Very convenient yet quiet location, with bus stops in front and metro a couple of blocks away. Cafe(s) for breakfast and snack downstairs. Our unit is the 4th floor but with elevator, there is no problem. Unit was clean, well maintained and recently updated, with Nespresso machine and kettle. Host Bianca was super helpful and gave us dining and sight seeing tips as well. Overall, very satisfy with our stay. Highly recommended.

A 10 min a piedi da Piazza del Popolo e a 10 minuti a piedi dal Vaticano. Location perfetta per visita alla città, ma anche per eventi sportivi al Foro Italico. Il b&b sembra di recente ristrutturazione, ben curato, silenziosissimo (la ns era la camera 503 al 5° piano), letto comodissimo, bagno e doccia spaziosi. Ascensore. Proprietario molto disponibile. Tutto impeccabile!

Overall the place met my needs, which was an extremely short stay. Could be more comfortable for sitting and working, but everything was clean and comfortable. Not suitable for people with mobility issues as it is on the 5th floor with an elevator that stops half a floor above or below, so stairs cannot be avoided.

Place was so clean and smells fresh everytime we walked into the room. Its cery close to everything considering have to walk to places. It's close to the city centre , 20min walk to St Peters Basilica. The staff helped us book our taxi to the airport , it was on time as well. Everything was great altogether .

Nice, comfy and clean room. Staffs were sweet and helpful. Emanuela the owner was sweet, helpful and promply responded to any messages that we asked. Hotel is 1meter away from bus stop and so close to train station. We walked to Vatican only 20mins.. Good stay and awesome experience exploring Rome and Jubilee pilgrimage.

The stay was great! We'd never been to Rome and our experience was really nice. Alessandro was very kind and informative. The facility was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Despite suffering a 40+° heatwave, we had an excellent stay at Colonna luxury suites. Thankfully the air-conditioning worked well! The bed and bedding was super comfy. The accommodation was ideally placed for our stay. The Prati district is a lovely area, the rooms are a very short walk to Lepanto metro station but it's also easily within walking distance of all the main attractions, the Vatican, Castello Sant Angelo and Villa Borghese etc. It was also walking distance from the Stadio Olympico. Bianca was welcoming and always at hand via WhatsApp for any advice. She gave great suggestions for restaurants, particularly Villini at the end of the street.... Absolutely delicious Cacio e pepe pasta! If there was one minor complaint, no English channel on the TV... But we didn't spend long in the room to watch much TV anyway. Would definitely recommend

This is an EXCELLENT place to stay and enjoy Roma. The rooms are a good size for two people, very comfortable, modern, and convenient to walk around beautiful Roma. The bathroom is big, clean, and modern. The staff (Franco and Gabriela) is very helpful and very cordial. They helped us with every request we had. Highly recommended.!!! Thank you Franco.!!! 👍

EXCELLENT place to stay in Roma. Franco is great. The rooms are modern and spacious. Safe neighborhood and close to Piazza dell Popolo and Villa Borguese.

Franco, the property manager, was very helpful. He welcome us at our arrival and departure. He called us a taxi to go to the airport. Very nice place to stay and walk to historic places. A great stay and Franco was a great host. The property is perfectly located, just 3 minutes walk from the metro. Also good bars and restaurants nearby. We walked to the colosseum with a few stops away. Cafes right by the entrance for a quick snack, in a nice area of Rome. Clean, modern, good WiFi. Would definitely stay again!

They texted me before my arrival to make sure I got there okay. The rooms were clean and quiet. The location was perfect. Even the housekeepers went out of their way to give us proper directions and advice on where to visit and how to get there. Franco, Tea, and Gabriella were awesome to use. Would definitely stay here again.

I was a little apprehensive when I found out that this was a B & B. However Franco and Bianca were wonderful, reaching out before our arrival to ensure that someone was present to welcome us and walk us through the property. The room was very modern and comfortable. They even arranged for our transport to the airport which was greatly appreciated as we had to leave at 4am. The bus stops right Infront of the property and the metro was a block away. Would highly recommend.

Franco the property manager was terrific. He allowed us in our room a couple hours before check-in time which was a big help as we were just arriving from the US and had a ton of luggage. The rooms were clean and comfortable and everything we needed was within walking distance. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone needing a room in Rome.

The accommodations were perfect. We were only in Rome for 2 nights on our way to Sardinia and wanted to focus our time at the Vatican. The location to the Vatican is perfect and the neighborhood cafes and restaurants are exactly that, neighborhood and not touristy. They let us leave our bags in our room early in the morning and come back at 3pm for check in. The car service to and from the airport was on time and very professional. I would highly recommend the Colonna Luxury Suites for your next trip to Rome.

This was a great choice for us. It is located 10 mins from the Vatican and 20 from the main part of Rome. We walked to everything we wanted to see. It is v. near to buses and metro. Nice, comfy and clean room. Staffs were sweet and helpful. Emanuela the owner was sweet, helpful and promply responded to any messages that we asked. Hotel is 1meter away from bus stop and so close to train station. We walked to Vatican only 20mins.. Good stay and awesome experience exploring Rome and Jubilee pilgrimage.

The accommodations were perfect. We were only in Rome for 2 nights on our way to Sardinia and wanted to focus our time at the Vatican. The location to the Vatican is perfect and the neighborhood cafes and restaurants are exactly that, neighborhood and not touristy. They let us leave our bags in our room early in the morning and come back at 3pm for check in. The car service to and from the airport was on time and very professional. I would highly recommend the Colonna Luxury Suites for your next trip to Rome.

Ottima location, praticissima per vicinanza alla metro che la collega a Termini. Zona Prati molto carina, con locali ben curati. A 10 min a piedi da Piazza del Popolo e a 10 minuti a piedi dal Vaticano. Location perfetta per visita alla città, ma anche per eventi sportivi al Foro Italico. Il b&b sembra di recente ristrutturazione, ben curato, silenziosissimo (la ns era la camera 503 al 5° piano), letto comodissimo, bagno e doccia spaziosi. Ascensore. Proprietario molto disponibile. Tutto impeccabile!

Very convenient yet quiet location, with bus stops in front and metro a couple of blocks away. Cafe(s) for breakfast and snack downstairs. Our unit is the 4th floor but with elevator, there is no problem. Unit was clean, well maintained and recently updated, with Nespresso machine and kettle. Host Bianca was super helpful and gave us dining and sight seeing tips as well. Overall, very satisfy with our stay. Highly recommended.

A great stay and Franco was a great host. The property is perfectly located, just 3 minutes walk from the metro. Also good bars and restaurants nearby. We walked to the colosseum with a few stops away. Cafes right by the entrance for a quick snack, in a nice area of Rome. Clean, modern, good WiFi. Would definitely stay again!

O hotel fica um pouco fora do centro de Roma (quase sempre pegávamos uber ou taxi para ir e voltar), mas a região é muito tranquila e tem muito comércio. Não percebemos que não era um hotel de fato, e sim flats (ou Suites, como chamam), o que foi um pouco decepcionante. O quarto em si é bem espaçoso, novo e limpo, e ainda dãi água de cortesia, então isso foi um ponto bem positivo. A pessoa que nos recebeu era muito simpática, Tea, porém não falava inglês, o que dificultou a comunicação. A certo momento da nossa estadia, o banheiro ficou com um cheiro muito ruim por horas (provavelmente retorno do esgoto), mandamos mensagem para o nosso ponto de contato, Franco, e ele foi verificar no dia seguinte, mas já havia saído. No último dia, antes de sair, percebemos que o cheiro estava retornando, mas como já estávamos de saída, nem falamos nada. O café da manhã na verdade é um vale de 7 euros por pessoa no café que é vizinho ao local. No geral, foi uma boa estadia!

Staff always quick to respond to e-questions; Franco coordinated an airport shuttle and met us at location. Room clean. Bed comfortable. Caretaker came immediately to let us in after we called the property that we have arrived. He did not mind we were little early than the specified check-in time. The place was found in a quiet apartment building with neighbouring restaurants around, even a huge Starbucks in a close proximity. We were able to walk to Vatican from here and explore the historic center of Rome. The suite was very well maintained, was clean and comfortable, and modern. We were offered to leave suitcases behind for free the day we were checking out, but we were already done sightseeing and did not use the offer. Highly recommend to rent out.
