Sternplatz B&B - Self check in Hotel

Wir haben uns sehr wohl Gefühlt. Auch das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Es wurde immer nachgefüllt und das Personal sehr freundlich. Wir können es nur empfehlen und es liegt wirklich schön zentral. Direkt am Hotel ist eine Tiefgarage wo man günstiger parken kann. Auch der online Check In und out lief reibungslos und ist nicht schwer.

Spacious clean room, but those are the only positives, sadly. It's not 'family run', because it's not run by anybody: everything is done 'remotely'. We needed help and were directed to an AI chatbot, then had to send an email -- this was unanswered till the next day. The problem was that the shower was broken, along with two of the blinds. In a heatwave. We got no help at all. Also, if you wish to use the fridge? €5 extra. Do you want a kettle? €5 a day, booked in advance, using your psychic skills presumably. We saw no staff the whole stay until one lovely person who was running breakfast, check out and kitchen all at the same time. We did see a building site in the hotel, where power tools were left lying around, and the elevators, fire escapes and entrances were blocked by people renovating a part of the hotel. Have you ever had to help someone lift a fridge through a doorway, so you can actually exit the building, only to have your return blocked by their car? Well, this is apparently the one service the hotel offers for free. Additionally, during a heatwave, only providing duvets for guests seems a little thoughtless. But by this point, it was obvious there was nobody to ask anyway. Nor to pay our €5, presumably.

Vi havde kun en enkelt overnatning. Bestilling og automatisk check-in, gik nemt. Værelser var meget rummeligt og bekvemt. Gode senge fint lille te-køkken, dog ville det være rart med en el-koger, så man kan lave en kop kaffe eller te. Rent og pænt , masser af håndklæder. Alt i alt, rigtig godt

Sehr freundliches Personal, die Zimmer waren toll, Hotel gleich neben dem Parkhaus, das Frühstück war super. Optimal zur Durchreise.

Gammelt og utdatert med vegg til vegg tepper fra 50 tallet og eldre møbler. Mye inntekter på rommet. Ok frokost. Vanskelig å få sjekket inn på automaten når resepsjonen var stengt
