Where to start.....ignore the pictures you are not that close to the beach. All inclusive is a waste of your money as you are severely limited to what you may have. The staff for the most part are pleasant however absolutely no communication between them. One person says you can do one thing and then the other says no. It is very family driven and not sure why it showed up when I used adults only filter. I was talked into upgrading my all inclusive package to fit my requests.......they did not. Also I was quoted one price which was not so bad. After reviewing my credit card I was not charged the $121 and cents I was charged $709. They claim language barrier yet show me on their phone. I speak Spanish semi well enough to understand. And after all this going to check out they charged me for 6 beers I did not have. However they were the beers I wanted. My credit card company is handling this experience currently since Expedia themselves were absolutely no help from day one when I called and wasted my vacation time to get some help.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. When we arrived at Cartagena Plaza Hotel, we were shocked to find out that one of our rooms had been canceled without any prior notice, despite having a confirmed reservation. The so-called solution they offered was completely unreasonable: to accommodate two additional people, they wanted to charge USD 1,100, while the original room cost USD 685. An outrageous and unjustified price. The customer service was poor, unhelpful, and unprofessional. The hotel is extremely overcrowded, making it impossible to enjoy any of the facilities. This hotel does not deserve a 4-star rating at all — not even half a star. The experience was so bad that we checked out the very next day, and to make matters worse, they refused to refund the week that had already been paid. A terrible experience from start to finish. I would not recommend this hotel under any circumstances.

The hotel is at an excellent area facing the beach from one side and the skyline view from the other. Staff are exceptionally friendly. Rooms are clean with comfortable beds. You can walk and find restaurants, shopping center and pharmacies. Overall, i recommended for families as well as individuals.

I choose this hotel because Is rated 5 stars ,but it doesn't even reach 4 . Almirante Cartagena Is rated 5 stars and is a really good and nice place . Defenily 5 stars .
