If you want to stay somewhere with a lot of extras, this isn't the place. It is somewhere to sleep. I arrived around 10 a.m. and there is no one around and you must communicate via a telephone by the check-in kiosk. Check-in time is 2 p.m. but I needed to put my luggage in a locker which requires two euros which I didn't have, and no one told me. Really? Charge for THAT? I found some British ladies who helped me out. I returned at 2 to check in. The kiosk charged me room tax twice because it wasn't working. I called the phone to get my room number/code and was told someone would be by shortly to help. I waited, along with two other guests, for an hour. I called again and was given the code and room number to access to my room. The room itself was spartan and clean-soap/shampoo, towels, kitchenette and TV along with free WiFi. After getting signed in to WiFi, I noticed they had sent me an email with the codes. Real helpful when you don't have the WiFi password and nobody says anything. The rest of my stay was uneventful except a broken elevator and the shower wouldn't drain. I had also made arrangements through the apartment for airport transportation, but no one called/texted me via WhatsApp to confirm (which they were going to charge me 40 euros for). I ended up getting an Uber instead which only charged me 20 euros. It wasn't the worst but set your expectations very low. It is near the Time Out Market which is very cool.

Un séjour au top dans cet établissement très central, idéal pour visiter Lisbonne et ses environs et très facile d’accès depuis l’aéroport (Gare de Cais do Sodre à 5 min à pied) Quartier animé (restaurants, pubs), mais aucun problème de bruit dans la chambre (315 en ce qui nous concerne). Très bonne literie, studio bien équipé, très propre, le système de box (payante 2€) pour laisser nos valises le jour de l’arrivée ou du départ était vraiment très pratique ! Personnel de ménage fort sympathique ! Très bon rapport qualité prix!

Check in was very simple. As a group of young people this was very close to lots of trendy spots. Also easily accessible to transit and many site seeing areas by foot.

Emplacement idéal pour ceux qui voudront se déplacer. À proximité de restos et bars, à 4 minutes d’une bouche de me,tro, à 5 minutes d’un marché public assorti de boutiques et de restos, 5 minutes de la gare de train et de la gare maritime. À côté de l’ascenseur Bica, l’appartement est impeccable de propreté et confortable. Le service de concierge virtuel est très, très efficace. Nous avons eu un petit souci et en qu’élues minutes, on nous a dépanné.

Location is awesome and near to everything we wanted to do. Very clean. Extremely spacious interior. Getting in and out of the building was not so convenient as there is no receptionist. Checking in was difficult as it is done virtually and was confusing. Not to mention finding the actual building at first...had 2 different kind people direct me when I had no WiFi to access. However the price is very reasonable for such a great location.

Easy check in. Great value for money. Location is top notch but can get noisy as it is right next door to the ascensor di bica (the big Lisbon tram) which goes from 7AM on week days. Would return and would recommend.

We could not face any person in the building , everything is online or through a intercom that last day I could not get connected because nobody answered, I could not check out because the machine that you have to use to check in and check out was broken and I have to email them to let them know that I have checked out, they also have a restricted time to check in, at least they have locker that charge you $2 euros to keep safe your luggage, area around is good and walkable to the most important attractions, I would not recommend this hotel

This is an absolutely surreal place. The worst is lack of service, reception and correct information. Getting to your room looks like an escape room. You first get the wrong address, than the self check-in machine is broken, you can't get to your room. The virtual receptionist is broken. Nobody answers the telephone. You waste your time waiting. In the room plenty of things are old and not functioning. Again no help from the nonexistent service. Fire alarm goes off. Shades are missing. Internet is bad. The manager of the building David comes over to collect taxes and shouts at you that you are using the wrong code to the lower entrance, the wrong code to the upper entrance, the wrong code to the room, you are guilty of doing everything wrong. A sociopath offending clients instead of helping. It is a total nightmare. We spent 5 full days in email communication with some service people who did not care about any problems. They want their money and for you to literally .... I would gladly pay not to stay there in the first place.

Estadia foi muito boa,só tivemos várias vezes problemas com elevador.

Apartment is close to major transport hub (Cais do Sobra), well designed and clean. Good bed, good shower and kitchenette. Close to trendy area with plenty of food options which also means some noise and street rubbish.

Lejligheden er ret stort, pænt og rent og med fint tilbehør både på badeværelset og i køkkenet.Det ligger ret centralt og med indkøbsmuligheder lidt nede ad gaden. Der er også gode restauranter i gaden særlig stedet lige ved siden af skal nævnes "Santos a' Bica". Vi er meget glade for sporvogne og den længste og mest populære elevador ligger i stueetagen i huset.Den starter kl.8 om morgenen og slutter kl.21.

Apartamento com ótima localização para acesso a pontos turísticos e restaurantes. Quarto confortável e com ótima limpeza. Me hospedaria novamente.

L'appartement est super bien situer, proche de tout. Propre, avec service de nettoyage a tout les jours. La vue du funiculaire est 10/10. Coté négatif, ça fête fort surtout à la fête de la sardine, 13 juin. Vous avec droit a une belle atmosphère mais une nuit plus courte.

I could not stay at the property. Place was filthy, in poor condition, very far from what was offered thru the site. We tried contacting the operator upon arrival directly and thru Expedia without any luck.

Located in tourist area. Convenient to many destinations in Lisbon by metro nearby. Daily cleaning services provided. Good communication with the management. Bit noisy at night-time. Decent room rate compare to similar size stays.

The location and size of this place is outstanding. The unit was huge and the bathroom was the biggest we have seen in Portugal. Everything was walkable and the area was quite safe and easy to navigate. That said, communication with the host was lacking. Once we figured things out we were good to go though. Side note, you are right on top of the tram, so you can hear it running all day / evening. It really didn’t bother us and we actually thought it was funny. I’m not sure we would stay here again for price to cleanliness ratio… but it was a great experience.

Ascensor de Bica is next door, can get loud but its tolerable. Property is close to restaurants, it can get loud at night from partygoers. Walkable to Time Out & Pink street. I don't recommend adding a 3rd guest in a room as it gets very tight and not convenient to walk around and across the bathroom & shower. 3rd adult guest should always get a bed and not a hide a way pull out, I feel.

Nao tem nada de espetacular, boa localização e amplo espaço, mas a cozinha não é funciknal, nao tem panelas, tem 1 panela pequena, ou seja, da pra fazer um miojo apenas. Ar condicionada parece ser fraco e wi-fi fica caindo a todo momento, se precisar de um wi-fi excelente, CORRA. Da pra ficar la sem precisar cozinhar e sem trabalhar remotamente.

The location was quite good and getting around Lisbon. The staff that were on site for cleaning were very helpful. The only negative was the shower in the bathroom had absolutely no water pressure at all.

Le processus d’enregistrement à l’arrivée est assez long surtout si la borne ne fonctionne pas. La chambre était spacieuse et confortable cependant l’appartement côté rue est assez mal isolé. Entre la fête dans les rues et les camions poubelle de nuit, il est facile d’être réveillé d’autant plus que le jour se lève tôt et les rideaux occultants laissent passer la lumière sur les côtés et le dessus. Autrement le logement est très bien situé et est idéal pour une semaine de vacances

Checking in was difficult as it is done virtually and was confusing. Not to mention finding the actual building at first...had 2 different kind people direct me when I had no WiFi to access. However the price is very reasonable for such a great location.

This hotel was in a great location for walking, taking public transport and right in the lively area near the city centre and old town. It was an unusual self check in process but it did work well, even though there was no actual face to face human reception. Our room was an ok size with everything we needed. Clean and modern. Our only negative was that I paid for a city view and my view was actually a wall, very close. We could not get the Aircon to work and when I emailed the customer services they never helped with these two issues. They did reply to help me with an access problem but not about my view or Aircon issues. That's the downside of having no people present. I would be worried if I had an emergency. Otherwise I really would recommend this hotel for it's great location. Lots to do in the area, directly next door to a funicular, two blocks away from Time Out Market for amazing food and 5 mins walk to the bustling Pink Street. Roughly a 10 minute walk to the centre attractions and squares, lots of cafes, bars,shops along the way.

This property is directly over the ascensor which is a trolley car that runs every 15 minutes or so which you hear from the apartment. That runs 7 am to 9 pm which was bearable. The main issue was that there is a square right next to the apartments where there were bands and a DJ playing very loud music until midnight on Thursday night and until 1:30 am on Friday night. We left Saturday but assume it was then also. No way to sleep with that going on. Either bring noise canceling headphones or don’t plan to be able to sleep until after the music stops.

tive dificuldades em estabelecer contato com a acomodação..não recebi o -email com instruções do checkin e tive que recorrer a uma pessoa do site Hotels.com para conseguir o código de entrada..A entrada do prédio é o número 236 pois o 234, fornecido na confirmação, é do Ascensor da Bica..a entrada é conjunta com o restaurante The Milkman..O apto é bem localizado ,ensolarado..A cama extra é muito ruim com um desnível no meio e tivemos que colocar o colchão no chão..o box do banheiro é mal vedado e quando se toma banho molha-se todo o piso..os utensilios de cozinha são poucos, o suficiente para preparar o café da manhã..ao ligar o ar condicionado e a cafeteira a chave geral de energia caiu..a localização é muito boa..

This apartment has a very inflexible check in policy. Their system is way more important than guest comfort and convenience. I extended my stay twice, staying for a total of 14 days. I accidentally booked the same day twice, so I asked for a refund. NOPE. I asked to stay in the same apartment so I won’t have to move for the last 3 days NOPE. I asked to have the same access code, NOPE. So I was locked out in the middle of the night and had to deal with the intercom for 15 mins to “reregister” when they already have all my information since I’d been there for a week. Definitely not customer focused. I will NOT recommend this apartment. There are equivalent priced and better customer focused places in Lisbon.

A comunicação para checkin foi problemática. Só recebi as instruções de entrada apenas minutos antes de chegar à acomodação, depois de enviar diversos emails e fazer 1 ligação. A limpeza do quarto estava boa. O espaço da acomodação também é bom. O ar-condicionado não estava funcionando para função fria, apenas como aquecedor, em razão do período (início da primavera). Contudo, fez calor e o ar-condicionado seria muito útil. As cortinas também não vedam a iluminação adequadamente. A localização é excelente.

Adoramos a acolhida,a localização,o café da manhã muito bom o serviço atencioso com os mimos diários nos quartos,apenas o tamanho do quarto e banheiro deixam a desejar mas merece um repeteco.

O apartamento é exatamente como nas fotos, pequeno mas funcional. A localização é ótima, fizemos quase tudo a pé. O mercado Time Out fica muito próximo ao apartamento e foi ótimo, porque é sensacional. Como sugestão, só sentimos falta de suporte no banheiro para shampoo, condicionador e demais itens de banho. Não precisamos contatar o anfitrião, mas recebemos o apartamento limpo e com agrados (água, biscoitos, chá e geleia).
