Very clean and pleasant. The area is awesome. You are right next to a large outdoor mall.The beds could be upgraded and be more comfortable and one of the washers is down. Apparently allot of people live there long term. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Nice low cost place to stay for an overnight. The suites have mini kitchens but with no kitchen ware whatsoever, not sure how much value that has. The tv could stand to be bit bigger considering how far they are from the bed. If you can, get an upstairs room because you can totally hear the steps from the room above. Great shopping and restaurants near by but not within walking distance.

I was very happily surprised with what you get for a very reasonable price. I just needed a place to stay for 1 night while in the midst of a move and wanted to find something budget-friendly. This was a great find, especially when I was comparing prices with other hotels in the area. While I didn't need to use it, there was a full-size fridge, kitchen sink, 2-burner stovetop in the room, all in great condition and very clean. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was nice. All in all, I was happy with my stay.

In the bathroom, it was not clean… it looked clean at first, but there was hairs in the tab. Noise from other room can hear and very loud hallway noise when people walk. I called the hotel early morning to let them know my flight will come in late, so I will let them know when I will come to check in…. But middle flight, they have been calling me about my check in since it is late evening. I called to let them earlier… not good communication

The only drawback was that the floors in the room maybe got a Swifter cleaning, but had not been mopped and cleaned. Using the bath mat to shuffle my way around the room, revealed black dirt on the underside.

The property is very nice for a basic extended stay accommodation. The only issue we had was the towels were stained and sketchy the first day. The staff has been helpful and kind. It is also very quiet and the beds are quite confortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Check in was seamless, workers was friendly and helpful. Room was large and spotless. You can ckearly tell there is a emphasis on good cleaning practices. A/C was cold and everything worked as expected. Property both outside and inside was mantained well and price was great. We were here for an overnightvstay at Riley's and juat needed a room to sleep and shower. It exceeded exoectations and we will stay here for our next trip. The great reviews are why we picked rhis hotel and we were not diaappointed.

Having a functioning full size fridge and microwave was great. The internet speed was good, and the parking was convenient. The only thing that seemed a little odd was late at night the building front door was supposed to be locked with key card granting access, but the door was not locked. Not a big deal, though.

Good location and clean room. I wasn’t aware that they come in to take dirty towels, which was fine but they didn’t leave replacements. Also did not straighten the beds, not a big deal but I didn’t like they just came in for the towels and didn’t bother with the beds. The internet service was terrible, making it impossible to watch TV.

This place is ridiculously terrible. Lights didn’t work, there were no blackout curtains just blinds on an east facing window, ac and fridge don’t get maintained properly so they were very loud and the mattresses were hard as rocks.

Very poorly insulated from the highway noise passing by, plus room fridge sounded like an idling Honda, vent in bathroom was coated in dust, service consisted of a pot of coffee and some powdered creamer... Functional if you need a suite just outside Indianapolis but could definitely improve.

I stayed at the White House Suites two weeks. The Suite with a kitchenette was just what I was looking for.The young receptionist was always friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately, I can’t say that about the older man who was often at the reception desk and generally not especially friendly. When I needed to wash white clothing on hot, he said he would help me and even came with me to the washing machines to show me what I needed to do. But the water never even got warm, much less hot. Although I told him twice that the water was cold, he kept telling me that everything will be alright. In the end he said that I had pushed the wrong button and there was nothing he could do to correct the mistake…For $2.75 he risked my review going from 8 to 9 down to 4 to 5.

They harassed me about my service dog. Asked me where my “letter” was even though I made it clear it was not an ESA and she is used for medical reasons. They actually asked me, what is wrong with you? (Yeah) When I made the reservation I noted the dog so they had a heads up. I was so upset by the time I got room. As far as the room it’s the barebones which I don’t mind. I’m glad I bought Clorox wipes because the even the nightstand was gross. The floors and top surfaces were clean however the details were not. The bathroom tidy with nice towels. Shower was great and good water pressure. Nice little kitchen if you need it. Only one light switch worked but it was bright a can light above the bed. A lamp in the room would be nice. Bed was clean, but not so comfortable, pillows looked like something on 10 year old boys bed. Pillows are not expensive and they are very important. It’s a hotel, they should not be cheap and lumpy.

I like the location, everything needed to make the time there is close to walmart, target, and grocery stores. I enjoyed that they had a large fridge, microwave and tabletop burner. HOWEVER! The stabdard amenities you may be accustomed to is not at this location. But as long as u know that. U can plane accordingly. The older gentleman at the front desk is the sweetest. He is super kind. Made the lack of amenities not so bad because of how kind he is

I like the location, everything needed to make the time there is close to walmart, target, and grocery stores. I enjoyed that they had a large fridge, microwave and tabletop burner. HOWEVER! The staff was very friendly and accommodated us as we couldn’t check in until late. It was only about 10-15 mins from the Lucas Oil Indianapolis raceway with lots of restaurants and shopping near by

The staff is very friendly. The property is well maintained and clean. It is in a great location with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. If we are in the area we will stop here again.

Nice, quiet, comfortable. I wish I had realized that they don't have a breakfast there. For just an overnight stay, we would have stayed somewhere else. However, for an extended stay, this place is very nice.

Clean, good price. Very minimalistic (simple basics with no extras) Good value lodging for the price. No breakfast, no coffee maker, clock, phone, or lamps in the room. Towels were thin but useable. For a one night stay, it was fine and worth the inconveniences.

They have a kitchen area including a large sink, two burner stove top, and a full size refrigerator. But, they do not provide any dishes or cooking utensils. Also, no breakfast.

There was no coffee maker in room. Coffee only available from 6-9am. No breakfast. Woken up at 2am by inconsiderate people yelling down hallway.

I noticed the beautiful blooming flowers at the entrance and was greeted warmly by the person who checked me in. The main reasons I booked this hotel were the reviews, price, kitchenette, and proximity to the Indianapolis Airport (a 10 min drive to the car rental drop-off at the airport). Upon entering the room I noticed the almost full sized refrigerator/freezer, kitchen sink, 2 burner electric cook top, and NO cooking or eating utensils, pots, pans, dishes, or coffee pot. I had soup and salad to eat from recent Airbnb stays. The front office person provided me with a soup pot, large spoon, dish soap and a sponge. The rest I improvised. Just FYI so you don't expect a stocked kitchen. The front office seems able to supply some items so just ask. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. A/C is via a wall unit. You will be within walking distance to a Kohls, Target and restaurants.

The staff was friendly at checkin and throughout. The room was clean, but there was very low water pressure. The shower head was covered in buildup most likely causing the issue.
