Appartement très bien situé et très propre Belle prestation!

Der Check in ist aktuell etwas nervend, da Spanien anscheinend von jedem Gast die kompletten Ausweisdaten haben möchte. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und zentral gelegen. Absolut ruhig da im Hinterhaus. Kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge: Haken in den Bädern für Handtücher und mehr Geschirr als einmalig für 4 Personen… macht den Geschirrspüler effektiver.

No heat or hot water the first night. Issues with communicating with the property manager to fix the problem. Check in process was a bit cumbersome. Could have used a roll of paper towels, soap, toilet paper etc. Had to buy them ourselves. Wouldn't go back.

Great location, easy walking distance to both Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor for great people-watching, good restaurants, and just general enjoyment. LOTS of space in apartment. First floor location was appreciated. Very easy entry with app. Overall very enjoyable. Kids recommend a larger TV screen for midday relaxation away from city exploring (and a smart TV with possible apps), but I never think those things matter the most. We loved Madrid and expect to be back!!
