Sehr schlechte Erfahrung. Dieses Hotel behauptet, ein Drei-Sterne-Hotel zu sein, es sollte nicht einen einzigen Stern haben. Außerdem habe ich 125 Euro für eine Nacht bezahlt. Ich fühle mich beraubt. Die Heizung funktionierte nicht, stattdessen ließen sie eine kleine elektrische Heizung, die nicht genug war. Wir haben die ganze Nacht gefroren. Das war das Schlimmste. Zigarettengeruch. Do not stay in this "hotel"! They don't have the first idea on how to run a hotel. Everything is run down and dirty. The fridge didn't work, eventually was replaced, then the TV broke down, by then I had decided after 2 nights to leave this hotel, even though I had paid up front for a week. The curtain in my room was too narrow to cover the window. The breakfast was very basic. The staff didn't care, although some were more helpful than others. In the bathroom you get ONE towel (small) and one toilet roll, which has to run out before they replace it...Unbelievable.

First of all. NO AC, ONLY A FAN , And it’s hot as hell. Don’t waste your money and time. It’s trashy and disgusting and a place for undocumented immigrants. Literally walked out of the place couldn’t even shower , no towels of course , no. WIFI , not safe whatsoever. I almost Got mugged outside on the street and they CLOSE AT 11 pm

Der Empfang war freundlich. Im Zimmer war die Mikrowelle und der Fernseher kaputt (kein Signal). Im zweiten Zimmer konnte man das Fenster nicht schließen. Angeblich drei Sterne, aber leider wäre einer schon zu viel. Stromkabel waren mit Lüsterklemmen verlängert, das habe ich noch nicht mal im Südeuropa gesehen.

Ungepflegt, nicht entsprechend der Fotos, schmutzig, nur 4 Betten im Zimmer, obwohl 5 Personen im Familienzimmer gebucht waren, im ganzen Haus Zigarettengestank, kein Parkplatz, obwohl dieser kostenfrei zugesagt wurde, auf Nachfrage sollten wir 10 EUR zahlen, obwohl es gar keinen Parkplatz gab, an der Rezeption wurde kein Deutsch gesprochen, wir waren insgesamt so schockiert, dass wir NICHT dort uebernachtet haben

You get what you pay for. Over flowing garbage dumpsters in front of the hotel. No parking close by. No elevator. Banging doors from staff in the middle of the night. Nothing like the photos. We had dirty carpet and peeling wallpaper.

Mus/rotter der kradsere i skufferne om natten. Gammel mad i køkkenskufferne. Ingen blæser selvom det stod der. Og så glemte jeg en meget dyr taske på hotellet fordi vi bare skulle hurtigt væk. Ringede til dem få timer efter vi var kørt men de nægtede at kigge efter den. Ringede igen dagen efter hvor de igen nægtede at kigge efter den. Ringede så igen i morgen hvor de lovede at ringe tilbage efter 5 minutter. En halv time senere ringer jeg igen, de siger i tlf "send en mail" og smider røret på. Endelig får jeg så fat i en der vil tjekke værelset med besked om den ikke er der mere nu 3 dage efter opholdet.. Skrækkelig service, skrækkeligt ophole, skrækkeligt personale og klamt værelse..

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Nichtraucherzimmer roch nach Raucherzimmer, Mobiliar war teilweise in schlechtem Zustand. Anders als angegeben generell kein gratis Parkplatz vorhanden. Privatparkplatz parallel zur Hauswand gegen Gebühr vorhanden, musste jedoch ein gutes Stück rückwärts fahrend verlassen werden.

Das war mit Abstand die schlimmste und dreckigste Unterkunft, die nie und nimmer drei Sterne verdient hat. Die Zimmer sind heruntergekommen und in einem schlechten Zustand. Seifenspender waren leer, Flecken an der Wand, Betten durchgelegen. Meldung an Expedia mit Bildern geht heute noch raus

The property it self had a döner shop inside the lobby which was noticeable in the room. As soon as I entered my room after a long day the smell kept me awake for at least another 30 minutes just to get used to it but it keeps lingering in your nose for another hour after leaving the room. The matrass gave no support what resulted in a sore back in the morning and it had blood stains on it plus another big stain that was noticeable through the bed linen. After the first night my colleague and me went for breakfast and it was disappointing to say the least but we thought it was included in the price so just had a quick bowl of cereal and left for work. The second day i sat down with again a bowl of cereal and skipped the coffee this time, this time how ever i got told that breakfast was 8 euro's.. for a bowl of cereal that felt it was bought years ago and a small cup of yoghurt.. All in all, I would not recommend this place to anyone as it was way overpriced and the quality of the rooms/bed was poor to say the least.

Det var beskidt, der var indtørret mad på vægggene pletter på håndklæder og sorte hår i sengene. Vi valgte simpelthen at køre hjem frem for at overnatte i det værelse.

Do not stay in this "hotel"! They don't have the first idea on how to run a hotel. Everything is run down and dirty. The fridge didn't work, eventually was replaced, then the TV broke down, by then I had decided after 2 nights to leave this hotel, even though I had paid up front for a week. The curtain in my room was too narrow to cover the window. The breakfast was very basic. The staff didn't care, although some were more helpful than others. In the bathroom you get ONE towel (small) and one toilet roll, which has to run out before they replace it...Unbelievable.

Ungepflegt, nicht entsprechend der Fotos, schmutzig, nur 4 Betten im Zimmer, obwohl 5 Personen im Familienzimmer gebucht waren, im ganzen Haus Zigarettengestank, kein Parkplatz, obwohl dieser kostenfrei zugesagt wurde, auf Nachfrage sollten wir 10 EUR zahlen, obwohl es gar keinen Parkplatz gab, an der Rezeption wurde kein Deutsch gesprochen, wir waren insgesamt so schockiert, dass wir NICHT dort uebernachtet haben

Mus/rotter der kradsere i skufferne om natten. Gammel mad i køkkenskufferne. Ingen blæser selvom det stod der. Og så glemte jeg en meget dyr taske på hotellet fordi vi bare skulle hurtigt væk. Ringede til dem få timer efter vi var kørt men de nægtede at kigge efter den. Ringede igen dagen efter hvor de igen nægtede at kigge efter den. Ringede så igen i morgen hvor de lovede at ringe tilbage efter 5 minutter. En halv time senere ringer jeg igen, de siger i tlf "send en mail" og smider røret på. Endelig får jeg så fat i en der vil tjekke værelset med besked om den ikke er der mere nu 3 dage efter opholdet.. Skrækkelig service, skrækkeligt ophole, skrækkeligt personale og klamt værelse..

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Nichtraucherzimmer roch nach Raucherzimmer, Mobiliar war teilweise in schlechtem Zustand. Anders als angegeben generell kein gratis Parkplatz vorhanden. Privatparkplatz parallel zur Hauswand gegen Gebühr vorhanden, musste jedoch ein gutes Stück rückwärts fahrend verlassen werden.

War bei einem Konzert in der Stadthalle. Vom Hotel aus sind es ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuß gewesen. Das Hotel war für eine Übernachtung und zu dem Preis perfekt. Zimmer und Badezimmer waren sauber und das Bett war bequem. Ventilator, TV und Kühlschrank habe ich nicht benutzt. War aber alles da. Beim nächsten Konzert würde ich zu dem Preis sofort wieder in das Hotel gehen!

First of all. NO AC, ONLY A FAN , And it’s hot as hell. Don’t waste your money and time. It’s trashy and disgusting and a place for undocumented immigrants. Literally walked out of the place couldn’t even shower , no towels of course , no. WIFI , not safe whatsoever. I almost Got mugged outside on the street and they CLOSE AT 11 pm

Für mich kommt das Hotel nicht mehr in Frage. 3 Tage kein Mülleimer geleert. Keine neuen Handtücher. Und es war in einem Viertel, wo man alleine als Frau nicht hin will ( ich hatte meinen Hund dabei). Keinen Kleiderschrank aber die Betten waren frisch!

The property it self had a döner shop inside the lobby which was noticeable in the room. As soon as I entered my room after a long day the smell kept me awake for at least another 30 minutes just to get used to it but it keeps lingering in your nose for another hour after leaving the room. The matrass gave no support what resulted in a sore back in the morning and it had blood stains on it plus another big stain that was noticeable through the bed linen. After the first night my colleague and me went for breakfast and it was disappointing to say the least but we thought it was included in the price so just had a quick bowl of cereal and left for work. The second day i sat down with again a bowl of cereal and skipped the coffee this time, this time how ever i got told that breakfast was 8 euro's.. for a bowl of cereal that felt it was bought years ago and a small cup of yoghurt.. All in all, I would not recommend this place to anyone as it was way overpriced and the quality of the rooms/bed was poor to say the least.
