It is an older roadside motel that appears to have been refurbished more than once over the years. You can park directly in front of your room door. The facilities that I saw and used were clean and worked. Room was air conditioned (without problems), rooms were nice, beds were comfortable , the bathroom facilities worked and did not leak, (they could use a better brand of bar soap, and no gel soap was available) and the coffee pot worked. Did not use their pool, but others did. The two staff members (owners?) I saw saw were nice. I had no complaints about the place and would stay there again.

Our trip was Great, the Hotel was great, very friendly staff, the room was clean and comfortable. They are doing some remodeling the room was ready to be painted however it was still clean and nice, and the hotel was completely booked. The outdoor pool is clean and well maintained it has colored lights at both ends which is a nice touch. They never came out and made people get out at a certain time, like some hotels do. We will stay there again next time we come to town.great value for the price!!

Checked in at 4:30p.m. and upon entering the room the A/C unit was blowing heat. Turned on A/C to max and fan on high. After 2 hours the room had not cooled at all. The compressor would kick on and only run for 30-45 seconds then kick off and go back to hot air. Contacted the teenager operating the front desk. He came to the room and asked me if I turned on the A/C when we got there. I didn't even bother qualifying that with an answer. He then said the A/C was operating properly. I asked him to leave the room. At 4:30 a.m. the room had cooled to 75 degrees. That's 12 hours after check-in with the unit on max cool for 12 hours. Finally....I challenge you to stay there and NOT find blood stains on the sheets. I have multiple photos from several stays. I'm done with this place.

The room appeared clean when we got there, although my husband did not like the smell. Noticed on the corner of one bed, there were stains on the sheet. And we saw a couple of roaches. Staff was friendly, but tried to say whoever had stayed in that room last is where the roaches came from.

The only thing that was wrong was the shower didn’t work and there no plug that fit the bathtub so we weren’t able to take a bath or shower.

Staffc was good and friendly. Had 3 big issues. First, toilet leaked and kept refilling the reservoir every 8 minutes. Had to turn off water to keep it quiet. Second, TV image coIor would turn to 60's multi colors. It did this several times. When I talked to the staff, they said it was because of games being played on the TV prior to our visit. If so, why didn't they correct it and why did it keep reverting to the strange colors several times. Finally, there was a separation in the floor moulding near the bed and bathroom that we kept hitting during the night. Overall, we had an average experience, but wish they would take more pride in their maintenance.

It is a 1960's hotel that has seen better days. It is fine if you are passing through a need a place to stay at 10:00 p.m. Do not expect a modern updated hotel. It is clean but worn.

It’s very quaint. The room was very clean and the bed was sooo comfortable. The pillows were good but kind of old. The owners were extremely nice and upgraded our room for free. We would stay here again.

Had a problem with the TV. Staff came right away to check, and found a former occupant had used a fire stick that changed the format resulting in no reception. TV was reset and worked fine. Staff was courteous and friendly then, and also at checkout, even recommending where to have dinner. Room was clean and adequate for the price.

Was there for my son’s High school graduation the food is amazing in this little town. So is the shopping. When I asked the couple who run this hotel for anything they were able to help.

Was kinda Retro, clean and quiet. Staff kinda not helpful. Ask for extra blanket and pillows was told 4 people 4 pillows.(they were pancake flat) ask for more than 1 pkt of coffee was told 1 pk makes 4 cups. There were only 2 cups in room. Did gic 2 more pillows an 2 pks of coffee, but so stingy with ammenities.

GREAT place just barley outside of Mountain View, AR Close enough to Walmart, restuarants and down town, you could be to all within 5 minutes. We will definately stay there again when we return to Mountain View.

Blanchard Springs Caverns was beautiful. The town was nice to walk thru visiting stores. Be ware lots of places on AR are closed on Mon and or Tues.

Blanchard Springs Caverns was beautiful. The town was nice to walk thru visiting stores. Be ware lots of places on AR are closed on Mon and or Tues.

Although it is an older property, it was clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and polite. It is only a few minutes from the downtown square. We will stay here again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. It was an old motel but met our needs. the air conditioner in the boys room was not as cool as the one in my room, but they added a fan to theirs to help. Lovely area

Very clean for an older motel. We really enjoyed the pool! The only complaint was the AC didn't cool the room as much as desired. It worked but it felt just a little warm in the room. But it was the end of July and almost 100 degrees outside. Other than that it was a nice affordable place to stay.

The staff were very kind. The pool looked very inviting. Part of the lighting was dim. Room was clean and we slept well. It is well lit outside. The A/C never fully got cold but it was over 100 outside. We were still comfortable.

It's close to the hwy which makes it convenient, but adds to the noise. The linen was clean and new towels delivered daily, although some we're in shabby condition. The decor was a bit retro. The mattress was firm and comfortable enough. I appreciate the well running air conditioning and window shade during the Summer. I would stay here again. It's an easy drive to the main street events and dining. It's an easy 2 hr drive to and from the airport in Little Rock.
