It was amazing right in the center of old town. We came off a boat so it was easy to walk to from there. Comfy beds and laundry available which was so appreciated. Nothing was too much trouble for them (manager and housekeeper). They even let us use the foyer to store luggage as we got off the boat early morning before check in and after also. This place is fantastic, clean and very spacious. Particularly loved the balcony to sit out on. I would definitely recommend!

Very small, good for only one person, so noisy as it is located right in front of a restaurant (literally people are sitting right in front of the room!). But great location. Hard to find parking so not a good option if you have a car.

Wonderfully located. Great balcony for afternoon drink and relaxation. Laundry service. Only complaint it would benefit from upgraded internet coverage. I would return Thanks, john and Marleen, Toronto, Canada

A lovely stay @ Dujam Apartments, ideal location in the heart of the Old Town. Would strongly recommend the apartment with the patio area - great views of the surrounding buildings. Very nice restaurant next door for lunch / evening meal, they do breakfast but opening times seem to vary. Great comms & would recommend you arrange airport transfer through the apartment. Under no circumstances use a taxi from the rank, they make London black cabs look like free rides.

I loved my mini apartment. It was clean, beautifully decorated with a big balcony with a delightful view of a courtyard and rooftops around me. Anamarija was fantastic - she arranged a car airport pickup and met me at the edge of old town and carried my bags to the apartment. She was great with recommendations and arranged a tour to Plitvice Lakes . And also arranged a car and luggage transport upon my departure. Just the best service! Thank You! My only complaint of the apartment is I think they have old pipes and on occasion the toilet had a not so pleasant odor. Other than that - I highly recommend the place.

It took about 45 minutes walking to find this place in an alley next to a restaurant. There is no onsite parking and the only parking we could find was a 15 minute walk away and cost about 50 euros per night. Rented the property because it is centrally located and vecause of the great reviews in regards to a na maria helping guest with things to do and laundry. Never saw ana maria and no laundry got done. Check in was a nightmare. Got to the property and nobody was therr to let us check in. Had to call travelocity several times to find out ee needed a code to get in the property. Got the code and entered into the wrong room. Then we found the correct entrance to the property and went through 2 doors with different keys to get to oir room. The code was the same for the main door asa well as the wrong room we entered in. Nobody told us or sent us a code to get into the property until ee were there. There were nni instructions on how to find the place or about the code. Owner wanted us to send passport information over the internet. Don't know why nobody was there to check us in but this was easily the worst check in experience i ever remember.

Great location and quiet, even while being in the middle of the old town. Nice design with personal touch and attention to details throughout. Very comfortable bed and quality linens. The room we had was bit cramped for space but had a huge outdoor patio. Sewer gas smell from the bathroom was a bit annoying.

We had the downstairs apt right by the restaurant, it was very clean and nice. Check in was easy and communication was well. Everything was great. There was a VERY strong air freshener hidden in the bathroom that was driving me crazy. It is way too strong for that size apt. I finally found it after a few hours and put it outside the apt and then everything was perfect! There was a lot of graffiti on the buildings right in front of the unit that was a bummer but not the fault of the apt.

Fantastic location right outside the palace wall & just off the waterfront broad walk. Room was very small but clean & looks recently renovated. The only complaint I would have is it’s not particularly quiet late at night or early in the morning due to being located right beside a restaurant & if someone is staying upstairs then that will add to the noise. Otherwise the stay worked out perfectly fine.

Beautiful and charming studio right in the center of Split old town. Felt like I was staying in one of the ancient rooms of the palace. Easy check in, lovely balcony and comfortable bed. Highly recommend it.

Located in the heart of the old city; easy access to restaurants and shopping! Big room with kitchen facilities and TV. Only downsides were a/c (poor) and check-in process as I didn’t have internet. Would stay here again!

Väldigt fint rum mitt i den gamla stan. Ingen reception så vägledning till rätt rum behövdes. Detta borde meddelats redan när vi bekräftade vår ankomsttid. Cafe och restauranger precis utanför dörren. Lätt att komma in direkt från gatan.

The location is perfect, 2min from main square. The apartment is beautiful and well equipped. But if I have to pick one awesome thing about it, it would the service I received from Anamarija. IMPRESSIVE! Thank you for making my stay so great.

Beautiful and charming studio right in the center of Split old town. Felt like I was staying in one of the ancient rooms of the palace. Easy check in, lovely balcony and comfortable bed. Highly recommend it.

This property is amazing right in the centre of everything, a five minute walk from the Riva and Diocletian’s Palace. It’s within the centre of everything but the area is so quiet it’s hard to believe your in the centre of Split old town. Communication was great from the start, the apartment owners asked us about arrival times and even carried our cases up to the apartment when our room was ready. The decor in the apartment was gorgeous, a real eye for detail. We had a lovely balcony which was perfect overlooking a little courtyard area. This apartment is a hidden gem we would definitely recommend and will be back if we are ever looking to stay in Split! Book this apartment as soon as you can!

A lovely stay @ Dujam Apartments, ideal location in the heart of the Old Town. Would strongly recommend the apartment with the patio area - great views of the surrounding buildings. Very nice restaurant next door for lunch / evening meal, they do breakfast but opening times seem to vary. Great comms & would recommend you arrange airport transfer through the apartment. Under no circumstances use a taxi from the rank, they make London black cabs look like free rides.

I loved my mini apartment. It was clean, beautifully decorated with a big balcony with a delightful view of a courtyard and rooftops around me. Anamarija was fantastic - she arranged a car airport pickup and met me at the edge of old town and carried my bags to the apartment. She was great with recommendations and arranged a tour to Plitvice Lakes . And also arranged a car and luggage transport upon my departure. Just the best service! Thank You! My only complaint of the apartment is I think they have old pipes and on occasion the toilet had a not so pleasant odor. Other than that - I highly recommend the place.

It took about 45 minutes walking to find this place in an alley next to a restaurant. There is no onsite parking and the only parking we could find was a 15 minute walk away and cost about 50 euros per night. Rented the property because it is centrally located and vecause of the great reviews in regards to a na maria helping guest with things to do and laundry. Never saw ana maria and no laundry got done. Check in was a nightmare. Got to the property and nobody was therr to let us check in. Had to call travelocity several times to find out ee needed a code to get in the property. Got the code and entered into the wrong room. Then we found the correct entrance to the property and went through 2 doors with different keys to get to oir room. The code was the same for the main door asa well as the wrong room we entered in. Nobody told us or sent us a code to get into the property until ee were there. There were nni instructions on how to find the place or about the code. Owner wanted us to send passport information over the internet. Don't know why nobody was there to check us in but this was easily the worst check in experience i ever remember.

It's in the middle of the Palace. Very affordable on a prime location. Around 45mins from Split Airport. 80EU via taxi. One big bed and a sofa bed. Kitchen and wares. Newly renovated bathroom is modern considering the building is older than all of us. The location is a bit challenging to find in the beginning. You will never thought that the properrty is in the middle of the tourist spot. The host is very easy to reach via Whats App or email. I will stay here again for sure.

Very small, good for only one person, so noisy as it is located right in front of a restaurant (literally people are sitting right in front of the room!). But great location. Hard to find parking so not a good option if you have a car.

The apartment was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. In a great location close to restaurants, shops and a grocery store. It was surprisingly quiet. I would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic location right outside the palace wall & just off the waterfront broad walk. Room was very small but clean & looks recently renovated. The only complaint I would have is it’s not particularly quiet late at night or early in the morning due to being located right beside a restaurant & if someone is staying upstairs then that will add to the noise. Otherwise the stay worked out perfectly fine.

Good communication from host, clean apartment with all things needed for short stays. Fantastic sheer room and comfortable bed. Amazing location and not too noisy. Unfortunately massive thunderstorm hit one morning with outside street flooding that hit the old town area with some ingress to the ground floor apartment not owners fault. Amazing response from cleaner that saved the day and holiday continued ok

Be aware! The property listing is extremely deceiving. The listing is generic for various apartments but the photos listed is for the best one in the portfolio. We got a room that was suppose to be at least 15m2 but the actual size was 12m2 (or even smaller) which included the shower and toilet. We could literally not move around the bed. The listing has amenities like e.g. a washer and dryer which wasn't there. There was also a lack of basic amenities like shower soap. I had contact via WhatsApp with the owner a couple of days beforehand to discuss an early drop off of my luggage, but when he found out which apartment I had booked I was ghosted. After checking in and seeing that the accommodation was not the same as the listed pictures I did not get any assistance from hotels.com or the owner.

The reception should have been open between 10 and 22, but it wasnt when we arrived at 2 pm. There should have been a qr-code to check in, but didn’t find it. I would have appreciated if it was more clear that the door to the room was directly in from the street.
