parking lot was full of people from the bar nearby at night which made me uncomfortable, so I wish I realized that when booking. I won’t be back. The hotel was clean, staff was nice, breakfast was great. The rooms AC seemed to not blow cold air, so it was hot and stuffy in the room.

The king suite is very large. Great space for our 2 very active and loud kids. The washroom is very bright. Newer place and great breakfast. Our toilet clogged and we need a reset of the vault because my son keep pressing the botton, the maintenance came within 5 mins. Free parking is great. We arrived couple hours early, the getleman in the front let us in no charge. Thank you.

Hotel was really clean, enjoyed the spacious bathroom and shower. Only con is that the pillows are super flat and do not hold their shape, had to stack 2 pillows for decent comfort but still needed more. Breakfast was okay, nothing too crazy but still good. Would recommend!

The staff was friendly but the overall room was just alright. The bathroom door was a barn door and unfortunately ours wouldn’t stay open so it kept slamming shut. Not a huge de deal, but the door had to be closed basically the whole time. The bed and pillows were comfortable and clean. The room had undergone an update, but certain features, such as the carpet and some of the room’s crevices, gave it an older appearance. We only stayed there for one night basically to sleep, so it did its job.

Very very clean, a lot of variety with their complimentary breakfast. Marissa at the front desk was very polite and kind and made sure to inform us of every amenity, including free shuttle service to and from Disneyland, very very professional. Would definitely stay again when in area.

I couldn’t be happier with my stay here. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, professional, and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The room was clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained — no issues at all. Everything from the fresh smell in the hallways to the comfortable furnishings made the experience relaxing and enjoyable. There were plenty of outlets to charge my devices, and all of the details in the room felt thoughtfully cared for. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would absolutely stay again. I stayed here for my birthday week (5 days total) and had a really nice experience — especially for the price (under $150/night). The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were all super friendly and welcoming. There’s always someone at the front desk ready to help with any questions. The free hot breakfast was a great perk — not just basic pastries, but a full hot breakfast with items that change daily (like different breakfast meats each morning). The hotel’s website says it’s 8 minutes from Disneyland, but it’s more like 10–13 minutes. Universal Studios took about 45 minutes to an hour with traffic. They also offer a free Disney shuttle that starts at 7:30 AM, which made park days super convenient. On our last night, the A/C stopped working, but maintenance responded quickly. When it looked like it would take longer to fix, they moved us to a new room right away — very professional and accommodating. There’s also a Target right around the corner for any last-minute essentials and a shopping plaza about 5 minutes away, which made it easy to grab food or souvenirs. Overall, a great stay for the value — clean rooms, great breakfast, and excellent customer service. I’d definitely stay here again for another Disney trip!

The hotel’s website says it’s 8 minutes from Disneyland, but it’s more like 10–13 minutes. Universal Studios took about 45 minutes to an hour with traffic. They also offer a free Disney shuttle that starts at 7:30 AM, which made park days super convenient. On our last night, the A/C stopped working, but maintenance responded quickly. When it looked like it would take longer to fix, they moved us to a new room right away — very professional and accommodating. There’s also a Target right around the corner for any last-minute essentials and a shopping plaza about 5 minutes away, which made it easy to grab food or souvenirs. Overall, a great stay for the value — clean rooms, great breakfast, and excellent customer service. I’d definitely stay here again for another Disney trip!

Parking was easy and no added fees. Room was clean and quiet. Great amenities in the room including sofa w/computer table, desk, tv, built in luggage stand in entertainment center and attached closet. Lots of convenient plugs including USB posts for phone charging. Unfortunately, the staff was rude and the girl at the front desk wouldn’t let me check in without my husband’s approval because the reservation was in his name (which was a mistake). She asked him (with me standing there) if it’s ok that I charge the room with my card, me the wife! Ridiculous! Lastly, they charged us $10 to check in early even though the room was already ready. We arrived at 2pm and check-in is officially 3pm. The hotel was conveniently located driving distance to Disneyland but we most likely won’t be staying there again.

To start the staff on site were fantastic! The problems came with the bill, I was charged $500 for smoking in the room, we don’t smoke so I tried calling the desk but there’s no direct line, I finally talked to someone at Hyatt and they explained the bill I explained not smoking she said I’ll investigate. Perfect, next two days I get a voicemail and email explaining the charge. They had been told we don’t smoke but so far they’ve ghosted me. I’ve emailed and called left messages but nobody has responded. Super sad cause $500 isn’t something I can just toss away. Equally as sad nobody has addressed this.

My second time staying at this location. It’s just as clean and tidy as I remember it. Very conveniently close to Knott’s Scary Farm, which is why we needed a rest stop after staying up very late. We had a lovely view of the pool side of the hotel. The staff is very friendly and accommodating to each question and request my party had. Great selection of breakfast foods. The rooms are nice and comfortable. Nice arrangement of lighting and plenty of charing spots for my devices. Will come here again next opportunity arises! I had a nice trip and a nice stay. The staff was very friendly, the room was comfortable and was kept clean, and the wifi worked well. The hotel is _very_ close to family for me, but depending on where one is going, a car might be necessary (parking is free and easy, happily). The property is basically next to the highway, so there's plenty of traffic noise outside, though the rooms are quite well insulated. The area itself is not the kind of area most folks would be comfortable walking around in at night — not actively unsafe, but not the best.

Stayed here for a disneyland vacay. It was conveniently located to a lot of other things (target, costco, food, etc) and also close to disney (10 minute drive). The place was clean. Breakfast was decent. No complaints. Would stay here again.

We got there ridiculously late after Disney all day… Staff member was VERY nice, awake, courteous (whereas most at that hour are half asleep and cranky)… Room was nice, clean, easy to find… The WOW moment for this hotel though was by far the breakfast. We were THOROUGHLY impressed with the amount of food options they had— covered all of our dietary needs and picky eaters and the whole 9 yards. Highly recommend for the breakfast alone!

Property was nice and located in a good spot with tons of shopping and eating places all around within walking distance. Loved the complimentary breakfast and parking that’s included with your stay. The best thing (by far!) was Trevor, the guy who checked us in. He is underemployed and very funny. And maybe we got there before the next hall/lobby cleaning was due, but the floors throughout felt sticky when you walked on them. There is only one elevator and when there are tons of families getting ready for their big day at Disneyland, it stops on every floor going up and down, so allow for extra time when leaving. Breakfast was *fine*. The eggs looked kind of scary. They are supposed to look like they are fried, but I swear you could toss them like a frisbee.

They put me in a room where the AC was undersized and did not cool the room below 77 degrees. They sent a maintenance person to fix it, who could not. But he offered that he could replace the AC. While leaving for dinner the front desk offered that they could either replace the AC or move me to another room. I didn't want the hassle of moving so I said, I'll be out for an hour for dinner so if they could replace the AC, it would be fine with me. When I got back, the front desk had a different person who told me the AC had been replaced. When I got back up, the AC was still struggling, was super loud and the carpet was wet. I called the front desk, told them about the situation and asked that they should move me as I didn't want to go thru the hassle of repair again. Offcourse, she said they were sold out. I said I needed to go to sleep for an early am flight. After some argument, a room magically became available on the same floor, had a functioning AC that was quiet and seemed about twice the size of the previous room. So it all worked out but my gripe is why do they put customers in bad rooms to start and then fuss about moving them even when they have open rooms. All rooms are basically the same anyway. So, it a fine hotel to stay but the staff needs some customer service training. They have a placard that says that they want customers to be fully satisfied. Empty words if the staff does not believe it.
