Grim Resort

The Pool costs money to use. This is not anywhere in the Expedia page and we found out about it because staff told us after we were already in the pool. We got out immediately but they still demanded that we pay. The expedia should be updated and they should let guests know when they check in to avoid this problem in the future. Overall the hotel was nice but the miscommunication was not appreciated.

First time in Jeju & very happy I chose this place. Even extended on another night through reception. Thanks

I wish. I could had a cleaner balcony. And I don't like the shower head. It is too strong.

The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean. The ocean view was awesome!

The only thing I didn’t enjoy is that the shower is not hot enough only lukewarm water. Especially during our 3 nights stay it rained every day but can’t take a hot shower after we came back to the hotel. Everything else is all good. Staff is very helpful and pleasant, the room is very large and equipped with kitchen and only 10 mins away from airport and very short walk to the shore.
