Cute well appointed hotel in the happening Bassac area of Phnom Penh. Short walk to many great restaurants, bars, skybars and shops. Clean rooms with updated aircon and nice beds. Pleasant helpful staff and a nice pool area. Comprehensive with local, asian and authentic western cuisine.

Excellent location and friendly staff. The room was well-maintained and clean. I opted out of breakfast because I had so many outside breakfast meetings, but from what I saw it looked like a great deal!

Staff were 10/10 except cleaners of the room. Cups were left constantly after use so we had to ask. Sometimes only left us with big towels but forgot hand towels. Again we had to ask. Had to ask for toilet rolls. Reception staff and dining room staff were always happy and very helpful. Breakfast was good although could have been a little warmer. WiFi was a bit slow, in first room we were given it was virtually non existent so we asked to move but they moved us straight away and gave us a room upgrade which was lovely of them. On the whole a lovely hotel for the price.

We were so happy how quiet it was at night when we were so close to the centre. The bathroom was spotless but the bedroom was dated....but not unclean. For the price this is excellent for people who are not planning to be in the room long but want to be close to everything!
