We loved our stay at the Cove Cannon St. It’s really well situated to multiple Tube stations/lines so it was very easy to get all over the city. Plus you are within easy walking distance to a number of attractions - St Paul’s, Sky Garden, Borough Market and Tower of London to name a few. The building is very well kept and it always smells nice in the lobby. Front desk staff are helpful and friendly. The units are clean and well furnished; kitchen area and bathroom in particular were very modern with a washing machine in the unit - very appreciated. Grocery stores nearby and tons of restaurants. My only minor complaint would be better pillows. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to London!

The Cove Cannon was a great hotel for our stay in London. The hotel was quiet, clean, and the staff were very friendly. The location is nice because it is out of the craziness of central London, but it is extremely close to two tube stations making public transport very easy. Our room was very spacious, even though it was a studio. It had a surprising amount of shelving and storage space for our belongings. The kitchen was nice to have to have for our stay. The AC works wonderfully! The hotel gym is small, but had exactly what we needed for our workouts. Overall, I’d highly recommend this hotel for your stay in London.

Great location. Right next to tube station. Small kitchenette was a plus. A small grocery just next door. Got to know that the rooms are sort of small though. The room we took was for three but was sort of tight with the suitcases. The one disappointment was that the hotel does not offer room cleaning even with five nights stay which we did not know before. And with five days of three people trekking inside and out the floors didn't feel clean. They did give you fresh towels when you needed that was good. Other than that all good

Great property at convenient location. It is right next to Mansion House station, around the block. It is couple blocks away from Bank station. You can easily access almost all points of interest through subway. Staff was nice and friendly. At night it was very quiet. Only complaint I have was that I booked the room with washer/dryer but it turned out the machine was broken. My laundry was soaked wet. Even though they have complimentary washers/dryers in the basement, I paid extra to get a bigger suite and didn't get chance to take advantage of it. It was the good Friday and weekend and no people is available to fix it.

Very walkable to tube and bus stations - we used them many times. Our first room was good, sofa bed for an adult was comfortable, but was stuffy and couldn't get AC to work. Asked next morning, found out AC wasn't working on that side of building for a few days (they should have told us and not put us in that room). We asked to be moved, much better. AC worked, sofa bed still comfortable for an adult. 24 hr reception helped us get our laundry out of our washing machine (door wouldn't open). Used free washers & dryers in basement - good. Used luggage storage, worked well & they had a nice lounge as we waited for our train. Stayed 3 nights and would stay here again. More room than a hotel and having a kitchen is great when buying some grocery items.

Good place for family spending their holiday! Near to underground station and bus station! Walking dustance to different supermarket! Adequate facilities for family stay for a longer time! Facilities like laundry room, gym, in room kitchen and cooking utensils! 24 hours front desk provide necessary support to us! Flexible choice for us to have early check in and late check out! Good place!

This is a great place to stay if you’re visiting London. It’s centrally located, has two tube stations close-by for you to travel around. I’ve zonked one star because our bed had dirty sheets and the hand wash in the bathroom was empty. The staff promptly fixed this, but it shouldn’t have happened in the first place!

Very good location and unit was well furnished. Only downside was the bathroom sink was not cleaned properly and clogged the first time we used it. A thorough cleaning crew would have made sure it doesn't happen to other guest.

Excellent location and having a kitchen was a big plus. But the photos (and reception) look a lot posher than the actual apartments so I was a bit disappointed to find the rooms were quite basic and tired around the edges. I found the noise from the courtyard (constant hum from the heating/air con system??) bothersome, and the blinds were pretty useless at blocking out light as there are big gaps around the edges and they flap around quite far from the actual windows. Very clean though and bed was comfortable. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Overall I was a bit disappointed for the price (standard chain hotels are just as good if not better and much cheaper) but I suppose having the kitchen is what makes it more expensive than other hotels.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Cove Cannon Street. We highly recommend and will definitely stay here again. We liked the Mansion House station being right next door, making it easy to get around. Room was large, clean and had everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable. They provided dishwasher and laundry detergent. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the shower. We were surprised at how quiet it was for being downtown. We never heard any noise or sirens. Always someone at the front desk if we had any questions. Thanks for a great stay!

I travel to London regularly on business and this was by far the best place I’ve stayed, in a reasonable price range. Spacious accommodation in a central location with lots of natural light and a helpful reception team 24 hours.

Very disappointing stay. Although the listing clearly says “kids are welcome,” I was told my children couldn’t stay in the room unless I paid an extra amount or booked another room. This is misleading and feels like a clear attempt to exploit guests. Check-in at 4 PM is unreasonably late — I’ve never seen this in any other hotel or apartment. The apartment was not properly cleaned, and the overall hygiene was poor. I honestly don’t understand how this property has such a high rating. It’s completely undeserved.

Very nice location and room was very clean and well set-up. Sofa bed not super comfortable - quite short. we had issues with being charged for the room when we had alredy paid. It took the entire week of our stay to sort out but they did comp us a night for the inconvenience. Overall, would recommend.

Friendly staff and good location. However, it was more of a cave than a cove - poor view of HVAC units covered in bird poop and cardboard boxes. Also, it was somewhat noisy - a low-frequency noise due to passing traffic? Also, the blinking light on thr bedroom ceiling was annoying.

This is a very basic apartment with the bare bones in supplies. It was very noisy late into the night every night. The location was good, but I would stay somewhere else next time.

This property is in a great location for transportation and for walking. The Mansion House tube stop is literally right across the street from the front door of the hotel. (If you take Exit 2.) There are lots of coffee, shops, pubs, and a grocery store all within easy walking distance. It’s also an easy walk to St. Paul’s Cathedral. The room itself was spacious and well-maintained. It had a dishwasher, a washer-dryer combo, and refrigerator and stove so you could really use this for a long-term stays. We were there for two weeks and thoroughly enjoyed it. The only downside for us was that the bed was against the wall so one person had to climb out over the end of the bed, which is annoying in the middle of the night. Otherwise, we thought this was a really great accommodation.

Very clean, quiet, well-equipped studio apartment for our London trip. We had 2 Large studio rooms booked, both were very nice, though one was larger with a larger sitting area. Both had small kitchenette with a washing machine, fridge (larger room had fridge/freezer), very basic kitchen necessities and all the normal hotel room items. VERY quiet, felt very secure and the addition of AC in the rooms was welcome. I'm not sure why we paid the same rate for the rooms as one was larger, but both worked very well. Parked at NCP London Vintry Thames (3-5 min walk with luggage), and paid £73.90/$91 for parking (2 nights, from 4pm first day until 1030am last day) which we found very reasonable for being in the heart of London. Several grocery store options within a 15 min walk, including a Sainsburys local 3 mins walk away. Overall, a very quiet, comfortable, and convenient place to stay for a London trip. VERY quiet, felt very secure and the addition of AC in the rooms was welcome. I'm not sure why we paid the same rate for the rooms as one was larger, but both worked very well. Parked at NCP London Vintry Thames (3-5 min walk with luggage), and paid £73.90/$91 for parking (2 nights, from 4pm first day until 1030am last day) which we found very reasonable for being in the heart of London. Very nice location and room was very clean and well set-up. Sofa bed not super comfortable - quite short. we had issues with being charged for the room when we had alredy paid. It took the entire week of our stay to sort out but they did comp us a night for the inconvenience. Overall, would recommend.

A truly wonderful property. There was a problem with our first room so the front desk quickly switched us to a different room that was very nice. Cannot say enough good things about the property.

I arrived early before work hoping to check in, I was greeted by a friendly welcoming front desk member of staff - unfortunately, a room was not available, however, the front desk was happy to hold onto my luggage. After work (about 7pm) I arrived back at the hotel and was greeted by an amazingly bubbly, friendly and professional female member of staff, She checked me in and showed me to the lift, I appreciate the personal way in which I was dealt with.

The Cove was an excellent location to visit the major attractions in London. In walking distance of St Paul’s Cathedral, Tower of London, The Tower Bridge, The Shard and Borough Market to just name a few. The staff was very friendly and accommodating too. Thank you Cove!

Great property at convenient location. It is right next to Mansion House station, around the block. It is couple blocks away from Bank station. You can easily access almost all points of interest through subway. Staff was nice and friendly. At night it was very quiet. Only complaint I have was that I booked the room with washer/dryer but it turned out the machine was broken. My laundry was soaked wet. Even though they have complimentary washers/dryers in the basement, I paid extra to get a bigger suite and didn't get chance to take advantage of it. It was the good Friday and weekend and no people is available to fix it.

Very walkable to tube and bus stations - we used them many times. Our first room was good, sofa bed for an adult was comfortable, but was stuffy and couldn't get AC to work. Asked next morning, found out AC wasn't working on that side of building for a few days (they should have told us and not put us in that room). We asked to be moved, much better. AC worked, sofa bed still comfortable for an adult. 24 hr reception helped us get our laundry out of our washing machine (door wouldn't open). Used free washers & dryers in basement - good. Used luggage storage, worked well & they had a nice lounge as we waited for our train. Stayed 3 nights and would stay here again. More room than a hotel and having a kitchen is great when buying some grocery items.

We could not have been happier with our stay at Cove - Cannon Street. The location is fantastic… just down the street from St Paul’s, super easy access to three Tube stations, tons of great places to eat and drink, and across the street from the amazing Rosslyn coffee shop. The apartment was clean (my number one criteria for a great stay), the bed was comfy, and the staff was so friendly and helpful. The have washers and dryers available too. Just a perfect stay for us.

Easy walkable downtown, very close to the riverwalk. Lots of pubs. Lots to do and see. Several Underground stations nearby. Easy to walk across the London Bridge to go to eat at the many eateries at the Borough Market. Went to Ginger Pig 3x during visit. Also easy to get to the Buckingham Palace to see the changing of the guard.

We loved our stay at the Cove Cannon St. It’s really well situated to multiple Tube stations/lines so it was very easy to get all over the city. Plus you are within easy walking distance to a number of attractions - St Paul’s, Sky Garden, Borough Market and Tower of London to name a few. The building is very well kept and it always smells nice in the lobby. Front desk staff are helpful and friendly. The units are clean and well furnished; kitchen area and bathroom in particular were very modern with a washing machine in the unit - very appreciated. Grocery stores nearby and tons of restaurants. My only minor complaint would be better pillows. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to London!

The apartment was amazing! Clean, safe, quiet, 1-2 min to the metro and all kinds of the restaurants; 7-10 min walk to St Paul’s cathedral. The staff were amazing, friendly, patient, especially Beatriz from Spain and the lovely Indian young lady ( I forgot her name)!

This property is in a great location for transportation and for walking. The Mansion House tube stop is literally right across the street from the front door of the hotel. (If you take Exit 2.) There are lots of coffee, shops, pubs, and a grocery store all within easy walking distance. It’s also an easy walk to St. Paul’s Cathedral. The room itself was spacious and well-maintained. It had a dishwasher, a washer-dryer combo, and refrigerator and stove so you could really use this for a long-term stays. We were there for two weeks and thoroughly enjoyed it. The only downside for us was that the bed was against the wall so one person had to climb out over the end of the bed, which is annoying in the middle of the night. Otherwise, we thought this was a really great accommodation.

Clean new room with all the amenities you need. Great quiet location and attentive personel. Not as aesthetic as Cove Moorgate but here you have the reception so you can leave your luggage which is. Huge draw.

Cove Cannon is basically an apartment in a very convenient location (a block away from St. Paul's and right next to the Mansion Street tube stop). I would especially recommend this property for families and those traveling in larger groups. They also have a kitchenette, which makes it easy to prepare some meals. I would point out that there is no daily housekeeping and the ground floor does have some subway and street noise permeating through. For coffee, they provide a french press and one packet of ground coffee - it might be more convenient for them to include a Nespresso machine and daily pods.

It was a great little boutique hotel. A nice little one bedroom, with a full kitchen well stocked. We had a separate entrance we could use that entered right to the elevator. The staff was very quick to help or respond to something. We were a few blocks away from St. Paul's Cathedral, a walk across the bridge to the other side of the Thames and amazing restaurants. Close enough to everything, including the Tube without being right in the middle of it. Loved it!!!

The apartment was very close to St Paul's Cathedral so you had some great views of it from the nearby bars and restaurants. It was also in walking distance to the other tourist parts of London, great location. Apartment itself was a decent size, clean and tidy, had everything we needed. Staff were friendly. Free breakfast pastries in reception on the Sunday morning!

Parked at NCP London Vintry Thames (3-5 min walk with luggage), and paid £73.90/$91 for parking (2 nights, from 4pm first day until 1030am last day) which we found very reasonable for being in the heart of London. If you drive make sure you check if you need to pay emissions or congestion fees. 1 min walk to Mansion House Tube station, 5 mins walk to St Pauls, 3-4 mins walk to the Thames, 15 mins walk to the Tower, 10 mins walk to the Globe Theatre. The DOWNSIDE of the area is that it is more of a business district, and we had difficulty finding an open pub/restaurant on a Saturday night to have dinner and drinks. There were very few people around at the weekend, and so many of the pubs and restaurants remained closed during our stay. Several grocery store options within a 15 min walk, including a Sainsburys local 3 mins walk away. Overall, a very quiet, comfortable, and convenient place to stay for a London trip. Would happily return and recommend to others.
Very clean, quiet, well-equipped studio apartment for our London trip. We had 2 Large studio rooms booked, both were very nice, though one was larger with a larger sitting area. Both had small kitchenette with a washing machine, fridge (larger room had fridge/freezer), very basic kitchen necessities and all the normal hotel room items. VERY quiet, felt very secure and the addition of AC in the rooms was welcome. I'm not sure why we paid the same rate for the rooms as one was larger, but both worked very well. Everything was amazing. The view was great, the room was clean, modern, and big. The tube and bus stop super close and convenient. The staff were so helpful. An added bonus was the AC. We happened to stay during one of the hest waves and the AC was such a relief. We really enjoyed our stay here and can't say enough positive things about it.

Great aparthotel very near the Mansion House stop. We used the kitchen quite a bit and enjoyed coming back to AC after the day. There was a washer/dryer unit we hoped to use but it was dirty inside so skipped it. Overall though it was great!

Very well located steps from Mansion House tube station. THe room itself was very large, clean and airconditioned. Perfectly equipped full kitchen. The only downside is that rooms are not made available even minutes before 4PM checkin without a very hefty fee.
