On a high floor of a newly refurbished building, this apartment has great views over the central Plaza. The apartment is decorated with a mix of classic hardwood furniture, cool modern lighting and other modern features. A dining area features a table for 4, wtih an additional chair. Great kitchen fully equipped with quality utensils, and one well equipped bathroom. The apartment has air conditioning, flat screen TV, and free WIFI internet. Please note : Cancellation Policy : 2 days. Only cash payment accepted on arrival Check-in time : 14:00 - 23:00. Check-out time : 11:00. Breakfast not included. Taxes not included (0,75 Eur per person/ night). This apartment has a minimum stay of 4 nights during July and August, 3 nights in June and September and 2 nights during the rest of the year. The cleaning fee (35 Euros) is a one-time fee and is non-negotiable.
